I Swallowed the Foot

It is as if I am

unilaterally determined

to do all I can

to achieve the least

in this passing life...

Biting the toes

then swallowing whole

with all the rest soon to follow

If I am full of me

who will tell the world of Jesus

who will point them Heavenly?

Let go the toes

and feast on the manna so sweet
