Personality: She's loose and free and not afraid to say what she thinks. She loves the fine little details, which is partially why she's an armorer. She doesn't see emotions as weakness, unlike Erin. She would never turn away a friend in need. They made the agreement that if Erin ever needed to go into a protection program, Erin would take Jessica's place.

Description: She and Erin were on a track team together and they look alike except for their eyes and hair and a few scars. Jessica has stormy gray eyes and plain, dark brown hair a little longer than Erin's. She's a little taller than Erin, but the two inch heels on the lieutenant's combat boots make up for that.
