Leo stood on a cliff overlooking a plain, his army stood behind him. He was getting ready to go to war with his enemy kingdom. Leo was only the Prince of Keion, but today was his day to prove his worth to his Father. Prince Leo knew who he was about to fight. Prince Wayne from the kingdom of Hemosha stood across the battlefield on the plain with his army.

Prince Leo couldn't help but try and shake away the feeling of guilt he had inside of him. Everyone had told him this was a bad idea; his best Knight, his best friend, even his parents told him he should just leave Prince Wayne and his kingdom alone... but Leo couldn't do that. He hated Wayne with a passion.

Leo's best friend, Tyler, stood beside him on the battlefield. He tried to do everything he could to get Leo to not go into battle with Prince Wayne. Prince Wayne was two years older, trained more with a sword, and had a better army. This was nothing but a suicide mission more than a battle.

"Leo, please!" Tyler begged. "Think about what you're doing this is madness!" Tyler pulled on Leo's arm as the Prince paid no attention to him.

Leo simply threw him off and shouted at his friend. "Tyler, that's enough! You either fight with your Kingdom and die in glory and you be called a coward and run home!"

Leo began to march away from his friend when Tyler called out, "He's your brother, Leo!"

Leo stopped in his tracks as his heart nearly jumped into his throat. He turned around to face his best friend. "What?" he could barely whisper. He shook his head. "That's ridiculous!" He continued walking.

"Leo!" Tyler shouted. "You must listen to me! Prince Wayne is your older brother!" Leo finally turned around to face his friend. "He was taken from your parents at birth. Your parents tried to get him back but it was no use. Prince Wayne's adopted parents threatened to kill him if they ever tried to rescue him."

Leo's eyes stayed wide. He turned his head towards the battlefield and could see Prince Wayne from afar off. Wayne had no weapons himself; instead, he walked with his arms raised.

"Leo!" Prince Wayne shouted from the battlefield. "I'm your brother, Leo!"

Leo couldn't believe it! After all this time, he had a brother? Leo couldn't contain his excitement. He dashed forward running off the cliff. Wayne's figure began to grow as Leo ran towards him.

Wayne's arms were outstretched as Leo ran right into them. Who knew that the man he despised so much would one day become the man he would do anything to protect?
