MONSTERS UNDER MY BED

Late at night, I feel utterly strange
I hear growls with vicious range
Waves of fear elevate to my heart
Inside my system, I'm broken apart

I hear a slashing of wolverine claws
My heart cresendo cries of rises n falls
I'm haunted by their whispers
Tossing my mind up like twisters

I can feel my erupted fear
Burst out of me along with my tears
Inside of me, there is unknown pain
Twisting my bones with chains

Sometimes in my neck, I feel their hands
Choking me slowly, no one understands
No one really believe my true life story
What a shame, I lost my harmony

Harmony of peace they steal it
My walls of silence, they broke every bit
They enter my castle of dreams
Spreading chaos across the streams

Darkness falls down right into my eyes
They toss madness up in the skies
I feel they are running in the city streets
Sending electric chills under my feet

They break my last energy tower
Fading, I lost my powers
They will never leave me alone
Throwing me in the ground like a stone

I wake up late in reality
They still take away my sanity
Strings of despair, they thread me
Tangled by them, I can't be free

They rattle my broken soul harder
I can feel hope run away farther
I swear it was my worst my nightmare
Every time, I can't think and stare

They menacingly linger inside my poor head
When there are monsters under my bed
