literally the weirdest person you'll ever meet. Knows he needs to be sent to the psych ward. Highly irritable, but tries to keep a cool head. He doesn't like abusing his power, but will use it if push comes to shove. He's not good in crowds or speaking in a large group. He is dangerous, but will only attack if provoked or paid to do so.
