Bio:

Max Winchester (b. September 25, 1984) is the daughter of Saskia Waterdale and Poseidon/Ares/Hermes/Dionysus and the adopted daughter of John Winchester. Max was born a demigod, inheriting abilities from her father but was later turned into a vampire-demigod hybrid by Damon Salvatore. She's a former hunter and a current nomad.

Max was born to Saskia Waterdale, a hunter and close friend of John Winchester, Dean has even theorised that John and Saskia were romantically involved with one another either before and/or after Mary's death and that for a while John believed that Max was his daughter.

Max spent the first few years being raised by her mother, though often found herself left at Bobby Singer's home whilst her mother continued to be a hunter. When she was five years old, Saskia failed to return from a hunt, leaving Bobby and John to believe that she had been killed. John immediately decided to take Max with him. Likely if he believed she was his daughter, this played into that. He would eventually have discovered that she was not his daughter when she started to develop her demigod abilities, despite this, John still treated her as if she was his daughter, likely showing that he did genuinely care for Saskia, possible even loved her.

At some point prior to October 2005, Max started sleeping with Damon Salvatore, without knowing that he was a vampire. He was attracted to her demigod blood.

Early December 2006 (2.10 Hunted)

At a lake, Dean revealed to Sam and Max the secret that John whispered into his ear before he died. John told Dean to protect his brother and that he had to save Sam, but that if he couldn't, Dean would have to kill him. Sam was distraught and infuriated, wanting to know what the hell that's supposed to mean. Dean understood that Sam is angry and he apologizes for not telling him sooner. He begs Sam to give him time and says they should lay low until they can plot out their next move.

Max left her brothers' company to meet up with Damon Salvatore for the weekend, at the same time Sam left Dean whilst he slept and stole a car.

Later, as Sam walked to his motel room, he noticed someone sneaking up behind him. He turned around and grabbed the person, pushing her up against the wall and demanded to know who she is, she responded with, "Please, you're in danger".

Inside the motel room, she introduced herself as Ava Wilson. She tried to make it clear to Sam right off the bat that she was not crazy and that she was not on drugs, but that she had been having these nightmares that started about a year ago. She really didn't think much of it. Then about a month before, she had a nightmare, where she saw a guy get stabbed in a parking lot. A few days later, she found an article in the paper about Scott Carey's death, which she then showed to Sam. She continued by telling Sam that the night before she had another nightmare, in which she saw Sam die. Sam realized she must be one of the psychics that the demon has plans for. Ava believed Sam was insane. When he asked about her mother dying in a fire, she answered that her mom lives in Palm Beach, which proved that Ava didn't fit the pattern either.

Ava begged Sam to just leave town, but Sam said he couldn't because he had to find the answers he's been looking for. As far as Ava was concerned, she drove all the way out there from Peoria, Illinois, to save Sam's ass. But since Sam ws refusing to leave, she's going to leave him to his funeral. She grabs her purse and heads for the door. Sam says that if she left now, she may never know the truth about her disturbing nightmares. She decided to stay and hear him out.

Sam asked Ava if she'd had dreams about any one else, she said none, except for one involving Sam and another woman who dies. When pushed about it, Ava told him that she never saw the woman's face, only her back, and that the woman had tattoos down her back in the shape of feathered wings. Sam realised that this is Max. He became more determined to find out what's going on.

Ava made an appointment with Dr. Waxler to help Sam steal Scott Carey's file from his office.

Back at the motel, Sam and Ava listen to a recording of Scott's visit with Waxler. In the recording Scott told Dr. Waxler that the Yellow-Eyed Demon had plans for him, that there is a war coming. People like him are going to be the soldiers, and everything's about to change. Dean cruised by the motel and saw Sam, and was relieved he was okay. Looking from a distance, he spots Ava and starts chuckling, "Sam, you sly dog".

All of a sudden, shots were fired though the windows of the motel room. Sam and Ava ducked behind the table, but the shots were still being fired by Gordon Walker, who was stationed on the roof of the building across the street with a sniper rifle. Dean spotted him and laid a few rounds of punches on him, but Gordon managed to get the upper hand by knocking him out with the back of the sniper rifle.

Sam and Ava walked up to the roof of the building from where Gordon was firing the shots. Sam found an unconscious Dean and .233 caliber rounds, which lead him to believe that Gordon put a suppressor on the rifle. Ava was now officially freaked out and Sam tried to assure her that he's not crazy, that he just watched a lot of T.J. Hooker.

When Dean woke, Sam explains everything to him, including his concern that Max was in danger.

Dean called Max who was unconscious herself, laying in a pool of her own blood seeping from a bite wound on her throat after being attacked by Damon, Damon was sat on the edge of her bed staring at her, he appeared...remorseful.

Sam convinced Ava to go back home because he wants her out of harm's way.

Later, Max woke, alone, with a headache, her wounds on her neck healed. She called Dean back and assured him she's fine, not telling him what happened so as not to worry him. She gave him her location before hanging up and taking time to clean up.

When Sam and Dean arrived at the motel Max was staying at they find her missing and her blood soaking the carpet. Dean frantically called Max, who was now tied up with Gordon holding a gun at her. Max told Dean to meet her at 5637 Monroe St.

Dean knew Max was in trouble because she used the term "funky town" which is their code word of letting each other know over the phone when there is a gun pointed at them.

At the building, Gordon told Max that as much as he wanted to get revenge on the three of them, he's a hunter, not a killer, but that Sam, as a psychic, is fair game.

With Max tied up and gagged, Gordon explained to her that he was down in Louisiana performing a demonic exorcism on a teenage girl. She was a low-ranking demon, who in the midst of the action, muttered about a coming war, that the demon has soldiers fighting in this war. But the soldiers are humans, fighting on hell's side. These soldiers are going to be the Special Children, with psychic abilities, which the demon has plans for. The demon said that Gordon knew one of them, Sam Winchester. Gordon knows all about Sam's visions from his own roadhouse connections. He told her that all these special children are going to be killers. Gordon had set up two tripwires in the building which will trigger the explosions with which he planned on killing Sam.

As Gordon expected, Sam and Dean search the outside of the building and head around to the back door, walking right into Ava's vision. With Max gagged and still tied to the chair, Sam picked open the lock on the backdoor and - being extremely cautious – he and Dean walked in slowly. The first explosion went off and breaks down part of the wall, pieces of wood flying in all directions. Max screamed through the gag, with tears coming out of her eyes. A few seconds later, the second explosion went off. Gordon took his sniper rifle and peaked into the other room to make sure that Sam was dead. He saw Sam's shoe on the ground and assumed he's dead. Little did he know, Sam was right behind him with a gun of his own, demanding Gordon drop his weapon just as Dean appeared through the blown back door. Gordon slowly laid the sniper on the ground, but unexpectedly turns around and threw a punch at Sam. However, Sam managed to get Gordon back down to the ground holding the sniper rifle at his head. Gordon yelled out, "Do it, DO IT, show your brother and sister the killer you really are, Sammy." However, Sam was close, but managed to stop himself from pulling the trigger and instead banged Gordon once more in the head with the back of the rifle. Dean quickly untied Max and she is immediately ready to waste Gordon, but Sam stopped her, saying Gordon's been taken care of.

When Max, Sam and Dean were walking back to the Impala, Gordon followed them out of the building with two guns in hand firing shots in every which way. Max, Sam and Dean ran as fast as they could, ducking at every shot fired. They hid behind a patch of tall grass and as Gordon approached the intersection, five squad cars surrounded him ordering him to drop his weapons. Gordon's taken care of at least for a good three or four years, providing that he doesn't escape.

On the road, Sam made several attempts to get a hold of Ava to make sure that she's all right, but only got her voicemail. Sam told his brother that he wants to keep hunting, and that he would like Dean and Max to keep having his back. Dean just responded with, "Bitch" and Sam answered "Jerk", and Max smiled in pain, she opened her jacket to reveal that she'd been shot multiple times, a number of Gordon's bullets having hit her. Tearfully she alerted her brothers. Dean immediately pulled the impala over and he and Sam tried to help her. Max knew nothing could help her, she smiled sadly at her brothers and told them: 'I'm probably okay, but I also might be dead', before she then did die.

Whilst Dean built a funeral pyre for Max, Sam attempted to wash the blood from his hands, both men silent, both men hurting. Once the pyre was built, Dean made his way to his sister's body and knelt at her side. He touched Max's face, and brushed her hair back, she then sucked in a harsh breath and sent Dean tumbling back from her.

That night whilst at a bar, despite feeling under the weather, Max tried to appear normal for the sake of her brothers. She eventually caught the eye of a patron and left the bar with him.

Sam told Dean that he was worried about Max, that given the lack of explanation surrounding her not dying. Dean shrugged it off, claiming it was probably some demigod thing they didn't know about.

Worried, Sam followed Max, eventually finding her in an alley behind the bar, feeding off of the man she left with. Sam shouted her name causing her to stop before she killed him. Crying, she begged her brother for help.

The next six months, Max spent her time living at Bobby's trying to get a handle on her new side, she had permanently moved herself into Bobby's panic room to protect those around her, despite them telling her that they trusted her. During these six months, Bobby refurbished a airstreamer trailer, intending for Max to have her own space within the Salvage Yard.

May 2007

Max eventually decided that she needed to learn more about what she is, considering as a vampire, everything that they thought they knew appeared to be wrong. Sam and Dean told her that they would figure it out together but she assured them that this was something she needed to figure out on her own.

Dean gives Max a Dutch Shepard puppy she named Boba Fetch, hoping that it would go towards her control, knowing that she would never hurt an innocent puppy.

Bobby gifts her the trailer and a pickup so she doesn't have to stay at motels around people whilst she seeks out her answers. The trailer can be locked and secured from outside just in case it is needed.

May, 2009

Elena Gilbert had a fight with her boyfriend Matt Donovan while at a bonfire party. When Elena was waiting for a ride home from her parents, she met Damon Salvatore for the first time, though he compelled her to forget about their encounter before she left.

Elena's parents, Grayson and Miranda, took Wickery Bridge instead of the direct route of Old Miller Road because the storm from the previous day had broken off a branch to a tree that knocked down a powerline. This same storm kept them from surprising their children with visit to their lake house that weekend.

When Elena's parents were driving her home, they got into an accident that caused their car to fall off Wickery Bridge and into the river below.

Stefan Salvatore saw the accident and dove into the water to rescue them. Grayson Gilbert insisted that Stefan save Elena first, so he freed her from the car and left her on the shore to be found by EMS. However, when he went back for Grayson and Miranda Sommers-Gilbert, they were already dead.

Two hours before the accident, Miranda called Sheriff Elizabeth Forbes and left her a voicemail after she and her sister Jenna Sommers caught Jeremy Gilbert smoking marijuana in his room. Jeremy later said she was trying to scare him by pretending as though she was going to report him to the police.

Max, Sam, Dean, and Bobby attend the funeral of Grayson and Miranda.

Personality:

The sarcastic mean girl with a heart of gold. Max puts on a tough exterior but secretly has a soft spot towards helping people. She is known to deliver insulting jokes with a smile and enjoys making people feel uncomfortable.

Max's nature allows her to always find joy in the little things around her, even if that little something is murder or a cheap motel room.

She's not afraid to be herself, even if it means that it sets her apart from the group.

She isn't afraid to make suggestive comments and frequently flirts with those around her. She also seems to be aware of her appearance and sometimes makes use of it.

Despite her willingness to use violence, she is a moral person who does not do so needlessly, nor does she attack innocent people.

She has shown empathy to fellow outcasts and loners.

Max has a deep loyalty to her family, a sense of protectiveness that Dean states is as fierce as any animal. She takes her family seriously, and though she jokes about them a lot, when the cards are down and they need her, she won't ever hesitate.

Powers and Abilities:

Originally, Max was only a demigod, and as such only had abilities associated with that species, but since being turned into a vampire, making her a vampire-demigod hybrid, Max has gained the associated abilities.

Super Strength: Max is much stronger than Immortals, Supernatural Hunters, non-original Vampires, Werewolves, Evolved Werewolves, non-original werewolf-vampire hybrids and Humans. She is able to decapitate other species with a single chop and shatter windows and doors with small objects.

Super Speed: Max's intensified quickness, agility, reflexes, and endurance makes her much faster than immortals, non-original vampires, werewolves, evolved werewolves, non-original werewolf-vampire hybrids, supernatural hunters and humans, she is slightly faster than average vampires, possibly putting her on par with the Originals. She is able to stop other supernatural species in their tracks and run miles in mere minutes. Her reflexes are similarly heightened.

Super Agility: Max possesses much more superhuman stamina, flexibility, reflexes, agility and dexterity than any immortals, non-original vampires, werewolves, evolved werewolves, non-original werewolf-vampire hybrids, and humans, even slightly more than original vampires. She can move, jump very high, flip, climb and run incredibly fast without difficulty or exhaustion.

Super Senses: Max has a more enhanced sense of hearing, sight and smell that far exceeds those of any immortals, original vampires, non-original vampires, werewolves, evolved werewolves, non-original werewolf-vampire hybrids and humans.

Super Durability: Max can take far more trauma than any immortals, original vampires, non-original vampires, werewolves, evolved werewolves, non-original werewolf-vampire hybrids and humans, without much discomfort or injury. Wood, and White Oak Ash Daggers do not weaken her, making her virtually indestructible.

Enhanced Healing Factor: The injuries of Max heal faster than those of supernatural hunters, original vampires, non-original vampires, werewolves, evolved werewolves, non-original werewolf-vampire hybrids and humans. She also seems to heal much more quickly when exposed to vervain, wolfsbane, or wood. She can heal/recover/regenerate from any and all injuries in a matter of seconds. Vervain or wolfsbane laced liquid has also been shown to weaken her, though she recovers from the effects much more quickly. Human blood has also known to make the healing process faster.

Immortality: With the last White Oak Stake destroyed, no physical weapon on earth can kill Max. Nothing but immense magical power worth a hundred witches summoned by an exceptionally powerful witch can kill Max. Despite the extent of her immortality, Max still needs to feed otherwise she will desiccate and become immobile just like any other immortals, original vampires, non-original vampires or non-original hybrids.

Day Walking: Due to her demigod heritage, Max is immune to the lethal effects that u.v. rays and sunlight have on vampires. Allowing her to walk in daylight without the use of a day ring.

Emotional Control: Due to her vampire heritage, Max is able to exert certain control over hers own emotions, e.g. She can turn off her humanity.

Enhanced Emotions: Because of her vampiric and demigod traits, Max experience emotions more powerfully than humans, original vampires and non-original vampires. Particularly emotions such as joy, happiness, humor, protectiveness, and love. This ability allows her to feel emotions at hers peak regardless of hers age.

Mind Compulsion: Max can compel the minds of most sentient creatures; humans, non-original vampires and non-original hybrids. She cannot compel supernatural hunters that are members of the Five due to them being immune to mental manipulation. Max cannot compel werewolves, evolved werewolves, and original vampires.

Telepathy: As half vampire, Max has the ability to enter the minds of others. Because of her demigod nature, this power is stronger with Max then any other hybrid, non-original vampire, and original vampire.

Illusions: Max has the power to trick the minds of others into seeing/feeling things that aren't actually happening.

Her supernatural attributes aside, Max's greatest asset is her sharp intellect. Max is able to discern a great deal of whatever or whoever is presented to her after only a few keen observations.

Unique to Max:

Due to her being a hybrid, Max seems to have some unique vampire powers that have come about through being a demigod.

Empathy: Max can sense and change the emotions of the those around her. With this ability, Max can sense the feelings of others and alter them according to her will. She can resolve a tense situation peacefully or, make people coexist more easily. It can also be used to enlighten someone's mood; Castiel describes it as a subtle ability, and is very useful in resolving conflict. She can also manipulate the level of intensity people feel emotions.

Psychic Shield: Max is highly resistant to all mental intrusion, including telepathy and compulsion. Mind readers only "hear" static, while mind controllers, e.g. vampires are incapable of manipulating her with compulsion. Max is even able to use this shield to block out other people's thoughts from her own mind.

Animal Intuition: Max is highly intuitive when it comes to dealing with animals, being really good at reading, understanding, and staying in tune to their body language, able to solve many of their behavioral problems in an effortless way, and having unique insights into their psychology and behavior. Max also, by nature, has an amazing rapport with animals, a connection with them spiritually, a natural ability to handle them remarkably well, an uncanny ability to communicate with them on a direct level, and are automatically granted a genuine love and empathy for them as well.

- This is likely linked to the vampire telepathy, allowing her to have a broader reach.

Demigod Powers:

This will depend on who her father will be, so I will just put up the general powers based on the six god father options.

Poseidon:

Hydrokinesis: Max can control great volumes of water to a very high degree. She can dry herself and items (such as a lighter) underwater as long as she holds onto it, extract water from petrified seashells, create oxygen bubbles underwater for people who cannot breathe underwater, propel herself through water, summon waves that can easily sink ships, as well as control water in order to make it explode or use it to grab something.

Water Solidification: Max can harden water into an almost solid shape by increasing the surface tension of the water. She can use this power to walk on water and create a strong water shield.

Hydrogenesis: Max can create water from her own power by summoning the "force of the ocean" inside of her as long as she concentrates hard enough, though it takes much of her energy for her to do so.

Water Empowerment: When in contact with or in the presence of water, Max gains a disproportionate amount of superhuman clarity, strength, speed, agility, and endurance. However, this only lasts for a limited amount of time unless she is completely submerged in water.

Water Immunity: If she falls from great heights into water, Max will be unaffected by any amount of water pressure. She doesn't get wet if submerged in water unless she wants to. Additionally, Max can breathe underwater for unlimited amounts of time and see in the darkness underwater.

Heat Immunity (limited): Max has a far higher than normal resistance to heat and burns, similar to that of a Cyclops.

Watercraft Manipulation: Max possesses an intimate awareness of any ship she is on (sailing ships, canoes, motorboats, possibly submarines) and can telekinetically operate one.

Perfect Bearings: Max always know her exact nautical coordinates wherever she is, which allow her to easily navigate his way at sea.

Communication: Max has divine authority over her father's subjects. She can talk (normally and telepathically) to equines and sea creatures who mainly treat her with deference and lordly respect. She can also speak to other children of Poseidon underwater.

Zoolingualism (limited to Equestrians and Marine Life): Max can understand and talk to marine animals, equines and similar creatures.

Ares:

Telumkinesis: Being a child of Ares would make her an expert in all weapon usage and she may even have some degree of magical control over them. Max is shown to be skilled in wielding a spear, sword and knife, though her favored weapon is her electric baton.

Weapon Conjuration: As a daughter of Ares, Max is able to transform any object around her into any weapon and/or tool through sheer concentration.

Weapon Curses: As a daughter of Ares, Max is able to place curses on her opponents' weapons.

Odikinesis: As a result of being the daughter of Ares, Max has limited control and influence over the emotions of war (such as hate and rage). She would unknowingly use this ability to induce violent fights with monsters.

Powerful Scream (limited): As a daughter of Ares, Max is able to generate a powerful scream capable of causing her opponents extreme pain and discomfort.

Hermes:

Acting Skills and Manipulation: As a daughter of Hermes, Max is very persuasive and skilled at trickery. She is also very deceitful as well.

Enhanced Theft Abilities: As a daughter of Hermes, Max is naturally stealthy and could supernaturally steal things without people noticing.

Clauditiskinesis: Max can magically sense the internal structure and mechanisms of any lock she touches. She is able to make it unlock telekinetically if she concentrated enough.

Lock Intuition: She can identify curses and traps placed on locks. If she concentrates hard enough, she can deactivate them.

Alchemy: As a daughter of Hermes, Max is good at making potions.

Telekinesis: Max has some degree of control over objects.

Dionysus:

Chlorokinesis: Max can grow, control, and summon plants, but she prefers grape and strawberry vines.

Vine Binding: Max can bind and suffocate her enemies with grape vines which are incredibly strong and durable.

Alcokinesis: As the daughter of the god of wine, Max can manipulate alcohol.

Alcohol Conjuration: Max can conjure any kind of drink.

Abilities:

Aerobatics: Max can perform aerobatic stunts while flying, including doing turns, loops, corkscrews, barrel rolling, spins, fly upside down or backwards like a hummingbird, etc.

Master Martial Artist: Max is an extremely skilled and formidable martial artist and hand-to-hand combatant, excelling at improvisation and weapons handling.

Master Acrobat: Due to her extraordinarily enhanced agility and reflexes, Max has immense capability in using flips and spins in a fight and in flight.

Lore Knowledge: Because of her upbringing, Max has a wide range of knowledge on the supernatural and mythological aspects of the world.

Mentioned at one point a vampire trucker borrowed for six months

It is possible, that via the Petrova bloodline in her maternal line that Max was born a demigod-traveller hybrid but as she had no formal training and never used magic outside of hunting she showed no aspect of magic. Though Bobby will state that Max's spells are significantly more powerful than they should be, implying that the latent magic in her blood provided a boost to all spells before she became a vampire hybrid.

Max appears to be a fan of family films such as An American Tail, and musicals such as Dirty Dancing.

Max has Bulgarian heritage via her mother.

Max believes that Santa Claus is real, claiming that so far everything else is so who can definitively say that he doesn't exist somewhere out there
