*No one's POV*

Two years later.....

"And the hunt for Yami Sennen is still on going as the group and himself have disappeared after the capture of his father in a hospital and-"

"Yugi stop watching that and come here and eat something," Atem said as he placed down four plates.

They all were living in an apartment in California, which they shared with someone who didn't ask much of their past.

A lie Atem had to tell his brother was that he was married to Heba hence he having the same surname. Granted, they weren't married but just engaged. But the truth could never come out.

"Where is he? He out on another hook up?" Yugi asked as he sat down and started to eat the toast. He was taking about their room mate, Yuya, who spends most of his time out.

(Quick note, Yuya will be around the same age as the group. Which is early 20's)

"Must be, he didn't leave a note out saying where he was going," Atem stated while taking a seat to his brother. The reason Heba wasn't with them was because he was at a shooting range.

Said he missed a gun and was craving to shoot something. Living normally hasn't been easy for the young Sennen as he wasn't used to not fighting, but Atem has been teaching him that it is ok to not have to fight. But he didn't wanted to forget how to use a gun. 

"Hey Atem, can we go out somewhere today? I'm bored on being stuck inside," Yugi complained as he shoveled more food into his mouth. Atem had been keeping him inside for a reason but now he thought it would be fine to take his younger brother out.

"Fine get something on then, we can go for a drive," Atem said as he Yugi left the rest of the food to get changed. He was like an excited child, and it made Atem smile. The door went and their room mate wondered in, his hair in a state and bruises on his neck. "Damn, you look messed up. Who was it this time?"

"Some bastard who doesn't know how to be nice. I swear I'm lucky I punched him and kicked  him away," Yuya said as he sat down and sighed. "If you guys plan to go out today then be careful. There's a mansion not that far that has just been lit on fire by some crazy gang."

Atem thought to himself as he nodded his head and waited for Yugi to hurry and get changed. A few minutes later and the younger ran down, and there was something Atem couldn't shake. He looked so much like Yami now. 

After a quick goodbye to Yuya, the brothers set out and into Atem's car. Yugi was watching the houses as they past by, smiling and waving to some of the neighbors. Ever since they met Yuya, they have become rather sociable and the whole block now knew them. Atem even joked that the young man down the road had a crush on him. 

He knew he had to keep his brother from remembering anything about Yami, because it would open up wounds of the past. And besides....

It's not like they will ever meet up with each other ever again.

Back in Domino city......?

"Ahhhhhhh come on Yami, crack a smile for once in your life. You're boring me," Takashi said with his hand on the wheel. He had only just got the BMW as it was a six seatter, so he could fit them all in the car driving around. 

"Fine I'll crack a smile when I can crack a bottle at home," Yami said looking out gaining an agreement from Marik and Bakura. Meanwhile Malik and Ryou were sitting and sharing each other things on their phones.

Takashi knew this was a bad idea coming here, but the crime rate was worse in Domino. They had gotten into contact with someone who worked for the government, complaining they weren't getting listened to and needed help before more people were killed. 

But, a very strict rule was set in place to Yami.

He wasn't allowed to get in contact with Yugi at all. He had to let him go but over two years his heart never moved on, he swore he would never love anyone but him. He would die single if he had to. 

"Hey look, a mansion is on fire. Maybe we should deal with that," Marik pointed out as they were driving by. 

"We can't until we get a call to look at it. The fire fighters have to deal with it," Takashi said as they all watched the building. A lot of crying faces around as a pair of children were on the ground hugging each other.

Yami gritted his teeth, thinking that is what he used to do and hurt so many people. He promised to himself and Yugi he would change, and he has. The amount of lives he has saved instead of taking was more. 

He even saved a women who's life was ruined by his father. She threatened them once to call the police, but then promised to keep them a secret and she was the birth of their new group name. GunsofShadows.

Well known in Domino but not liked but the police as they were still wanted. Call them the modern day Robin Hood. 

While driving, another car had passed them and Yami couldn't help but to look in. But he knew he should not have, as it felt like time went in slow motion for him and his heart shattered inside.

Looking back at him, was the very same person he was and still is prepared to die for.

So, I HAVE LOST THA PLOT NOW!!! Not in the story in life, lockdown has gotten to me. Dyed my hair two colours and having mental break downs a lot. I'm just missing seeing everyone and hate it seeing people not listening.
