1. For me it's coming up with an idea before bed
and being SURE I'll remember it come morning

spoiler: I do not, in fact, remember it come morning

2. Me trying to write present tense

3. Don't drink coffee, so I substitute soda instead

4. The development process of Spirit-Sensitive and the unused OCs of Exodus

If I ever actually write Exodus you'll understand
that my OC boy Naota probably wants to kill me

5. Except that I always write six paragraphs, so not rlly concise

6. Me making playlists, aesthetics, and meme collections

7. Me making extremely detailed story skeletons/summaries and suddenly
forgetting how to word when it comes to actually writing the goddamn story

8. That's... a beautiful poem??

9. Coming up with unique names is a series of making noises to yourself

I remember being proud of the name "Serin" (he's from Knights and I would die for him)
because I came up with it myself and it suits him really well, but then found out it's
already a real name and is actually supposed to be a gal name and was rlly bummed

10. Me finally deciding to just write summaries
about my Exodus children in an OC book

11. Me imagining elaborate music videos of my swordfights and stuff without ever updating Knights

12. That moment when it writes itself

To clarify, this is both true and not true. I put a LOT of thought into most of what I do write,
like dialogue, foreshadowing, development, sentence structure, symbolism, etc. But some of the best
stuff kind of happens or comes to you in a flash of brilliance during planning after you've already
started writing it! Like, for instance, me being like six chapters into Knights and suddenly deciding
to rework and expand the entire ending into a grand finale involving an actual tiny war, or me
being nine long-ass chapters into Spirit-Sensitive, realizing some stuff in later chapters needs more
fleshing out, and accidentally creating an entirely new prominent and essential character complete
with development arc, personal attachment to the murder mystery, and a significant role that shapes
the course of the entire novel! Other things happened totally by accident, like my realizing I accidentally
made Larry x Iris a cute pairing in The Boy Behind the Counter and deciding to roll with and use it.

13. WHERE DID YOU GET THIS PICTURE OF MY BRAIN
