This time, in the form of a teen with magic

Naruto, the last of the Uzumaki family is being used by hex to find the Totems of Zambesi, and the Charms of zeref

After being saved and helped, naruto helps them find max, the story goes on from their

Totems of Zambesi, from dc legends of tomorrow

Zambesi is a powerful sorcerer, same as Bezel, his charms grant control over
water (ice and steam added),
earth (crystal, and sand added),
fire (lava added),
air
animals (think animal soul take over from fairy tail (ps, water based animals like squids, and rep sea fish can be in space, with water totem and in a animal form)
And healing (yes death, but he doesn't like using death powers)

And

Charms of zeref, Same as Bezel, but his charms give him powers to
control natural disasters (calamity curse),
control thorn plants and roses (thorn curse),
mind control (macro),
summon an army of creatures (Nemesis)
illusions
And finally,
Control time to a degree (arc of time magic)

The charms only let Naruto has them

His parents where murdered by orochimaru, naruto grandfather.

Shizune is a sister figure

They all know magic, but they had different magic

Tsunade healing and super strength

Jiraiya fire and earth manipulation

Shizune healing and energy blades

Orochimaru snakes, and necromancy, partner with ghost freak at some point
