Bio:

Charlie was born in 1980 to Katya Lykaios and Howard Stark after a short term affair between the two of them. Howard and Maria had intended on taking on the care of Charlie given Katya's young age, but before they could, Katya had vanished from the hospital with her baby and returned to her home within the cult known as the Temple of Eternal Light.

Not long after her birth, Katya married Nikolai Udinov, the son of Hydra scientist and engineer and leader of the cult, Alexai Udinov.

Charlie was raised within the cult. Her childhood was filled with emotional, physical and sexual abuse at the hands of Alexai, Nikolai, and a number of her 'cult' brothers. This is something she does not like to talk about.

At 16, Charlie underwent a ritual within the cult that endowed her with magical/mystical powers.

By the time Charlie was 25, she had managed to escape the cult before she was picked up by Shield who had been undertaking surveillance on the cult. With her help, they managed to take out Alexai Udinov and rescued three of the younger members but because of Charlie leaving much of the cult had moved on to a new location.

Temple of Eternal Light:

A side department of Hydra, this cult worships the Rock of Eternity and believes that it is the source of all magic in the universe. Currently, lead by Nikolai Udinov.

- When cult members join they go through a ritual that involves them touching the Rock of Eternity.

- When children of members of the cult turn 16, they are brought to the stone to undertake the same ritual.

- This ritual is said to grant cult members 'magical' powers but it doesn't affect members the same way. Those that do come out of the ritual with powers move up through the ranks, whilst those that do not are either killed or lowered through the ranks.

- Those that fail the ritual are said to slowly descend into madness from what the Rock of Eternity showed them.

Personality:

- Haven't got one written up yet but I imagine that she's rather withdrawn around strangers and very loud people, she won't like crowds and gets really suspicious of people that seem shifty to her because of her past. She's a tortured and pained soul. Foul mouth. But good morals. A feminist and protector and stuff. She helps the little people, so volunteers at the children's ward, donates to charity. Very modest.
