When Ryder and the pups were finished with their mission, they headed back home to the lookout, and Chase ran to Brittany to give her a kiss and Skye buried her face in her paws, and screamed through without anyone hearing. They all went to watch tv, but Skye asked Ryder if she could go for a fly and he said yes, so she put on her wings and she flew out of the lookout. Brittany went to go get some water and Chase walked to Ryder and said "Where's Skye?" "She went to go fly for a little bit to clear her mind." said Ryder. "About what?" said Chase. "Come with me Chase." said Ryder.

 Ryder and Chase went to the roof of the lookout and sat down to talk. "Chase, she went to clear her mind about the jealousy she's having with Brittany being your girlfriend." said Ryder. "Why would she be jealous? Unless..she likes me. But that couldn't be true, she said she just wanted to be friends." said Chase. "She told me she always liked you and she didn't want to date you because of what Rhett did." said Ryder. "Oh, well that explains a lot." said Chase. "Just follow your heart Chase, if you want to be with Brittany, be with Brittany. But if you want to be with Skye, be with Skye." said Ryder as he pet Chase's head and went back in the lookout

 "What am I going to do?" said Chase. He was about to head back in, but he slipped and he slid off the lookout and landed on his vehicle, everybody heard it and went to check out what it was. "CHASE!!" said Ryder and the pups. Brittany came out and saw her boyfriend unconscious and she rushed over to him with tears in her eyes. "We have to get him to Katie's, quick!" said Ryder. Rocky decided to call Skye through his pup tag and she answered. "Skye here!" said Skye. "Skye, it's Rocky! Meet us at Katie's clinic, fast!" said Rocky. "Why, what's wrong?!" said Skye. "It-It's Chase, he's unconscious!" said Rocky as he hung up. "OH NO!! CHASE!!!" said Skye as she flew as fast as she could to Katie's.
