3: It can be a new book or an existing one (perferably short stories)

As I lie in wait, the sound of crunching feet on dirt disappear. I turn my head to see past the wall but am met with pitch darkness, it's an unwelcome sight. Placing my head onto the wall behind me I breathe a sigh of relief, just as a bony hand grabs my shoulder and pulls me backwards. I fall through the liquid wall into an empty void. A gaint face appears in my vision and I gasp, only to have a clawed hand cover my mouth and hush my last sound.

"YOU COULD NEVER ESCAPE ME..." 

"FOR I AM DEATH."
