Sebastian walked into his school and found Nick, Jeff and Trent in the library. Nick looked at Sebastian and said

"Come for your next conquest Bassy, I'm pretty sure Thaddy would be down again."  Sebastian rolled his eyes and said

"Not quite, and I'm meeting up with Harwood later in his dorm." Nick shivered in disgust as Trent shook his head and said

"What's up Bassy, and what do you mean by not quite on your next conquest?" Sebastian was nervous to tell them because Nick, Jeff and Trent specifically told him to stay away from Rachel in making her one of his conquests, but what they don't know is Sebastian actually has feelings for her and he became the player he is because she was with Finn. Sebastian took a deep breath and said

"If I tell you, you have to promise me you won't get the wrong idea. I know coming from me is a lot, but I'm generally concerned and care about this particular situation at hand." Jeff looked at Sebastian and said

"Would you like us to leave the room or?" Sebastian quickly looked at Jeff and said

"Not that situation Sterling, its something, but promise me you won't get the idea." Trent, Nick and Jeff looked at each other concerned and Trent said

"What's going on Bassy? and you know I won't get the idea." Sebastian was nervous about how this would go, he sat down at their table and said

"It's about Rachel." Sebastian looked at them and said

"Let me explain before you jump to conclusions that she is one of my conquests, she's not I'm generally concerned, and I have no idea what's going on." Nick sighed and said

"Go on Bassy." Sebastian took a deep breath and said

"Just earlier I went to the Lima Bean to talk to her and playfully tease and flirt with her like I always do with her except when Hudson is around. But as I was going to talk to her she was crying, and that's not all." Jeff looked at Sebastian concerned and said

"What do you mean that's not all?" Sebastian leaned forward to talk to them and whispered 

"She wasn't wearing Hudson's ring anymore not even around her neck on a chain like she used to do." Nick and Jeff didn't know, but they stood up and left for the Lima Bean to check on Rachel. Sebastian looked at Trent and said

"You know?" Trent nodded his head slowly smiling and said

"Of course I know and I also know why as well. I'm one of Rachel's best friends, I grew up with her even when I was Theresa I grew up with her, so tell me why wouldn't I know Sebastian?" Sebastian stayed quiet knowing Trent had a point, and before he could ask why, Trent said

"I'm not telling you Seb." Sebastian looked at him and said

"Why not? I care about her Nixon, I have never hurt her. I never even go or chase after her because I care about her." Trent sighed and said

"I'm only not telling you because of Rachel's wishes. She doesn't even want Niff to know." It was partially true, Trent just didn't want to betray Rachel and her feelings towards Sebastian, Trent couldn't tell Sebastian that he does hurt her when he sleeps around, he couldn't betray his friend. Trent stood up with Sebastian and said

"I'll treat you to a Lima Bean coffee before you meet up with Thad. Since I doubt you got your coffee."

Rachel sat silently at her table drinking her coffee she wondered why Finn never loved her, why he just loved the attention from her and not her for her. She wondered what was wrong with her, and wondered if Finn caught on to her feelings for Sebastian that she couldn't possibly say to him. As she sat there she heard

"Hobbit, heard you and Hudson broke up?" Rachel looked up and saw Santana, Quinn and Brittany by her table. Rachel sighed and said

"Don't you three have anything better to do than make my life more miserable than what it already is, I get it I'm a waste of space that doesn't deserve to be here or deserve to be with Finn, I get it, you don't have to tell me every single day." Santana, Quinn and Brittany were shocked at Rachel's comeback. Rachel stood up, picked up her jacket, purse and coffee and said

"I'll leave since that is what you three want right?" Quinn smirked at Rachel as she was about to head for the door to leave and said

"Of course man hands, but don't you want to know what your precious ex fiancé got up to when he was with you?" Rachel stopped in her tracks, turned to face them and said

"What did he do?" Santana folded her arms and said

"Why don't you ask him about all those nights he said to you he was with Puckerman during the prom campaigning, you know I don't think he made it to Puckerman's right Quinn?" Quinn folded her arms as unknowingly Sebastian, Nick, Jeff and Trent walked inside and Quinn said

"He really didn't. You want to tell her Satan or shall Britt or I tell her." Rachel felt sick, she knew what they were about to say. Rachel always suspected that Finn cheated on her, and with Quinn, she now knew why Quinn really gave her prom queen because she felt guilty. She didn't want to believe it. Rachel dropped her coffee as she said

"He cheated on me, just say it. I always had suspicions that he did, especially through your prom campaigning with him Quinn, as why else would Quinn Fabray give away her prom queen title to someone like me unless she did something and wants to make up for it." Rachel then turned and ran out of the Lima Bean crying past Sebastian, Trent, Nick and Jeff. Sebastian then rushed after Rachel, and pulled her into a tight hug letting her cry in his arms which Trent saw, and he couldn't believe his eyes. Sebastian Smythe the player of Dalton was actually in love with Rachel.

The next day Trent pulled Sebastian aside in the Warbler room to talk to him privately and said as he started pacing and walking around talking

"I should have seen this coming. I should have seen it. I should have seen it the moment you blackmailed her with that Finn picture, and with the slushie, I should have known you weren't aiming for Kurt, you would never hurt a former warbler or someone who is friends with her, you only hurt Blaine because he got in the way of Finn who was your actual target, Blaine was wrong place, wrong time and then there was your comment." Sebastian was confused as Trent was ranting, and said

"What are you going on about Nixon?" Trent looked at Sebastian and said

"I should have realised it, realised your reasons for sleeping around the moment you saw them together and Thad and Hunter aside, you choosing to sleep with the people who are either friends with her or close with her and mostly from her team. Smart move Bassy, smart move, and even smarter to know that she hasn't picked that up yet." Sebastian looked at Trent as he knew what Trent was talking about. Sebastian nervously said

"How long have you known?" Trent smiled said and said

"Yesterday when you comforted her after she walked out of the Lima Bean crying because she found out about Finn's infidelity from the Unholy Trinity."
