Neo is King's nemesis because their both different species. when in his human form he is a Albino with red eyes, white hair, sharp teeth, a tail with a tail blade and a white suit made out of flexible body armor. (Unlike King who only wears black leather)

In his Neomorph form his smaller then King but their strength and speed are the same. Neo in his spare time is a scientist, he likes to create more deadly substances and get his clawed hands on some of the professor's toys.

He is also in a relationship with Tristan's cousin Katelyn but they cannot be seen together, I repeat can NOT be seen together. It's a big no no which is why they meet in secret.

Neo is deadly but that doesn't mean he's Atlantis's biggest threat.
