Naruto in Danny's world as his father is still alive and a demon hunter and expert.  He marries Maddie Fenton who lost Jack to a heart attack while Minato lost Kushina while she was giving birth to Naruto.  In the story the two build a portal much like in the Danny Phantom series except it is to connect to not only the demon world but also the ghost world.  something of course goes wrong and Naruto goes in to investigate triggering something.  Naruto gains demon powers (all powers of the naruto vers and become the juubi).  Danny who comes to Naruto's aid is affected and given ghost powers (Phantom).

Naruto and danny were always close. They soon start to fall for one another after the incident.
