mark walked on school grounds, greeting a few people he knew on his way to his classroom.

when he got there, he put his bag beside his desk and took his jacket off, placing it over his backrest.

"hey, mark." a voice startled him.

"ahh!" mark jumped, truning around and flushing at his – quite girly – yelp when he realsied he was standing in front of donghyuck.

"sorry for scaring you." donghyuck chuckled.

"it's okay." mark shook his head, calming his fast-beating heart. "you needed something?"

"yeah, i think you should go to dahyun's classroom to greet her." donghyuck explained.

"now?" mark's borws furrowed. "but classes start in fifteen minutes."

"yeah, you have time to give her a quick kiss and make all the girls in her class swoon at how perfect you are as a boyfriend. and i assure you that you'll be able to come back here on time." donghyuck explained, but mark still seemed sceptical.

"really...?" he asked.

"okay, you're not trusting me." donghyuck sighed. "i'll come with you then. let's go." he added, grabbing mark's wrist and pulling him towards his sister's first classroom of the day.

mark followed donghyuck's advice, and effectively, he was back inside the classroom on time, after having greeted his girlfriend and made her whole class coo at their perfect relationship.

"can i know where you are going?"

mark was startled once again by donghyuck's interjection.

the younger boy had been doing that quite a lot recently, but mark was still not used to it.

"huh... to the canteen. i need to have lunch." mark explained.

"yeah, or you could have a picnic date with my sister." donghyuck crossed his arms over his chest.

"a picnic date?" mark's brows furrowed in confusion.

"yeah, eating sandwiches on a beautiful cloth under the sun, like a perfect couple." donghyuck explained.

"but... i don't have sandwiches... nor a beautiful cloth." mark told.

"oh!" donghyuck exclaimed, pulling a small basket from out of nowhere and showing it to mark. "it seems like there is everything needed there. a cloth, sandwiches for two, something to drink, napkins, and even a few condoms if you two get over the edge."

"d-d-donghyuck!" mark's face became so red.

"i'm kidding. i have some in my bag if you need though." donghyuck reached for his bag.

"no!" mark stopped him. "it's not necessary." he breathed out.

"if you say so. but keep in mind that there's no way you put your thing inside of my sister without a condom, because if she's pregnant right now, i'll have to cut your jingling thing." donghyuck said menacingly, which didn't help mark's cheeks regaining their normal colour.

"w-we're not on that stage, don't worry..." he shook his head.

"great." donghyuck smiled. "so, the picnic date."

"yeah, huh... but dahyun is perhaps already in the canteen, eating..." mark thought for a few seconds.

"no, her classes end in 20 minutes. so, let's go to her classroom. i'm accompanying you." donghyuck declared, handing mark the basket and pulling him away.

once again, mark followed donghyuck's advice, and effectively, all the students eating in the gardens smiled yearningly at the two lovers who were having a cute picnic date between classes.

"mark!"

"ahh!" the older boy exclaimed as he was startled once again by donghyuck.

"my dear mark... where are you going?" donghyuck asked, running towards the boy and wrapping an arm around his shoulders.

"h-huh... to your house..." mark replied.

"to see dahyun?" donghyuck's brows furrowed.

"yes. she asked me to come." mark nodded.

"and... you're going like that?" donghyuck questioned.

"what do you mean like that? by foot? yeah, i don't own a car." mark told.

"no... i meant, like that? with your hands empty?" donghyuck rolled his eyes, pulling mark with him as they started walking towards his house.

"my hands empty?" mark repeated. "what do you want me to fill my hands with to go see dahyun?"

donghyuck tsked. mark really knew nothing...

"it is well seen to bring flowers to your loved one." donghyuck explained. "not too often so that it doesn't become a habit, but sometimes. also, don't bring flowers when you have a date outside, because then, she won't know what to do with them, and the flowers will be bothering you. but when you're going ot her house, then, you can buy her some, because she'll be happy and place them in a beautiful vase right away. understand?"

mark nodded. he knew better than not listening to donghyuck.

the boy gave mark the best advice...

"but... where will i find flowers?" he asked.

"there is a florist two streets before ours." donghyuck told. "his prices are quite low compared to the others in the city, but they don't have many varieties."

mark noted everything inside him mind.

damn, donghyuck was so kind to help him...

and he was so good at it... he surely had had lots of experiences to be this good.

"and... i don't know what flowers she likes..." mark stated, trying to remember if dahyun and him ever had a conversation about flowers.

"easy. both dahyun and i love sunflowers." donghyuck rolled his eyes. "and don't worry, this flower shop has some."

"do they have chrysanthemum too?" mark asked. "white ones are my favourite flower in the world, they mean true love, and i think they would looking beautiful with the yellow sunflowers."

donghyuck fought against his will not to roll his eyes again.

"i don't think they have any." he shrugged. "we'll just get sunflowers, and she'll be very happy, don't worry."

and so, mark followed donghyuck's advice again, and effectively, dahyun was so happy to receive beautiful flowers from mark that she had immediately placed them in a vase in the middle of the dinner table.

"donghyuck?"

"yes, mark?" the younger asked, lifting his head from his maths copybook to look at his sister's boyfriend.

"i... well, i wanted to buy dahyun some chocolates for our seven-month anniversary but... yeah, i wanted to know which one she preferred..." mark admitted shyly.

"oh! that's a very good idea!" donghyuck nodded, immediately closing his copybook to concentrate on mark's request. "do you two have a date?"

"yeah. in a restaurant." mark nodded.

"okay, you know what? i'll stop working and we'll go together to find some chocolate for her and a beautiful card that you'll fill with love words, okay?" donghyuck stood up.

"a-are you sure? i don't want to bother you..." mark stuttered.

"mark." donghyuck rolled his eyes, placing both of his hands on mark's shoulders as he stared deeply through his eyes. "making you and my sister happy together is my priority."

"o-okay..." mark nodded. "thank you so much..."

another time, mark followed donghyuck's advice, and effectively, their date went smoothly, and dahyun was enchanted to receive her favourite chocolates as well as a beautifully written card.

the next weeks had been quite hard for mark.

not particularly in his scholar life, neither in his sportive life.

more like in his love life.

since donghyuck had told him he would help, he had been constantly trying to be there for mark, and to make sure he would do the right things.

mark had been very shy about it at first, and he wasn't very pleased to know that he did everything wrong, because donghyuck kept correcting him.

but he had slowly gotten used to it, and now, he rather enjoyed those times donghyuck would come to him to whisper in his ear things he could do to make dahyun happy.

mark followed each and every of donghyuck's advice.

and he did well.

dahyun and him soon became the power couple of the school.

everybody knew about them and told them how cute they were together.

mark was becoming even more popular, now gaining the title of 'most perfect boyfriend to exist'.

and this was exactly what donghyuck wanted.

more popularity for mark...

more visibility for him and dahyun...

and a lot more damage when donghyuck's plan would come to an end...

"he trusts me with all his soul now..." donghyuck grinned, looking at mark and his sister eating together at the canteen, surrounded by other people. "i guess we can go a step further."
