 I narrowed down the vote to four faces. If Eiza, then her backstory and origin would change more than the others, so I've added two ideas for her. (Also would likely go for a name more fitting for a Mexican background)

Eiza Gonzales:

- Born in 1987. The result of a one-night stand whilst Gibbs was deployed. Her mother (A Mexican-American marine) died in childbirth and she was sent to live with her father and his family. Whilst initially upset and angry at Gibbs for what happened, Shannon still took the baby into her family knowing that she was an innocent child and it wasn't her fault. (I feel Shannon would give her a name fitting of her roots) This would make her 24 during season 6 (2011) where I plan on starting.

- Born 1991/1992. The result of a one-night stand whilst Gibbs was in Mexico hunting Pedro Hernadez. Her mother died when she was very, very young and she was sent to live with Gibbs, who tried, but given he was still grieving for Shannon and Kelly and the baby was a reminder of what he did in Mexico, he often left her with Jackson and Phil to care for. (Her mother would be alive long enough to name her and to name Gibbs her father) This will make her 19/20 during Season 6 (2011) where I plan on starting. I tried to work out if i could make her birth any earlier, but there are real world events attached to the dates, Gibbs was in Desert Storm. I think the earliest I could change this would be mid-late 1990 for their deaths and then mid-late 1991 for her birth.
