Avi woke up with the sun shining in his eyes. He rolls over expecting to snuggle up to his husband only to find an empty bed.

He gets up and lazily walks out of the bedroom and heads to the kitchen for some coffee. When he walks in, he sees Tim sitting at the table with a cup of coffee and his lap top. Totally engulfed with whatever he was looking at.

"Morning, Sweetie." Avi said.

Tim quickly closes the lap top and looks up at him with large brown eyes.

"Did I just catch you doing something, you shouldn't have been doing?" Avi asked with raised brows.

"Uh, No, of course not." Tim answered in a low voice, picking up his coffee.

"Alright. Then what were you doing?" Avi asked leaning against the counter staring down at his husband, who was acting extremely guilty about something.

"Nothing." He answered nervously, tugging at the hem of his shirt.

Avi rolls his eyes. "You know, you are such a horrible liar."

He walks over sitting down in Tim's lap, he grabs the lap top.

Tim reaches for it but wasn't quick enough to stop Avi from opening it.

He gasped putting his hand over his mouth.

"I was planning on surprising you." Tim said softly.

"Oh my God! Are you for real?" Avi mumbled as he stared at a website for an adoption agency in Atlanta.

"Umhmm, I made us an appointment for tomorrow at 1:00 to go and fill out an application." Tim said, wrapping his arms around Avi's waist and looked over his shoulder at the website.

Avi turned around in Tim's lap, tears rolling down his face. He throws his arms around his husband's neck, kissing him passionately. 

"I love you so much." He whisper's against Tim's lips. "So we're really going to do this?"

"Yea, isn't that what you want?" Tim asked.

"Of course. But what about you?" Avi asked rubbing Tim on the side of the head.

"I want to have a family with you, Avi. I'll be honest with you. When you first brought it up, it scare the hell out of me." Tim said, looking into Avi's green eyes. "But the other day when we were all outside in the snow, I had Cerise in one arm and my other around you. That's when I realized that's what I wanted. I wanted a family."

Avi smiled with tears in his eyes and gently caressed Tim's cheek.

"Have I told you lately, how much I love you, Cowboy?" Avi whispered.

"You tell me everyday. But I never get tired hearing it." Tim smiled.

"I am so glad my car broke down on me that day and left me stranded in Stone Mountain." Avi chuckled through his tears.

"If it hadn't, we probably would have never met. And I would still be alone and miserable." Tim said. "I knew there was something special about you the very minute I laid eyes on you when you walked in that day."

"And you didn't want me staying here cause you where embarrassed. And now look, it's my home. My mansion on the mountain top." Avi smiled.

"Without the maids." Tim chuckled.
