IT HAS BEEN two weeks ever since Jungkook got discharged from the hospital.

Jennie and Taehyung were the ones who took care of him.

While Lalisa took them in.

"Do you like your room?" Lisa leaned by doorstep of Jennie and Taehyung's room.

"You didn't have to do this, Lisa. Really." Taehyung spoke as soon as they were done unpacking.

Lisa sighed, "You guys have been a huge part of Eli's life. And I know Eli will be relieved knowing we're all together."

"I'm sure she will. Thank you for taking us in your home." Jennie smiled.

"This is nothing compared to the kindness you extended for Eli." Lisa shook her head.

The two couples can only smile in satisfaction. Lisa noticed the crib beside their bed.

"Is she awake?" She asked.

Taehyung chuckled, "Pretty much. She just finished a big gulp from Jennie."

Lisa walked towards the crib and lifted up the perfect creation of Jennie and Taehyung.

"Hey there, little one." Lisa held the baby in her arms.

Her small sized hands fisted on Lisa's index finger, feeling her warmth.

"She likes you." Jennie smiled at her.

Lisa smiled back, "Your daughter is adorable. She's everything."

"Thank you. By the way, Lisa. Have you talked to Jungkook?" Taehyung asked.

Lisa handed the baby to Jennie as she put her own daughter to sleep.

"No, I haven't." Lisa shook her head.

Taehyung sighed, "Give him time. Eli's demise was nine months ago. But for him, it's only like yesterday. He just recovered."

"I know. I'll do what I can. I better go and prepare our dinner." Lisa left the two.

She walked down the stairs to the kitchen and ordered one of her housemaids to prepare dinner.

Lalisa, is indeed a rich woman living in a huge safehouse in an isolated forest.

Unlike Eli, she's a woman with lots and lots of secrets.

"Boss." One of his people showed in front of her office.

"Bobby." She muttered his name.

Bobby placed an envelope on her desk, "I've got the papers for Kim Seokjin, Park Jimin, Min Yoongi and Jung Hoseok's cases."

Lisa opened the envelope and started reading the informations written.

Kim Seokjin : Fraud, and Scam.

Park Jimin : Robbery and Carjack.

Min Yoongi : Illegal Hacking and Defamation.

Jung Hoseok : Illegal smuggling of weapons.

Lisa put the papers back inside the envelope and handed them back to Bobby.

"Get them the best lawyers." She ordered.

furrowed his brows, "Don't you think this is a little heavy to lift their case?"

"As long as it's not murder, we can pull them out in no time." Lisa sighed.

"They don't have a life setence, Boss. Can't we just wait for them to get discharged?" Bobby suggested.

Lisa turned to Bobby, "Kim Seokjin is a father of a 4 year old boy. Park Jimin's wife just gave birth seven months ago. While Min Yoongi and Jung Hoseok are highly skilled in hacking systems and man power."

"We have enough manpower, Boss. You already have Chanwoo as your hacker." Bobby spat.

Lisa rolled his eyes, "If you did your research about their cases properly then you should've known that they're being handled by those shitty lawyers, Jaebom and Jinyoung. In a week, it's possible they will receive a life setence. Now get them out of that fucking prison before I stop considering your opinion."

Lisa stood up from her seat and left Bobby in her office.

"Is the dinner ready?" She asked the maid as soon as she walk passed the kitchen.

"Yes, Miss Lisa." The maid responded.

Lisa went up the stairs and towards the east wing of her mansion. She found the only door that was wide open right at the end of the hallway.

She sighed and entered the room, "The dinner ready."

Her voice sounded like her that made Jungkook turn around with a glint of hope in his eyes.

"I'm not hungry." He immediately looked away as soon as he didn't familiarize her.

"You've been skipping meals since you got discharged from the hospital. You need to eat." Lisa crossed her arms over her chest.

He chuckled, "Wow... You talk way lot more than her."

Lisa stood silent and looked down at her feet. She bit her lips, trying to come up with another topic.

"I'll just send a maid here to give you food." She was about to leave him when she started sobbing.

Lisa watched him as his shoulders trembled from too much emotion. He lowered his head and let his tears dripple down the carpeted floor of his new room.

Lisa took a step forward but immediately withdraw upon realization.

"It should've been me." He said in between tears.

Lisa shook her head, "It's too late to think about that. It's been nine months—"

"It feels like a minute ago." He cuts her off.

"Even so. Help yourself, Jeon Jungkook. Eli wouldn't want to see you like this." Lisa spat to him.

Jungkook wiped his tears and poked his inner chick with his tongue out of annoyance.

"Help myself?" he scoffed, "Don't make me do something you did, Lalisa."

Lisa's brows furrowed, "What are you talking about?"

Jungkook rolled his eyes, "You're the reason of everything. That's what I'm talking about."

"Me?" Lisa raised an eyebrow at him.

"One wouldn't go after Eli if only you manned up and showed yourself." Jungkook muttered but she still heard him, thanks to the awkward silence.

"I had a job to do." Lisa reasoned out.

"Way more important than your own sister's life? More important than our child's life?" Jungkook glanced at Lisa with rage.

Lisa sighed and shut her eyes close, "You're not the only one who's mourning, Jeon Jungkook. I also lost a family."

"That's not the answer. But I don't even wanna hear it anymore. It shows." Jungkook walked passed her but Lisa got ahold of his arm before he could even leave the room.

Jungkook looked back at her. She was holding back her tears in silence.

"We're on the same boat. Stop doing this." She pleaded.

Jungkook yanked his arm back, "Yeah. That's why you let Eli's boat sink because you only think about yourself."

And he left her.
