Chase's Pov

I woke up bright and early to go get Ryder. As  walked into the kitchen I saw Ryder siting at the table.

"Hi Ryder." I said calmly.

"Oh hi Chase. Your up early." He said.

"Yea I was hoping that you could help me find the perfect gift for Marshall I want it to be really cool and have the first letter of our names engraved on it." I said getting excited.

"Ok Chase ill help you. Just let me go grab my wallet." He said.

I sat waiting for Ryder to get his wallet. Once he came back we headed off to town. We hopped onto his ATV and drove to the jewelry store next to Katie's. I hopped off tail wagging like crazy. Ryder and I walked in and I started looking around at the necklaces. I found two that I like because one was a fire mans tag and the other one was a police mans tag. I showed Ryder and asked if he could get both of the necklace's. He said he could. I told the nice lady that I wanted C engraved in the one with the police tag on it and a M engraved on the fire tag necklace. Then  started to think. I asked if she could make it to where the two necklaces could connect when the two pieces were held next to each other. She told me she could and that the necklaces would cost only forty-five dollars. Ryder paid her and we waited for a couple of hours. She handed the necklaces to Ryder and let me look at them. I started to bark and howl happily.

"So what do you think Chase?" Ryder asked.

"I love them. Thank you so much Ryder." I said.

Ryder put the Fire tag necklace around my neck and we walked out and headed back to the lookout.
