Chase headed home but noticed the glass door was destroyed. He walked inside and saw Ryder and the pups being held by men in grey-armored vests. "What the fuc-" Chase was tackled by the men as well.

He tried to stab them with his claws, but there were too many for him to kill. Eventually, they got him down and secure, making him vulnerable. "Let them go! You fuckers! I'll kill you all!" said Chase as he tried to break free, but no luck.

Eventually, a figure in a black mecha-suit arrived and stared down Chase. "I warned you. I would kill you, and everyone you love." said the figure. "Who the fuck are you?!" said Chase. The figure took off the helmet and it was revealed to be Max.

Chase couldn't believe it, he never thought that he would ever see Max again, but here he was. "You bastard! Don't you dare lay a paw on them! I'll kill you! I'll kill all of you!" said Chase. Max smirked at this and walked over to Ryder and the pups, who looked terrified.

"Such fear in your faces. Don't worry, I'll make this quick." said Max as he was looking down at all of the pups, but stopped directly on Skye. "You must be that piece of shit's lover! You die first!" said Max as his suit's right hand, turned into a spear and then walked towards Skye.

Chase couldn't do anything, all he could do was watch. "NO!! DON'T FUCKING TOUCH HER!!" said Chase as Skye was shaking in fear. "Don't touch my pups!" said Ryder as he broke out of the men's grip and ran towards Max.

Ryder went for a punch, but he was tackled once again by the men. "Hold him." said Max as the men did what he said. Max looked at Ryder and then stabbed him through the head with the spear, causing all of the pups to scream.

Their owner collapsed and Chase was screaming in rage. The other pups were crying, seeing their owner die in front of them like that was unbearable. "Don't worry, you'll join him soon enough." said Max.

Max then killed every pup, except for Skye. Chase couldn't take it anymore, he was now letting tears fall down his face.  He could do nothing but watch his family die in front of him. Marshall was stabbed numerous times in the stomach, Rubble no longer had a head, Rocky's neck was snapped like a popsicle stick, and Zuma suffered the same way Ryder did.

All who was left Chase and Skye, but soon enough, it was about to just be Chase. "It's over Chase. There's no going back." said Max as he was about to kill Skye. Chase was still shedding tears and begging Max to not kill Skye. He was pleading for him to spare her.

"Don't! Don't do this! Let her go! Please! Just take me instead! Let her go!" said Chase as he looked at Skye one more time. Skye looked at her boyfriend and mouthed out, "I love you." Chase couldn't deal with this, losing Skye was too much.

He closed his eyes, then opened them back and he yelled. He yelled so loud, that it caused blistering fury and he broke out of the men's grip. He pulled out his claws and stabbed every man in sight. He turned around and faced Max.

Both pups were staring each other down. "I'll be damned if you would take her as well!" said Chase as he charged at Max. The Doberman pup was ready and he stabbed Chase in the stomach. "CHASE!!" said Skye as she saw her boyfriend fall down. "Did you really think that you could stop me?!" said Max as he punched Chase in the face.

The German Shepherd looked over at the Cockapoo and told her to run. Skye did as she was told and ran out of the lookout. Chase then swung his right paw at Max, to try and kill him, but no luck.

Max grabbed Chase's paw and ripped his arm completely off. The German Shepherd screamed in agony and was then blasted with Max's lasers.

"It's over you son-of-a-bitch." said Max as Chase was out cold.
