Chase drove back to the lookout and walked inside, seeing Ryder and the pups watching, "Apollo the Super Pup". He went to the bean bag that Skye was laying on and snuggled next to her. "Hey baby." said Skye as she licked Chase on the cheek.

"Hey." said Chase as he wrapped his arm around her. "How'd it go out there today, Chase?" said Ryder. "I caught three assholes trying to mug a woman, so I took care of them." said Chase. "You know, it sucks that there's people like that." said Rocky. "I agree, but sometimes, you can't save everyone." said Chase.

"True. So, do you plan on heading out again?" said Marshall. "Nah. Not tonight, I'm just gonna stay gere and get some sleep." said Chase as he put his head down and Skye nuzzled her head on his. "Alright, well goodnight Chase. Sleep well." said Ryder.

3 hours later...

"CHASE!! CHASE!! CHASE!! COME ON!! GET UP!! CHASE, FUCKING GET UP!!" said Marshall as the German Shepherd finally woke up. "Marshall, what the fuck is going on?!" said Chase as he pulled his claws out. "It's Ryder. He's been taken. And the rest of the pups are being held hostage!" said Marshall as he and Chase stormed out of the lookout.

Both pups saw Ryder on the ground, with his hands tied and the pups, trapped in a cage. "Who's the piece of shit that did this?!" yelled Chase as he ran to his owner to try and cut the ropes. A bullet fired and Ryder collapsed. "RYDER!!" said all of the pups.

Chase turned around and saw a shadowed figure standing there. "You son-of-a-bitch!" said Chase as he ran at the figure to kill him, but was caught by the figure and then stabbed in his stomach and then head.

Chase collapsed and then he looked over and saw the pups' lifeless bodies, laying next to Ryder's lifeless body. "NO!!" said Chase as he looked back at the figure and saw a gun with a silver bullet in it.

"I'll kill you!! Do you hear me?!! HUH?!! DO YOU?!!" said Chase as the bullet fired and everything went black.

"AHHHHHH!!!" screamed Chase as he sprung up and noticed that he was in his pup house. "What's wrong Chase?!" said a familiar voice. Chase looked over and saw Skye laying next to him, looking at him with deep concern.

"Oh. Skye, ah fuck." said Chase as he rubbed his head with his paw. "What's wrong baby?" said Skye as she pat the spot next to her, motioning for her mate to lay down with her. "It was a dream. Everyone was killed. You, Ryder, Marshall, everyone." said Chase as he wrapped his arms around Skye, not letting go.

"Oh baby, it was just a dream. I'm still here." said Skye as she kissed her mate on the cheek and then wrapped her arms around him. "I know. But it felt so real. I don't wanna lose you." said Chase. "I know Chase, I don't wanna lose you either. And I promise you, that I'll always be here, nothing will ever change that." said Skye as she kissed Chase.

They both broke the kiss and then slowly went back to sleep.
