Wynter

My eyes widened when the sound of the gun went off. I was completely frozen in my spot. She was actually going to kill Ruby. Then a figure stood in front of Victoria, pushing her away. Tami... Tami! 

My heart beating wildly in my chest as I spotted the blood. No! When I reached Tami the police arrived. My Tami... I watched her lie in the hospital bed, her eyes closed as she slept. When the police arrived they took Victoria away, claiming that they were already looking for her. Ruby gave them the USB as evidence and an ambulance arrived for Tami. 

Tami saved Ruby yesterday. She saved us all and in advance, she got a bullet to the stomach. Sighing I kissed Tami's cheek, caressing her hair. The doctors said she should wake soon. 

"How is she?" I turned to Ruby as she leaned on the door frame, her eyes shallow and bags under her eyes. 

"Better. They say she'll wake soon," 

"That's good." silence overlapped the room as we both watched Tami sleep. "I loved her you know," I turned to her, frowning.

"Victoria?" she nodded. 

"Yes, I think a part of me will always will." 

"You're not alone anymore, Ruby. You have me and Tami," 

"I know," she paused. "I'm going to get some coffee. Want anything?" I shook my head and caressed Tami's hair. "Okay," Ruby let herself out of the room, leaving me to my beloved. 

"Tami," I whispered. "Wake up soon, I miss you." I lied my head on her chest, tears strolling down my cheeks as I listened to her heartbeat. 

"I miss you too," 

"Tami!" I exclaimed, sitting upright. Tami is awake! She's okay! I smiled sadly at her. 

"Hey," she smiled weakly at me, taking my hand. "I'm awake.

"Yeah, you're awake." I chuckled softly, watching my angel. 

"Wynter?" 

"Hmm?" I murmured as I lied beside her my head resting in her neck, my arms wrapped tightly around her. I can't let her go... not now. Not ever. 

"I love you, Wynter." I smiled and leant up, kissing her. It was slow, passionate. She is amazing. She is mine. 

"I love you, Tami. Forever."
