*Selena's pov*

As Udyan and I took off from Naruko we ran into team seven being attacked! Okay, yeah this is really screwed up. They were being attacked by a snake man, I think his name was Orochimaru. Naruto was already knocked out when we got here. Sasuke looked pretty defeated but was still trying to fight and Sakura was trying to get them to retreat. We immediately jumped in and was ultimately thrown to the side. Almost defeated, that is until Naruko arrived out of no where.

"NARUKO!" Sakura, Udyan, and I yelled relieved. Sasuke looked up at her from being held up by Sakura.

"Wh-what happened?" She asks horrified.

"Awe, if it issssn't Naruko Uzumaki. For ssssomeone ssso ssstrong and famousss you sure look weak." Orochimaru hisses. She looks at him and sighs.

"I see. Orochimaru. Competitor of the Title Hokage, lost to Lord Fourth, Minato Namikaze. You want revenge? What else do you want to come and take your vengeance out on Genin?" Naruko asks. This, has left us completely confused. We don't know what he's talking about at all.

"Vengeance will be niccccce, but I have other plansss firssst. I want the Uchiha boy as my nexxxt vessel." He hisses in delight.

"Like hell I'd ever let that happen!" Naruko yells glaring darkly.

"Oh? But he'll come to me on hisss own. You sssee I put a curse mark on him. Hisss hatred will lead him to me." Orochimaru laughs.

"Selena, Udyan, Sakura."

"Yes?" We call looking at her concerned.

"Take Sasuke and Naruto away from here now. I'll find you." She says seriously as she tosses a scroll at Udyan. "Take it and go. Don't look back just keep going. Have faith." She says smiling at us.

"I-I'm no-not leaving y-you he-here." Sasuke says weakly. Naruko walks swiftly to him. Smiling sadly she pokes his forehead then punches him in the gut, effortlessly knocking him out.

"Sleep stubborn." She sighs. Before he falls she catches him. "Sakura, I'm trusting Sasuke to you.. please take care of him. And Naruto too."

"I will!" Sakura says.

"Go with her for back up. Someone is waiting for them." She says to us.

"Alright!" We say, taking off and helping Sakura by taking Naruto.

Please be safe Naruko. I think as we keep up with Sakura.

*Naruko's pov*

I kept my back turned to Orochimaru until they left. As soon as they were gone from sight I pulled out several kunai and shuriken. Orochimaru came at me using his weird neck thing stretching it. I quickly did the snake hand sign.

"Wild Lions Mane Technique." I say calmly.

"Jiraiya hasss already taught you. I sssee then you are no ordinary Genin. Why haven't you been promoted already?" Orochimaru asks curiously or maybe amused.

"I didn't feel ready to skip." I say calmly. Yes, I've always been in the village but Master Jiraiya, The famous toad sage, has trained me. Only teaching me small things, like his Wild Lion's Mane Technique and some others.

"You're sssstronger then the otherssss then." He says raising an eyebrow.

"Not necessarily. Why were you attacking the others?" I ask crossing my arms.

"For Sasssuke. I want hiss eyesss." He answers like a maniac. I sweat drop.

"Eh? So your a pedophile? Ero-Sennin said you were weird but I didn't think you'd be a pedo!" I yell pointing at him. He grows a tick mark.

"What?!!!" He yells enraged.

"I mean, who just attacks kids like that? I mean for real?" I asks cocking my head to the side smirking.

"I'll kill you." He hisses and I laugh at him. I should probably be scared because he probably- no he could definitely kill me.

"Tell me something Orochimaru. Why else are you here? Are you planing to destroy the village or something?" I ask evading his shuriken.

"Why would I tell a brat like you?" He hisses annoyed. I shrug and think, momentarily stopping. He takes the chance and sends kunai and shutiken at me. I sigh before disappearing completely. "Where the hell did you go?! You can run but you can't hide." He hisses laughing.

"Who said I was hiding?" I ask throwing a shuriken at him from behind. He dodges effortlessly sending them back at me. "If Sasuke is going to leave for you, no matter how hard we try and stop him, can I ask you something?"  He doesn't answer as he begins to fly through hand signs.

"Wind Release; breakthrough." Orochimaru says as he's taking a large gulp of air. I quickly run as far away as I can in a split second. But I didn't get far enough away as I go flying and get slammed into a tree. The back of my head hit the tree and the wind was knocked from me.

"Damn it." I gasp out as I fall to the ground. I sit up with what strength I can.

"Any lassst words before I finisssh you off?" He asks bringing a kunai to my throat.

"Yo-you're here to kill... my fa-father an-and Lord Third... Right?." My breathing becomes slightly labored. I take a deep breath.

"Thatssss right." He smirks. Pushing the kunai against my throat even more. I internally smirk. "Now say goodbye." He insists.

"Hehe! I won't say anything Orochimaru, but for doing so, you owe me." I laugh as my shadow clone disappears. His face is priceless. "Something about this is fate, and I can't change that. But I can change some things. I don't understand it, but I can feel things are about to go down. I'll need your help. I can feel it. So in order for me not to say anything, you owe me in the future."

"Tch. I ssssee now. You're the child of fate. That makesss Naruto and Sassuke the children of prophecies. Very well, I'll let you live." He says sighing.

"I'll come to you when I need you." I say and begin to walk away.
