Just curious on everyone's opinion on who is the best Sonic villain. Like in design, motives, fear factor, their power, etc.

And yes this does include all Sonic villains, even ones from the old Archie Sonic Comics like Enerjak or Scourge and Fan-Made ones like Nazo or Seelkadoom.
