*Udyan's pov*

When Naruko and Sasuke came back from getting food we all sat down and ate. We came to the conclusion that we should leave. They needed a heaven and we needed an earth but we didn't want to kill each other over it. So after eating and resting for the night we left early that next morning.

"Alright we need to be quick. There are two other teams left besides us and team seven." Selena says.

"One will have the earth we need the other will have a heaven." Naruko says seriously.

"Up ahead." I mutter lowly. "I sense a few people."

"Alright, lets do this quickly. Split." Naruko orders. We all nod and split up surrounding who ever is ahead of us. We hid waiting for the signal from Naruko. She walked out, well limped out pretending to be injured. She even went as far as to cut up her lip and stuff.

"Look at this boss. An injured brat. Let's take her scroll." One of the guys says.

"Yeah." A girl says quietly.

"Tch. Let's have a little fun first." The 'boss' says. He grabs Naruko by the hair and pulls her up.

"Le-let me go." Naruko says weakly. The boss smirks and punches her in the face, well tries to.

"What the?!" He yells shocked as she grabs his fist and crushes it. He cries out in pain. She smirks and whistles.

"Get the scroll!" She says as she takes care of the boss.

"Why you!" The other guy yells angry as he goes to get Naruko. I step in his way.

"And what do you think you're doing?" I ask smirking. He goes to hit me but I dodge. I hit him hard in the face. "Stay down." I say as I knock him out.

"I've got the scroll!" Selena yells. The girl looked terrified as she hides.

"Did she just give it to you?" I ask confused. She nods.

"Hey, is this the real scroll? If it's not you'll have a price to pay." Naruko says to the girl.

"It-it's the real scr-scroll." She says shaking in fear. We nod and leave.

-time skip, to when everyone is finally at the tower-

*Naruko's pov*

"Finally." I mutter as we make it to the tower. We opened the scrolls and did what was necessary. A Chunin led us to the big room with everyone else who made it. Dad, Lord Third and a few others where there. All of the Konoha Rookies made it, Team Seven made it be fore us!

"HOW THE HELL DID YOU GUYS GET HERE BEFORE US?!" Selena yells completely confused.

"You guys are just slow." Sasuke says in mockery.

"Duck ass. Watch it." I glare at him. He smirks at me then eyes me carefully.

"What happened to your face?" He asks without a hint of emotion. I furrow my eyebrows then touch my face.

"Oh. The reason why we were slow." Selena says laughing. I shrug. Then Dad and Lord Third begin talk to us. To which I zoned out. Then people started to drop out. Selena updated me quickly. "We're gonna have preliminary rounds, too many people made it."

"Cool." I say nodding. When everyone is done leaving, the matches begin.

"Naruko Uzumaki vs. Selena Uchiha." The protector calls.

"Huh?!" Both of us and all of the Konoha nin yell together.

"Well, no matter what happens, well still be best friends and teammates right?" I ask Selena holding my hand out to her.

"Right." She smiles at me taking my hand.

"Ready?" The protector asks after his coughing fit. We nod and get in position.

"I guess only one of us can become a Chunin this time around." Selena smirks.

"No hard feeling but y'know it's going to be me." I say grinning wickedly.

"Begin." He jumps back and we tighten our stances and begin to circle each other. We watch each other closely. She begins with the fire ball jutsu, I mimic her moves perfectly.

"FIRE RELEASE; GREAT FIRE BALL JUTSU!" We yell in unison. Two fire balls meet in the middle. As smoke fills the arena I charge at her. Kunai in hand. We clash. We begin to battle in Taijutsu. I get her face and she gets my shoulder.

"Screw it." I mutter taking my jacket off. I throw it in her face and tackle her to the ground.

"Damn!" She yells trying to get out of my grip.

"Come on Selena!! Just like in training!! You can take her!!" Udyan yells.

"WHOSE SIDE ARE YOU ON?!" I yell. Getting distracted, I loosen my grip on her and she escapes. She throws shuriken at me from behind. I stand there, last second I disappear.

"Where'd she go?" Selena mutters looking around. I grin as I hid in a tree slightly away from her. I make fast hand signs, Tiger->Snake->Tiger->Bird->Tiger->Ram.

"Lightning Release; Thunderbolt." I say grinning. People think Selena is in front of me. It's a clone. The real Selena is behind me somewhere watching me. I extended both my arms out a thunderbolt strikes the Selena in front of me causing it to explode in smoke and the real Selena runs from her hiding place.

"Hey! We never said anything about trying to kill each other!" She yells at me.

"We never said we wouldn't." I reply grinning wider. She looks at me dumbfounded.

"Fine. If that's how you wanna play." She smirks and comes running at me. I dodge.

"Come on already! One of you finish playing around and take the other out!" Sakura yells annoyed.

"Sure thing!" I yell back. I grab Selena in a chokehold and slam her into the ground. "Come on, say it. Say I'm the best and you give up." I say grinning.

"Never!" She yells squirming around to get out of my grip. "Naruko, if you don't let go, I'll tell Sasuke." She smirks.

"He already knows. So I don't care. If you don't give up I'll tell everyone that you and Udyan are dating." I grin into her ear.

"You wouldn't." She looks so horrified. "I GIVE UP!" She yells to the protector. I smirk and let her go. "Such a dirty trick." She mutters to me.

"You're the best." I laugh hugging her.

"The winner is Naruko Uzumaki!" The protector yells.

"GO NARUKO!!!" Naruto yells.

"Let's head up." Selena says sighing.

"Ima go see dad. I need a moment." I reply calmly. She eyes me and nods. I walk towards dads viewing area and as soon as I open the door I collapse.

"You did great Naruko." He says coming to my aid. He helps me up and we sit down to watch the fights. "Now, do you think you can summon the toads, or do the Resengan?" He asks.

"Maybe. But not now." I mutter lowly as my eyes slowly close.

"Of course. Sleep sweetheart. I'll let you know what happens." Dad says calmly while smoothing my hair. I cuddle into his embrace and slowly close my eyes before the next match begins.

*Third person pov*(I'm not writing every fight out. They're all like in the anime except for Udyan of course.)

As the matches proceeded on, Sasuke won his match. Shino won, Kankurō won. Ino and Sakura has a double knockout. Temari won, Shikamaru won, Naruto won, Neji won, Gaara won, and Dosu Kinuta won. Lastly was Udyan Haruno vs. Haku.(he joined the village along with Zabuza to avoid the death penalty!)

"Can the last two contestants please come to the middle. Udyan Haruno and Haku!" The protector calls having one of his coughing fits. By now Naruko was awake and visiting with Sasuke in the infirmary.

"Right." Udyan says paling slightly. Having witnessed Haku in action.

"I'll end this quickly." Haku says calmly.

"Begin!" The protector yells after the two had met in the middle.

"It would be wise for you to give in now." Haku says calmly. The only thing of his outfit that has changed is his head band and he no longer wears the mask.

"I can't give in now. I've got to prove myself." Udyan says glaring. His stance tight and his fingers twitching. Knowing Haku can easily take him out. Haku only sighs and begins the match.

Aiming senbon needles at Udyan to knock him out. Udyan knows this and dodges them. Taking a kunai out Udyan throws it at Haku with force. Udyan thinking quick before Haku can get him begins to make hand signs Boar-> Ox-> Snake (it says Technique specific seal, so I think it means Snake.)

"Earth Release; Tearing Earth Turning Palm." Udyan says breathing heavily. Only learning this jutsu a few weeks ago in training and never perfecting it yet. The area around Haku begins to swirl in on itself but Haku jumps away stealthily.

"I'll end this now." Haku says to himself seeing the opportunity while Udyan tries to regain himself. Haku hits him in his neck like he had done for Zabuza.

"The winner is Haku!" The protector calls. Then has yet another coughing fit. "Is he dead?" The protector asks checking Udyan's pulse and not feeling anything. Sakura, Selena, Naruto, Naruko supporting a still injured Sasuke approach.

"No, Haku didn't kill him. We've fought before." Naruto says.

"It's a simple death like state." Selena says smiling.

"Udyan will be fine in a few days." Sakura says sighing.

"Can the winners of each match please step forward!" Lord Fourth called out standing with Lord Third. With that said the winners of each match arrived to stand in front of them.

"Hey, when we get outta here wanna see if mom and dad will take us to Ichiraku's?" Naruto asks Naruko.

"Yeah, sure. Sounds good to me." Naruko replies smiling.

"Alright listen up!" Lord Fourth yells. Lord Third then goes into a speech. Then Lord Fourth speaks again. "For the Finals, the fights will be, Gaara of the Desert vs. Sasuke Uchiha, Naruto Uzumaki vs. Neji Hyuga, Kankurō vs. Shino Aburame, Shikamaru Nara vs. Dosu Kinuta, whoever wins that will fight against Temari, then Naruko Uzumaki vs. Haku! Those are the final fights, you have one month to prepare! Go home and rest, then train as hard as you can until the finals!" With that said everyone leaves the arena except for Naruto and Naruko.

"Hey Dad!" Naruto shouts grinning.

"Can you and mom take us out to Ichiraku's?!" Naruko asks smiling widely as well.

"Heh, of course. Naruko, your mom went over to visit with Mikoto at the Uchiha compound. Mind going to get her?" Lord Fourth, Minato, asks.

"Not at all!" Naruko yells smiling. She skips off catching up with Selena and Sasuke on their way home. "Mind if I join you guys? Mom's over at your house." She explains.

"Not at all." Selena says smiling.

"Hn." Sasuke says But looks at her with a small, almost unnoticeable smile.

(So I'm updating again today because today is Shisui Uchiha's birthday! I almost forgot! I feel terrible! Ugh! But anyway, HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHISUI UCHIHA!
