Daniel Burns is Burney's biological son but Burney disowned him after he killed his older adopted brother Clint Vale.

Daniel was taken into a deadly assassin clan known as the league of ninjas. Daniel started his training when he first started walking.

Daniel only wanted his father to notice him when he completed his training, Burney did notice his son but now all he could see was a deadly killing machine.

Clint and Daniel got into a fight that ended with Clint being killed. Daniel was mad that Clint was Burney's favorite son. when Burney found out it enraged him. He threw Daniel out of the house and left him with these four words "your dead to me!"
