Personality:

Veronika was trained to be introverted, apathetic and cold, as well as savvy with technology and science. She even confessed to helping her handler torture his test subjects, though only because she was secretly terrified of being the next subject.

Veronika has a deep familiar love for Natalia, and thinking about her invokes a warm feeling of home inside of Veronika.

After joining the Avengers, Veronika will become far more humane, optimistic, and moral, though she often struggles with her bloodlust, feeling ashamed of her desire to unnecessarily take life. Despite this, she perseveres in trying to regain her humanity. She can also be kind and empathetic to those around her, offering guidance as they face their own individual struggles.

Superhuman Strength: Veronika possesses superhuman strength.

Superhuman Durability: Veronika's body can withstand attacks of immense force.

Superhuman Speed: Veronika can move at above-average human speeds, able to dodge and block attacks.

Probability Field Manipulation: Veronika has the ability to subconsciously and psionically initiate random telekinetic acts that affect probability in her favor by making improbable (but not impossible) things occur within her line of sight, thus causing her to have "good luck" and her opponents to have "bad luck." This phenomenon can be anything from an enemy's equipment failure to hitting just the right switch with a stray shot to shut down an overloading nuclear reactor. Her powers can also be applied to non-kinetic improbable events, such as guessing an encrypted vault code on her first try. Her abilities also stem from her own actions, and as a byproduct, Veronika's abilities give her enhanced reflexes, senses, and physical mobility. However, Veronika's field affects only her probability field, and can only grant good effects on herself meaning it is somewhat inadvisable to include her in group battles, since her powers would indiscriminately affect both friend and foe alike to bring her benefit at their expense.

She is extremely skilled in the field of martial arts, having mastered arts such as sambo, lucha-libre style wrestling, parkour, krav maga, hapkido, multiple styles of kung fu and taekwondo, and kali.
