Personality:

Chloe is kind, caring, selfless, intelligent, has a sense of justice, honor and has good morals. She does also have a very sharp wit.

Normally, Chloe is very calm, level-headed and patient, as she rarely loses her temper, however, she has no tolerance for those who disrespect her friends, family, or comrades. Chloe is also cold towards individuals that he dislikes for good reasons.

Both Chloe and the Doctor have stated that Chloe does have a very bad temper, possibly inheriting this from her father. The Doctor has spoken with her companions about what would happen if Chloe ever lost her temper, and that she is actually afraid of how powerful that might make her. Becaue of this, the Doctor has taught Chloe anger management methods ranging from meditation to breathing exercises.

Chloe has a hero's heart and is a loyal friend to the people she holds most dear.

Chloe has a fondness for "little shops", the gift stores usually found in hospitals and other public places, though she has a dislike for hospitals. She also likes bananas, picnics, picnic baskets, fire engines, teachers, and rock and roll music.

Chloe often remarks that exotic technology or life is "beautiful" or "brilliant" and is genuinely enthralled by such discoveries.

Chloe will scratch the back of her head when embarrassed, thinking or when reluctantly admitting fault. Typically, she will lean against a surface with her legs stretched out and crossed together, with her arms either folded together or in her pockets.

Physical appearance:

Chloe's true appearance is that of a green-skinned female humanoid based, with red eyes and shoulder-length red hair, she also has freckles on her cheeks.

Her primary 'super' outfit consists of a short-sleeved black dress split up the legs in a sort of primitive skirt fashion, with a red X on it, along with a black and red cape, black gloves, and calf-high black boots.

Physiology:

- Chloe is, on the whole, extremely tough and resilient. Chloe can survive some falls which would shatter the bones of humans.

- Chloe can survive extreme cold, due to having a "souped-up metabolism". She can also survive extreme heat. She can even survive the subzero temperatures and extremely low pressure of vacuum for around six minutes, and survive electric shocks that would be fatal to humans.

- Chloe needs less sleep than humans, and can make do with as little as an hour.

- Chloe has all the senses possessed by humans, but to generally superior degrees.

- Chloe also has extraordinary reflexes and precision timing, literally superhuman. Her reflexes are ten times a human's.

- Chloe shows great hand-eye coordination and dexterity with a wide variety of tool and weapons.

- Chloe's eyes are better at seeing in general, as well as in the dark, as she can gather and enhance available light. She can notice incredible amount of detail from distances of at least one hundred yards away, as well as people that are well beyond the human line of sight.

Gamma/Gallifreyan physiology: Chloe possesses several incredible powers. Overall, Chloe is one of the most powerful beings in the entire universe, with even Thor referring to her as the most powerful being on the face of Earth.

Regeneration: Whilst Chloe does have the ability to regenerate, it is not entirely the same as it is with the time lords. Instead of gaining a whole new body and personality, Chloe has the ability to completely regenerate her entire body from a small a piece of herself, even from something as small as as a cluster of cells as long as they are 'living'.

Accelerated healing factor: Chloe's physiology has moderate self-healing properties. This caused any wound inflicted on her to glow red and then vanish in minutes.

Extended longevity: Chloe's life span is considerably longer than a normal human and likewise ages much slower. Despite being over 300 years old, her health, performance, and natural appearance has remained unchanged.

Camouflage: Chloe can blend within the environment by changing the appearance of her form to bend the light waves around her to match with her surroundings making her almost - but not completely - invisible.

Density-shifting/Intangibility: Chloe is able to move through solid matter (such as walls and doors) or to increase his density to become near-invulnerable. She is able to use this offensively, allowing her to phase through people to cause internal damage or even pull organs out of the body.

Invulnerability: Chloe's body is far denser than a human's, but not quite as durable as that of an Asgardians, like Thor.

Shape-shifting: She can change her form on a cellular level, completely altering her physical appearance, including her organic clothing, allowing her to mimic other people or animals and other creatures. At first, she found male forms more difficult, but eventually mastered them. Her power is not restricted to humanoid forms; to both survive and manoeuvrer underwater, she grew gills and a mermaid tail.

Size Alteration: As an extension of her shape-shifting ability, Chloe can alter her size with ease, being able to shrink or grow to gigantic size.

Telepathy: Telepathy comes naturally to Chloe; she can read minds, mentally communicate with others, and project her thoughts in other people's minds. Expert Engineer: Chloe, having spent much of her childhood around the TARDIS and the Doctor, is skilled at mechanics and engineering, being able to construct a variant of other gadgets and devices from scrap and other items she has on hand.

Super Intelligence: Chloe is exceptionally intelligent, being able to figure out solutions to problems even when they were created by an equally intelligent opponent, but mostly improvises her strategies, using the justification that she did so "brilliantly". She often does mathematical calculations in her head very quickly.

She knows at least some Sycoraxic and a language of Tiaanamat, which sounded like canine barking to human ears. She also claims to speak "sabre-toothed tiger", "baby", "cat", "horse", "flerken" and "dinosaur".

Time Travel Device: The Time Travel Device is a heavily-advanced wrist-mounted machine that allows it's users to travel to different points in history. It is owned by Chloe. The Time Travel Device allows its users to travel to any point in history. However, as Chloe mentions the further in time one goes back, the less precise the location it will allow it user to land.

Sonic Screwdriver: Whilst Chloe has a sonic screwdriver, it is currently broken.
