ROMERO RESIDENCE — STELLA'S ROOM

Stella took a deep breath upon reading the reply of her online friend — L. She knew exactly what he meant with his words. If there is a winner in this game of life, there is also a loser… And that's how sad reality is.

Stella glances at her messages app, contemplating if she would open the message she received this morning. After having a heartily talk with L, she finds herself doubting herself again. Her mind was now full of what if’s that she almost forgot the comforting words that L gave her a while ago.

This side of her makes her hate herself. She doesn't want to go in the negative light, yet she couldn't stop her mind from coming closer to this light. She wanted to stay as positive as possible but her imagination wouldn't let her. This is why I build my own world. Stella thought.

For the nth time, Stella sighs once again. Whatever she does, she still couldn't bring herself to open the anonymous message she received earlier this morning. She was about to close her phone when she was suddenly reminded by the words L thrown at her just a while ago.

With the last heavy sigh, Stella slowly brings her point finger on her message app to completely open the said application. After opening it, she stared at the anonymous phone number for God knows how long. Stella was completely frozen from her seat as if the world stopped spinning.

There goes nothing. She thought before shakily opening the message. Stella silently read the message all over again as if her mind couldn't process the said message in one go. And before she could finally lose her sanity, Stella quickly quit the app and switched to another app where she often talks to L — her online friend.
