Delirious's POV:

"She's gone..." Mini said with a nervous glance at Wildcat. "What?!" I yelled before I could think. "She's gone!!" I couldn't help my anger. This was my best friend I wasn't going to snap on him. "She flew out the window! Delirious!" Wildcat snapped. I growled. I actually fucking growled at my friend. Thats when a pair of strong arms grabbed me. "Calm down." Vanoss whispered. Mini whispered something to Wildcat. "Okay enough wasting time we need to find our daughter." Vanoss said grabbing my hand. "You guys go park and come out here. We're gonna take the Kuruma." He said like a proud leader of a crew. Which he was. 

Mini and Wildcat hopped into the back of the Kuruma. Vanoss drove out of the parking lot and stopped. "So do you guys remember which direction you saw her go?" Vanoss asked turning around in the seat. "She went towards the Maze Bank tower. In downtown Los Santos." In those words from Mini, Vanoss switched gears and sped off. "Shit, okay we need to be careful and on the look out for any cops." I said. Vanoss looked at me weird. "We're superheros, we don't need a look out." Vanoss pushed up the shifting stick forward as we sped down Los Santos. All the buildings, pedestrians and vehicles were all a blur. I looked over at Vanoss and he looked really fucking hot shifting gears. Then he immediately stopped. He threw a arm around me to keep me from hitting my face off the dash board. "Okay, there's the tower. Which direction was she going?" I asked grabbing Vanoss's arm. "South." Wildcat answered. Vanoss let out a sigh. "We should've gotten better ass windows." He said as he shifted gears again and started increasing speed. He moved his arm up and down as he put his foot farther and farther onto the pedal. "Damn, Vanoss slow down." Wildcat said from the back. "No back seat drivers." He said as he kept increasing speed. I watched as the little red hand moved up at a constant pace. "And I wouldn't slow down shit to save my daughter." He said as the red hand finally reached 100, of course it was still moving. I grabbed onto the handle above my hand. I saw Mini move his hand into Wildcat's and I saw both of them grab a handle with their free hand. "Vanoss." I warned as the hand hit 110. It kept moving and he didn't even move. "Evan." I raised my voice. I saw a little animal fly down onto the road. And that animal wasn't any kind of animal. It was a mix of raccoon and owl. Elizabeth! "EVAN STOP!" I yelled. He slammed on the breaks making the car slide. I hit my head off the window and smashed my hand on the door. I immediately opened the door. I ran over to where I last saw the animal. I saw Elizabeth lying there. I picked her up like a baby and carried her back to the car. "What the hell is wrong with you Vanoss!?" Wildcat yelled. "I'm sorry. But I couldn't loose her. And driving regularly could've lost her." He said getting out of the scratched car. "Yeah but fucking driving insane could've not only killed her but all four of us!" Mini yelled as he got out with Wildcat. As they were bickering I looked at Elizabeth. She looked dirty but not hurt. I smiled and held her close. "I'm glad we found Lizzy but I'm sure as hell not riding with you ever again. You drive worse than your husband." Wildcat spat. I looked at him and glared. "You bitch." I yelled. Wildcat started laughing, along with Mini. They both were shaking their heads. Walking back towards us they both came over to me with Lizzy. Vanoss came over and softly rubbed her face. "I'm sorry." He said out loud. "For what?" We all said. "For going insane and having you guys watch Lizzy." He said with a small chuckle. We all looked at each other and started laughing. "We gotta go home." I said between a laugh. We all jumped into the sorta messed up Kuruma. And it was a very silent ride home.

Lizzy's POV:

I opened my eyes to see a hooded figure. A blue hoodie. Wait! That was dad. Well daddy raccoon. I wanted to talk to him but it hurt to talk and I lost my telepathy with both of them when I turned 1. I slowly closed my eyes until we stopped. We got out of the car and went inside. Daddy raccoon set me down onto my purple bed. He tucked me in and gave me one worried look. He sadly smiled and walked out of the room. I looked around and took in all the stuff I've had since I was a baby. The stuffed animals. The posters. All the pictures. I wanted to grab one but I felt weak and couldn't change back into human form. Maybe I could use some food. I made a small hooing noise. Hoping someone would hear me. My door slowly opened as daddy owl walked in. "Hey sweetie." He said quietly. "What do need? Are you hungry?" I nodded. The movement hurt my neck. He smiled and walked out of my room. The door opened again and Uncle Wildcat and Mini walked in. "Hey." They both said. "We're leaving and we just wanted to apologize." Wildcat said. No. I should apologize. "We also want you to get well Elizabeth." Uncle Mini said. He walked over and slightly kissed my cheek. Uncle Wildcat just gave me a hug. They both waved goodbyes as they walked out. I shifted in bed so I could look out my bedroom window. It was probably noon. I watched all the birds fly by. I listened to all the planes flying and the cars moving and honking. All the people swearing and yelling. That's Los Santos for ya. As I waited for daddy to get back with the food an owl came at the window and pecked it. As if it was a friend, I jerked up. I noticed the owl. It was the one I healed. He had something in his beak as he pecked the window. It was paper. He dropped it on the outside of the window seal and left. As soon as he left both of my daddy's came into my room. They brought me a plate with weird looking meat and Spongebob mac 'n' cheese. I sat up on my hind paws and ate like an animal. Which I was at the moment. As soon as I finished I had enough strength to switch forms. I slowly changed and sat up in my bed. I sighed. "That's better." I smiled and climbed over my bed and hugged my dads. "I'm sorry you guys." I said into their chest. They both laughed. "It's fine honey." Daddy raccoon said. He hugged me really tight. "I'm just glad you're okay." Daddy owl grabbed me and hugged me. "I'm just glad my stupidness didn't kill you." He laughed as he kissed me on the cheek. We were all sitting there laughing until Daddy owl's phone started ringing. 

Vanoss's POV:

As we all were laughing my phone rang. I stood up and answered it. The ID was Donna. "Hello? Donna." I said. "Oh, Evan. I researched those things and they're really hard to explain over the phone. I'll need you or Johnny. Whoever is better at listening and I'll give you the details. While one of you are here I want another one of you to be training with Elizabeth." "But Donna, she just woke up, she's moving fine but I don't think she's that fine to start training no-" "Evan! This is important, this 'thing' is important if I don't give you the details soon you'll loose your daughter, and not in a death term..." I bit my lip and looked at Delirious. He gave me a concerning look. Then I looked at Lizzy. "Okay. I'll be there soon." I hung up and went over to my husband and daughter. I grabbed Lizzy's hands and looked her straight in the eyes. Both brown and blue, both beautiful. "Are you ready for training? To be a superhero." Her eyes widened. "Really?! Yes! Yes I am!" She said in excitement. Delirious gave me his personal "the fuck?" look. "Okay. Daddy raccoon is gonna teach you while I go to see Donna. Okay?" I asked looking at Lizzy then Delirious. Lizzy shook her head yes as her long, black hair flopped around. Delirious looked at Lizzy then me. He rolled his eyes and said "Fine. But you have to be back before 6:30. Tonight is taco Tuesday, and it's my birthday and-" he cleared his throat, "I NEED FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!" He said as both him and Lizzy cracked up laughing. Both of them had similar laughs. Both maniacal. I smiled and kissed Lizzy goodbye. Then I deeply kissed Delirious goodbye. "Eww." Lizzy said backing up on her bed. We both laughed. "Love you both!" I said opening Lizzy's door. "Love you too!" They both said. "Be careful!" Delirious said. I walked out of the apartment thinking. I sighed and thought No promises.
