Me: Hello, Alonzo! I am David, and I will be interviewing you today!

Alonzo: Hi, David! Its a pleasure! *sits down*

Me: Need a drink?

Alonzo: Got a Sprite?

Me: *opens the fridge, and gives a can of Sprite to Alonzo* Here you go.

Alonzo: Thank you. *drinks the Sprite*

Me: No problem. Where and when were you born?

Alonzo: I was born in El Paso, Texas, on December 10th, 1984. I'm turning 39 next month.

Me: Wow! On the cusp of 40!

Alonzo: *laughs nervously* Yeah.

Me: What are your parent's names?

Alonzo: My mom's name is Dana, and my dad's name is Caesar.

Me: Any brothers or sisters?

Alonzo: I have one younger sister. Her name is Amanda. Her birthday is September 30th, 1987.

Me: What was your childhood like?

Alonzo: It was loads of fun! I had a friend named Elizabeth. She and I would always hang out, and play games. She was the same age as me. She died in 1995.

Me: I'm sorry. Was she born in 1984?

Alonzo: Yes she was.

Me: May I asked how she died?

Alonzo: She drowned in a pool.

Me: That's awful!

Alonzo: Yeah, it is.

Me: Moving on, do you have a favorite color?

Alonzo: Blue.

Me: Mine too! We're practically twins!

Alonzo: Heh, yeah.

Me: What's your favorite holiday?

Alonzo: Christmas. Its a great time to spend with family. I love listening to Christmas music on the radio.

Me: Me too. Where do you work, Alonzo?

Alonzo: I work at Five Guys. I work the grill.

Me: Do you like it there?

Alonzo: Yeah, its cool.

Me: What year did you graduate high school?

Alonzo: 2002.

Me: Cool. Do you have a girlfriend?

Alonzo: Nah, I'm single.

Me: Have you ever been in a relationship?

Alonzo: Well, I used to date this chick in 2011. Don't remember her name, but she cheated on me with another guy. Broke my heart. I broke up with her. You can't even imagine the pain I felt.

Me: That's messed up! Sorry, you had to go through that, Alonzo!

Alonzo: Its cool, Dave! Can I call you Dave?

Me: Sure, I don't mind!

Alonzo: Sweet!

Me: Do you plan on getting married?

Alonzo: Hopefully.

Me: Do you speak any languages?

Alonzo: Spanish, mostly. Both my parents are from Mexico. I'm Mexican American. I also speak a little German.

Me: Awesome! Do you like bugs at all?

Alonzo: No way! They're gross! I don't like caterpillars!

Me: Me neither! How do you like living in Connecticut?

Alonzo: Its an okay state, I suppose. Not the same as Texas, but it'll do in a pinch.

Me: Yeah, I agree. I was born and raised here, so yeah. What is your dream vacation?

Alonzo: To go to Hawaii!

Me: Awesome! Can you whistle?

Alonzo: No, but my sister can! She's awesome at it! She's been whistling ever since she was five years old!

Me: That's impressive!! Last question! Any pets?

Alonzo: Two cats.

Me: Awesome! Well, it was nice to interview you, Alonzo! *shakes his hand*

Alonzo: *shakes my hand back* Pleasure was all mine!

Me: You finished with that soda?

Alonzo: No! I meant to drink more of it!

Me: Its okay! Just take it with you!

Alonso: Alright! Bye, Dave! Peace!
