Tristan has four personalities two of them you have met, let's meet the rest shall we.

AntiTristan: AntiTristan is the most insane of the bunch, he sees himself as the most powerful of them all. AntiTristan doesn't want to kill Tristan he wants him to suffer a long pain inducing life. AntiTristan also has a horrible past that he doesn't talk  about because he doesn't want to be seen as weak.

UnKnOwN: unknown is the violence that brews deep inside Tristan, he wants to be the one that hurts Tristan by hurting his friends and family. Unknown knows that Tristan wouldn't forgive himself if anything happens to his friends.

Dr. Peterson: John Peterson is the kind doctor that helps people see the errors of their way. Peterson always has his uniform, mask and cap on at all times, he is not only a doctor with a PhD he's also a psychiatrist.

Chance: Chance Mavis is the relaxed, chill, sunglasses wearing man that loves to throw parties and having fun, Joe loves it when chance comes out to play because when these two get together the party goes into overdrive. Chance always tries to calm Cody and the others down when they start to panic.
