Bio:
Chloe is the result of a very short term affair between Han'Gerrel vas Neema and Annabeth Moreau during a period in which Annabeth and her husband William were having troubles in their marriage. Despite this, William took to Chloe as if she was his own daughter. Raising her alongside his biological children.
Chloe's birth was difficult and both of her parents worried that they might lose her before she was born. However, Chloe was ultimately delivered successfully, much to her parents' relief.
Chloe is also the first born human-quarian child, and as such was initially considered to be an abomination by most humans in the colony. Despite his own illness and brittle bones, her older half-brother, Jeff would often stand up for her. Because of this, they are incredibly close.
Chloe's early years were spent in the company of her doting parents.
One of Chloe's earliest memories is her fifth birthday, when her step-father, put a lot of preparation into a treasure hunt to keep her entertained.
Chloe found solace in books, which fuelled a lust for adventure. Though her biological father would occasionally visit and take her along to join the quarian fleet, he was often too busy to pay attention to his daughter.
On one such trip, Chloe snuck into a lab and started working on a small space rock late one night, and uncovered a jade trinket. Overcome with joy, Chloe rushed to her father to show her, still wearing her penguin print pyjamas, though Han'Gerrel was taking an important phone call and told her to wait.
Chloe did wait, but nothing came of it and before she had the opportunity to show him, she was returning home. Upon arriving back with her mother, Chloe rushed to her older brother, Jeff to show him the trinket. Jeff was more than happy to dote on Chloe, and seemed genuinely impressed by her find. He used one of his shoelaces to turn the pendant into a necklace for her. She continues to wear the pendant as a mark of pride.
Chloe was an intelligent child, and early on was placed in classes with students a year older to compensate. Nevertheless, Chloe was often bored at school, which led to her getting in trouble for daydreaming and not paying attention in class.
When the time came for Chloe to attend University, she decided that she wanted to earn her own way and would apply to the University of Aurais. This decision required her to pay her tuition and rent by working multiple jobs. Although this was a tougher choice, it helped Chloe become more grounded, down-to-earth, and level-headed than she might otherwise have been.

After graduating, Chloe travelled with a small team of fellow explorers and archaeologists, around various ruins across various worlds.

Chloe wears several pieces of jewelry including a jade pendant around her neck, which was her "first real find" back when she was five years old. Initially it was tied on with one of Joker's bootlaces, however she later changed it to a braided leather lanyard, which she wears in a double loop style, she will hold onto it in times of stress or concern. She wears, three small, silver hoop earrings, one in her left ear and two in her right.
Down time: Ash colored Tank top. Brown Cargo Pants, and Brown Combat boots.
Expedition: Red and Black Parka, Grey Scarf and Hat, Beige Combat Pants, Black and Grey Snow Spats and Black gloves.
Citadel: A black leather jacket and grey hoodie, with blue jeans and brown combat boots.

Powers and Abilities:
After being exposed to element zero as a child, the source of biotics, Chloe displayed something rather unique, instead of gaining the usual biotic powers, she became a conduit for oan energy. Likely a side effect of her hybrid nature.
Oan Energy Conduit: Chloe is capable of using Oan energy which in most cases takes the form of purple light, this energy has the ability to affect and use fundamental forces of the known universe, including gravity, radiation, heat, light, and blasts of concussive force.
Energy Projection: Chloe can fire blasts of Oan energy.
Force Field: Chloe can create various forcefields of various sizes and shapes to protect herself or others around her.
Energy Constructs: Chloe can form constructs of Oan energy. She can create any particular items or construct that she can imagine as long as she has the willpower necessary to will it into existence. The constructs are made out of purple energy, which is a tangible form of pure willpower, and they exist only as long as a she is fueling it with her willpower. Items created are not indestructible.
Phasing: Enveloping herself in Oan energy allows Chloe to pass through certain solid objects, such as walls.
Peak-Physical Condition: She appears to be in peak-female conditioning, having the strength, speed, acrobatic prowess, stamina, reflexes, hand to eye co-ordination & durability that are greater than olympic-level athletes, she is able to push herself for several hours at a time. She has also learned all the ancient meditation techniques of the Byzantine Era, allowing her an improved healing speed.
Marksmanship: Chloe was taught how to shoot by William and refined her skills at her school's rifle club. She has shown remarkable skill with many different firearms, including pistols, shotguns and automatic weapons.
Archery: Chloe is also a very skilled archer, having taken it up during her school days, and continuing to practice during her college days by joining an archery club called the Sisters of Artemis. She expanded her skill further after discovering codices detailing Byzantine archery techniques, she can rapidly fire up to three arrows within a few seconds or hit multiple targets simultaneously.
Combat Skills: She has decent hand-to-hand combat skills, and was said to have a "heavy swing" by Joker. Chloe has also shown that she is strong enough to snap a man's neck, with her thighs. She was even able to defend herself from two muggers by using an umbrella as a weapon. Chloe can even fight blindfolded. The fighting style she used while fighting Diana, resembles kickboxing.
Guerrilla Warfare: This is her most prominent skill. She was able to hide in the trees in order to ambush her enemies from above in a stealthy manner. This, combined with her bow, allows her to silently eliminate all the threats in the given vicinity.
Superior Athleticism: Chloe took gymnastics when she was younger. As a result, she is very acrobatic and has great finesse, performing wall scrambles to reach higher levels or swinging on cloth banners as if it were a trapeze. Chloe is a strong swimmer, and can hold her breath for a decent amount of time. She has even learned all the advanced mountaineering skills of the ancient Byzantine Era.
Pain Tolerance: Her tolerance for physical trauma & fatigue is far greater than the average human being. She even learned ancient meditation techniques that allowed her to ignore pain. Combined with her tenacity, has given her a high resistance to torture.
High-Level Intelligence: Chloe has spent years studying different aspects of archaeological and anthropological fields, being able to easily identify buildings and artifacts to their time period of origin from nothing more than what she can see. However Chloe's brilliance is not just limited to her field of study.
Survival Instincts: William taught her how to utilize survival Instincts, in order to have an advanced sense of awareness & heightened sense of hearing, smell & sight. She has a keen eye for detail.
Archaeological / Occult Knowledge: Chloe has vast knowledge of ancient history and culture.
Navigation: Chloe can read the stars to get her bearings. She also seems to have studied cartography and orienteering, as she can find hidden areas from directions on monoliths, and map out areas.
Escape Artistry: Chloe has been captured numerous times, usually relying on herself to be freed. Chloe has escaped from a snake pit and a gulag using nothing but what was in her vicinity, and has even managed to escape armed men, on multiple occasions, using improvised weapons and clever tactics.

Recurve Bow: Chloe personal weapon of choice is a specialized recurve bow which greatly accommodates her unique combat style, allowing her to accurately shoot enemies from a considerable distance, or quickly and effectively fire at enemies during a close range fire fight or brawl while dodging gunfire and attacks from numerous enemies. To further aid in combat, the bow has a red laser sight to help Chloe quickly draw a line of sight when targeting enemies at close range. When pushed to hand to hand combat the bow is durable enough to serve as an effective melee weapon.
The bow is collapsible, with breaks above and below the handle, as well as midway down the length of each limb. This allows the bow to be folded into a more compact form that makes it easier to conceal, carry, store, and transport. When deployed, the bow can swiftly re-assemble in one quick motion as the limbs lock back into place.
Four buttons running down the length of the bow's grip, in line with each of her fingertips, allow Chloe to request speciality arrows from her quiver without taking her mind off the battle. Chloe can also use these controls to remote trigger certain speciality arrows such as the explosive tip.
It also had the capability to transform into a bo staff which could be used for melee combat.
Quiver: Chloe specialized arrow quiver is designed to organize and store her arrows as well as assemble and present them on demand. The quiver is typically worn on Chloe back allowing her easy access to her arrows. By carrying the arrows in two separate bundles, side by side, the quiver retains a flat, slim profile while being worn, which keeps it from hindering Chloe's movement. Each bundle contains twenty arrows, making a total of forty between the two halves.
The quiver is composed of a light-weight, symmetrical outer frame that houses two separate bundles of arrows. The frame surrounds the arrow bundles at the top and bottom, with a narrow spine between, protecting the internal mechanisms while leaving the arrow shafts and arrowheads visible. The arrow shafts and arrowheads are stored separately. The arrowheads are stored in a cassette, at the base of the quiver. Chloe selects a particular payload via the remote control in her bow's grip and the quiver selects the appropriate arrowhead, and mates it to the shaft of an arrow. The arrow is then lifted up above the other arrows so that it can easily be found and drawn.
Arrows:
Conventional: A standard arrow made to easily penetrate and injure an enemy while also being difficult to directly remove from a wound. Like any standard arrow, this arrow type is suitable for stealth operations because it makes minimal noise and is less conspicuous than Chloe's other, more specialized arrows. Chloe uses this arrow the most during missions and battles. This arrow is also capable of cutting through Geth armour.
Explosive: A number of arrows were made to serve as remote explosives that could be triggered via the remote in Chloe bow. One such arrow featured a number of micro cables that could secure it to its intended target before detonating.
Grappling Hook: An arrow with three small, claw-like prongs that was made to function as a form of grappling hook. When fired a high tension cable remains attached to Chloe bow, as the arrowhead makes contact with a surface the three prongs become embedded and a series of micro-explosives remove portions of the arrow shaft from the cable at its core, allowing the cable to pivot from the arrowhead/grappling hook itself.
Thermal Incendiary: A special arrow that contains a chemical mixture that can melt through a variety of materials, including most metals, when activated, similar to a powerful thermite reaction.
Hacker: An arrow with an arrowhead that serves as a solid state computer drive containing specific computer code. In the hand of a skilled archer this arrow can be fired and jacked into a specific computer input from a distance, after which it uploads a set of code into the computer.
Burst Shot: A special arrow that contains multiple secondary projectiles. After the arrow hits its target, a ring of secondary projectiles stored in the arrowhead fire in a circular pattern, hitting any nearby enemies. This arrow is useful for attacking groups of enemies.
Taser: An arrow that is attached to a small device that delivers a electrical discharge capable of incapacitate a person.
Pulse: An arrow that releases an energy wave at a 360 degree that can incapacitates or kill surrounding enemies.
Trap: Two arrows on opposite sides of the area, made to incapacitate anyone who passes between them by using an electric discharge.
Scatter: An arrow made by several fragmenting arrows, allowing it to separate into other smaller arrows to attack an enemy multiple times
Electrical: An arrow similar to the Taser and Trap Arrow but upgraded to be able to fire the arrow at the target, releasing an electric discharge.
EMP Detonator: An arrow that releases a burst of electromagnetic energy disabling any electronics within its perimeter.
Biotic Arrows: An arrow that releases a biotic burst when it hits it's target.
Oan Arrows: An arrow powered by oan energy that bursts with force when it hits it's target.

Tactical knife: a gift sent to her by her father. This is usually attached to her belt at the back, behind her holster.
Climbing axe: this usually hangs on the lest side of her belt, she never goes anywhere without it, this sits behind the belt case for her compound bow.
