It was the time of the day, the sun was showering its love on the earth and people were facing hot weather but still, they were busy with their work because they had to earn for living. The sun was shining over the Mehta house where Avni came out of her home and she closed the door. Avni turned and she looked up. She stopped to see something. Avni frowned.

A scooty was standing at some distance.

Avni: Yeh kis ki scooty hai?

Avni moved to it and a board was kept on it. Avni's name was written on it. Avni picked up the board. Avni looked around and she looked at the entrance. Neil came out because he was hidden and Avni was shocked to see him. Neil came to her and Avni looked at the scooter. They were standing on each side of the scooter. Avni looked at Neil and then she looked at the scooty.

Avni asked while looking at the scooty: Neil, yeh... yeh scooty kis ki hai?

Neil: Tumhari.

Avni looked at Neil shockingly.

Avni: Meri?

Neil nodded.

Neil: ab se college tum isi scooty per jaya karogi.

Avni was looking at Neil.

Avni: I am sorry, Neil, lekin main yeh scooty nahi le sakti.

Neil got shocked and angry.

Neil: Kyun? Kyun nahi le sakti.

Avni was looking at Neil.

Neil: kyun ke main laya hun. Agar Ali laya hota to le leti.

Avni thought and Neil was looking at her. Neil was waiting for Avni's reply. Avni looked at Neil.

Avni: ok, main yeh scooty wapis nahi kar rahi abhi.

Neil's face lit up because he was the one who bought this scooter for her and he knew that Avni would not say no to Shweta.

Avni: lekin main isay use nahi kar sakti.

Neil's smile faded.

Neil: Kyun? Kyun use nahi kar sakti?

Avni was looking at Neil who thought. Avni was about to say.

Neil: tum agar expense ki waja se keh rahi ho to...

Avni shook her head.

Avni: Nahi...

Avni stopped.

Neil: To.

Avni looked down.

Avni: woh mujhe Scooty chalana nahi aati.

Neil was surprised at first then he smiled but he controlled it.

Neil: Tumhe scooty chalane nahi aati?

Avni shook her head and Neil found her cute. Neil smiled.

Neil: Tumhe sach main scooty chalana nahi aati.

Avni shook her head innocently and Neil smiled. Avni made a sad pout and Neil was surprised and he felt something in his heart. Neil smiled to see Avni.

Neil: Koi baat nahi main sikha dunga.

Avni was shocked.

Neil: Roz raat ko ek ghanta practice karogi to bhi kafi hai.

Avni was surprised.

Avni: tum sikhao ge?

Neil was shocked.

Neil: Han kyun?

Avni shook her head.

Avni: Nahi, kuch nahi.

Neil frowned.

Avni: ab college ke liye late ho raha hai. Mujhe chalna chahiye.

Neil was looking at Avni who was also looking at him. Avni moved from there and she was going. Neil turned. Avni went from there and Neil was looking at Avni. Neil thought. Neil looked at the key which was in his hand. Avni didn't even take the keys from him. Neil thought.

Hours passed and Avni came home back. Avni entered the main gate and was moving to her home. Avni looked up and she stopped to see her scooty. Avni came to it and she caressed her scooty. Avni smiled then she thought something while smiling. Avni held the handles and she took it to the shadow because it was standing in the sunlight.

On the other side, Neil was excited to teach Avni though he was confused about why he is excited. At the time of evening, the birds were hovering in the sky and Neil was sitting in his room on the bed. Neil saw the time on his watch.

Neil: Tch, abhi to sirf 05:30 baje hain.

Neil looked away and he realized that he had been waiting for the night since morning. Neil frowned.

Neil: Main itna excited kyun ho raha hun?

Neil ran his hand in his hair and he closed his eyes. Neil sighed.

Neil: Neiill, kya ho gaya hai tujhe?

Neil opened his eyes and he sighed.

Soon, the daylight was converted into night, Avni came out of her home and she was shocked to see Ashish standing near her scooty. Avni looked down and she came to Ashish.

Ashish: Key?

Avni looked at him. Ashish looked away.

Ashish: Neil ne kaha hai ke tumhe XYZ road le kar aana hai.

Avni: mere pass to key nahi hain.

Ashish made a face.

Ashish: theek hai, main meri bike le kar aata hun tum isay side main lagao.

Avni nodded. Ashish went and Avni took her scooter to the side.

Ashish sat on his bike and wore the helmet. Avni was standing near the bike. Ashish started the bike.

Ashish: Betho.

Avni nodded. Her eyes got tears because she always craved for this moment, for her father's love. She sat on the bike at one side by keeping her hand on Ashish's shoulder. They went from there. On the way, Avni was looking at Ashish emotionally.

On the other side, Neil was standing at the roadside and a car and scooty were standing there. Neil was wearing a black jacket and its zip was closed. Neil saw the time on his watch. Neil looked for Avni then he looked in the other direction. Soon, Ashish and Avni reached. They got out of the car. They came forward.

Ashish: yeh rahi tumhari Avni.

Neil didn't like his tone and Avni looked at Ashish then she looked down.

Neil: Thank you, ab aap jaa sakte hain main Avni ko le aunga.

Ashish nodded and he went. Avni and Neil were looking at him then they looked at each other. They were looking at each other.

Neil gave the helmet to Avni who wore it and Neil set it.

Avni checked her helmet and she nodded.

Neil: ok.

Neil kept his hand on Avni's shoulder and Avni shivered. Neil felt that and he looked at Avni. Neil got on the scooter at the back. Avni was shocked.

Neil: Start.

Avni: Han?

Neil: kya han? Start karo.

Avni: Han.

Avni looked at the scooter. Avni started it and was scared and nervous. The scooter was going left and right. Avni got scared and she left the handle. Neil widened his eyes and held the handles. Neil controlled the scooter and stopped it. Neil got angry and he got down off the scooter.

Neil: what the hell is this? Pagal ho kya ase scooty ko chor diya. Janti bhi ho kya ho sakta tha. Agar main nahi sambhalta to humara accident ho sakta tha. Aqal hai ke nahi.

Avni removed her helmet. Her eyes were teary and she also got angry. Neil was shocked to see Avni's tears.

Avni: maine to pehle hi kaha tha ke mujhe scooty chalane nahi aati. Tum ne hi zid ki is main meri kya galti. Scooty chalana to dur ki baat aaj se pehle main kabhi scooty yaa bike per bethi tak nahi hun. Is sab main meri kya galti.

Neil left bad for Avni and he was looking at Avni.

Avni got down off the scooter and the scooter was about to fall but Neil held it but the helmet fell. Neil was shocked. Avni moved away and her eyes were teary. Avni folded her arms and looked here and there.

Neil felt bad and guilty. Neil stood the scooty and took the helmet from the road. Neil kept the helmet on the scooter. Neil looked at Avnj and he thought. Neil came to Avni. Neil was standing behind Avni.

Neil: OK, I am sorry. Chalo phir se shuru karte hain.

Avni: Mujhe nahi karna. Mujhe ghar jana hai.

Neil got irritated.

Neil: Maine sorry kaha na.

Avni turned to him.

Avni: Maine bhi kaha na ke mujhe ghar jana hai.

Neil was shocked and he got angry. Avni was angrily looking at Neil then she turned and went to the car. Neil was surprised by Avni's behavior.

Avni stood there folding her arms. Neil was looking at her. Neil had never seen her in this anger. Neil got angry. Neil took out his phone from his pocket in anger and he dialed a number. Neil talked to someone on the phone and then he came to the car. Neil got in the car and opened the lock for Avni. Avni got in it and Neil looked at her. Avni wore the seatbelt and Neil was looking at Avni who was in anger. Neil smiled to see Avni's anger. Neil started the car and they went.

Soon, they reached the Mehta house and Avni got out of the car without saying anything and it shocked Neil. Neil got down of the car and he saw Avni who went. Neil got hurt and disappointed. Neil was seeing this side of Avni for the first time. Neil thought.

Later, Neil was sitting on the bed and he was thinking about Avni. Neil was smiling. Neil saw the quick flashes that he gave instructions to Avni and they got on the scooty. Avni left the handle and Neil handled the situation. Neil's smile faded to think something.

Neil saw the flashes that Avni went to the car. Neil smiled to see Avni's angry face when they were in the car. Neil smiled.

Neil: waise ek baat to hai Avni itni sidhi hai nahi jitni woh dikhti hai. Aaj to ek naya roop dekhne ko mila us ka. Lekin jo bhi ho lag to bohat cute rahi thi.

Neil smiled. Soon, Neil registered what he was saying.

Neil: Neil, ho kya gaya hai tujhe. Aaj kal tu sirf Avni ke hi bare main sochta rehta hai.

Neil thought.

Neil: Pagal ho gaya hai tu. So jaa.

Neil sighed and he pulled his duvet. Neil adjusted his position and he lay on the bed covering himself completely.

The next morning, the sun was shining over the college where Avni came to the college and she saw Neil sitting with his friends on the bike as usual. Neil saw Avni and smiled. Avni looked down and she passed from there. Neil was looking at her. Neil frowned and thought. Neil looked at Avni.

Later, Neil was passing by the corridor but his phone rang. Neil stopped and he took out his phone from his pocket. Neil made a face because it was Juhi's number. Neil looked away and then picked up the call.

Neil: Bolo.

Neil heard: Neil, Neil, please mujhe bacha lo.

Neil was shocked.

Neil: Juhi.

Juhi: Neil. Neil.

Neil: Han Juhi, bolo.

Juhi: Neil.

Neil: kya baat hai, Juhi aur tum kahan ho?

Neil heard: Main. Main purani lab main hun. Please mujhe aa kar bacha lo.

Neil: howa kya hai, Juhi?

Neil heard: Neil, Neil, Ne...

Neil was stunned.

Neil: Hello. Juhi. Hello.

Neil saw the call cut. Neil thought.

Neil: lagta hai Juhi kisi bari problem main hai.

Neil was shocked.

Neil: Purani lab.

Neil instantly took his steps back and he turned. Neil ran from there.

Neil was hurriedly passing by the corridor and he was going to the lab. Neil came there and he saw the door was locked from outside. Neil opened the lock and he went inside.

Neil: Juhi.

Neil called Juhi's name while going: Juhi. Juhi, kahan ho tum?

Someone closed the door from outside and Neil turned. Neil was shocked to see that.

Neil: Hey.

Neil was going to the door but someone called him from behind. Neil turned and he was shocked to see Juhi. Juhi was looking scared and worried. Juhi came to Neil and she held Neil's arm.

Juhi: Neil.

Neil also held her shoulders.

Neil: Juhi, kya howa? Tum itna dari hoi kyun ho?

Juhi: Neil, kisi ne mujhe yahan yeh keh kar bulaya ke tum ne mujhe bulaya hai aur jab main aai to kisi ne bahar se lock kar diya.

Neil: Maine bulaya?

Juhi nodded.

Neil: lekin maine to kisi ko nahi kaha, in fact, main to...

Neil stopped and he was shocked.

Neil turned to the door and then he thought.

Juhi: kya howa?

Neil: jab main andar aya to piche se kisi ne door lock kar diya.

Neil moved back and Avni was shocked to see Neil's condition. The buttons of Neil's shirt were open. Avni looked at Neil who was panting. Neil was looking at Avni shockingly and was worried too.
