The Arbiter some say he's just a mute assassin for Herobrine others think he's a spirit that is being used against his will.

Mark Davis is the Arbiter's real name but no one knows that anymore. Mark never was much of a talker. He was numb when it came to pain he couldn't even feel any pain if he was severally hurt.

Mark Davis was nothing but a weirdo to the other kids when he was young. He had bad tics that were like bad habits.

He would twitch, crack his knuckles, pop his neck. He has a bipolar disorder and many mental illnesses. This is how he earned his nickname "Mark the insane"

Mark blames his alcoholic father Fred Davis for his problems.

Mark ran away from home when he was thirteen his father cought up to him when he was fourteen.

Mark didn't want anything to do with his father when he was taken back home. His stepmother wasn't any help to him at all.

At age sixteen he ran away again where he met Herobrine. Herobrine promised him a life of immortality and riches to which Mark agreed to.

Mark was never seen by anyone again. A week later his father watched the news and watched in horror as a crime investigation mentioned his son being the prime suspect.

People say the Arbiter is a spirit being used against his will, they are correct.
