Many years ago, Japan was put into a catastrophic event as gates to a different dimension known as Mato appeared all over the country in doing so monsters known as Shuuki appeared slaughters nearby villages. Japan was brought to its knees by the monsters until they discovered Peaches that would allow a person to gain powers however, there was a downside only the female population could use them, causing a divide of the sexes but also the creation of the Anti-Demon Corps. With this organization, the Shuuki were pushed back to their dimension. However, the gates to Mato still occurred and some people got trapped there which the Anti-Demon Corp was forced to make bases there so they could rescue humans getting trapped in Mato. Life in Japan for males is no longer equal as it once was as it seems to be just a mirror of its former self.

Mato

In a desolate and unforgiving landscape parallel to Earth lay a wasteland known as the realm of Mato.

In this forsaken realm of Mato were the monsters known as Shuuki or by the Japanese government official title Yomi Shuuki. This realm also houses the Anti-Demon Corps female warriors who are stationed in Mato to stop Shuuki from coming to Earth. In the forsaken wasteland was a dorm that housed the Anti-Demon Corps.

Inside the dorm three people are seen waiting in the living room. One was a girl with back-length dark sea-green hair that is tied in a bow on the back of her head with long bangs brushed to the right side of her head and amber eyes wearing a navy-style uniform. The second was a young girl with bright white skin, long pink hair with a headband, and blue eyes who was also wearing the same type of uniform as the first girl. Last but not least was a young man who had black-haired, dark brown-eyed who was also average height, with two prominent white hair strands from his center hairline, at his widow's peak. He was only wearing a white shirt, blue jeans and green running shoes.

These three were Himari Azuma and Nei Ookawamura members of the Anti-Demon Corps Seventh Unit as for the male he was Yuuki Wakura their caretaker.

Himari: I wonder what our leader called us in for?

Nei: It must be important if she called us all in.

Himari nodded but then looked at Yuuki.

Himari: Be honored you get to be here slave-kun.

Yuuki: It's Yuuki you know...

Yuuki sighing as the girls have been calling him slave-kun after what their Leader's power could do to him.

Himari: Is that back talk?

Yuuki: No ma'am....

Himari smirked and the three continued to wait as they did everyone heard footsteps and turned their heads to see a beautiful well-endowed young woman who has silver hair which extends up to her thighs, her hair has bangs on the side of her forehead, in the center while two chunks reach her shoulders and pink eyes where her eyes appear slit. She was also carrying a sword on her hip and wearing the same uniform as Himari and Nei. The second person was another well-endowed young woman with short yellow hair with a greenish tint and matching green eyes. She is often seen with a ribbon tied atop her hair in a manner where they stand up like bunny ears who also was wearing the uniform.

These two were Kyouka Uzen the Chief of Unit Seven and Shushu Suruga another member of Unit Seven.

Himari: Chief, good to see you.

Kyouka: We have much to discuss everyone, to start I have received odd reports from the Chiefs of the other Units. There have been sightings of strange creatures. Originally thought to be Unique Shuuki, new evidence reveals they are something completely different.

When Kyouka said that everyone in the room looked worried as a new monster was discovered in Mato.

Yuuki: So we are dealing with a new type of monster. I hope I will be able to help you all if these things are strong.

Himari: Oh please we are the Seven Unit we can handle these new monsters they just end up as red paste.

Kyouka: That's the odd part I wanted to discuss, from the brief sightings of these unknown creatures, they all share one thing in common. They were spotted fighting and devouring Shuuki.

Everyone in the room looked shocked hearing this as they were not expecting that.

Nei: These new monsters are eating Shuuki?

Shushu: I mean, that seems weird, even the Shuuki don't fight each other. Why would these things go around eating them?

Kyouka held up a folder before placing it on her desk and opening it. The Chief then laid out multiple photographs. Each one depicted a somewhat blurry picture of an odd creature. One showed a large humanoid rhinoceros that's body looked like it was made of steel charging through a pack of Shuuki. The second depicted a large green humanoid mechanical bull that appeared to have a cannon for an arm firing upon a group of Shuuki. Finally a giant purple king cobra with golden fangs had four Shuuki trapped from its body being coiled around them. The members of the Seven Unit eyes widen in shock as they never seen monsters like these in their entire life.

Nei: They are definitely not Shuuki but a new life form. Fascinating though one question remains: what are they and why are they attacking the Shuuki?

Yuuki looked over the picture of the cobra before his eyes widened.

Yuuki: Kyouka, who is that?

Yuuki pointed at the picture of the cobra, specifically the corner of it. It was blurry, but a faint outline of a person in armor could be made out.

Himari: What are you on about, slave?

Kyouka: Yuuki is right, there's a person in armor standing where he is pointing. How did we all miss that detail? These images have been reviewed multiple times.

Himari, Nei, Shushu all went to see the picture, all of them huddling around Yuuki who blushed as he was very close to the girls.

Himari: You're right there is someone there!

Nei: Why is the armored person hunting the Shuuki?

Shushu: Wait, does that mean these weird monsters are controlled by people?

The room fell silent looking at the picture as this meant someone else was fighting the Shuuki.

Yuuki: Is it possible that there is another organization fighting the Shuuki?

Kyouka: That should be impossible, Peaches are the only known way for someone to obtain power to combat Shuuki. If such a development was made as domesticated creatures to hunt Shuuki, an announcement would've been made.

When Kyouka said that the Seven Unit now looked worried as new player has entered Mato.

Himari: I say we find these people and make them tell us how they got their hands on such creatures to fight the Shuuki. Chief this is a game changer.

Kyouka: Yes, however all units are expected to steer clear of these creatures. If we encounter them on the battlefield, we must give them a large birth. While we are still unsure of them, all the Chiefs agreed keeping them alive for the time being is beneficial to our operations.

The girls and Yuuki looked at the Chief and understood but the male teen looked at the blurred picture of the armored individual.

Yuuki: Just who exactly are you?

The wastelands

After getting the information, the seven units were given a mission to stop a large horde of Shuuki ready to cross a Gate. Kyouka, Shushu, Himari, and Yuuki are seen riding in a jeep with gun turrets attached to it. Himari was seen driving, punching the gas pedal to the limit.

Himari: We are almost there Chief. Slave you better get ready when those ugly bastards show up.

Yuuki: I know, Kyouka, I will make sure to go all out on those things.

Kyouka: Don't worry, it's nothing we haven't handled before. Besides you have gotten the hang of your other form, this should be simple.

Yuuki nodded and Himari rolled her eyes hearing her chief praise this guy.

Himari: Be grateful for the praise slave.

Yuuki: You don't have to be mean, you know.

The Seven Unit continued to move through the wasteland of Mato and as they continued to drive Himari quickly spotted something on the horizon.

Himari: Chief, I think we have company.

The Seven Unit turned to the horizon and saw a horde of large humanoid monsters with jet black bodies and white mask-like faces. They all appeared to stand around eleven to twelve feet tall.

The Seven Unit quickly parked their Jeep and Kyouka, Yuuki, and Shushu got out. Himari mans the turret while the others get ready to fight.

Kyouka: Yuuki, are you ready?

Yuuki: I am Kyouka, time to show these monsters who they are messing with.

Yuuki then gets on one knee which Kyouka smiles and gives her hand to him. Yuuki then grabs it and was about ready to kiss her hand.

????: Kinda rude to steal my prey right in front of me you know? Don't you Anti-Demon Corps members have any manners?

Everyone turned to the voice and looked shocked to see a young man in his early twenties. He had messy light blonde hair and piercing violet eyes. He wore a large gray coat with a white shirt that had purple stripes on it. He wore black pants tucked into black combat boots.

Himari: What the hell is a guy doing here?!

Himari looks confused however Yuuki looks at the guy in shock before walking over to him which confuses everyone.

Kyouka: Yuuki, do you know this person?

Yuuki: Itsuki, where have you been?! I haven't seen you since my sister disappeared into Mato! Are you okay do you need an escort out of here?

Yuuki asks and his team looks at him in shock as he knows the young man.

Himari: Slave, you know this guy?

Itsuki: I dated his sister, why wouldn't he know me?

This surprised them as they didn't expect to meet someone Yuuki knew.

Shushu: So you're Yuuki's friend?

Itsuki: Yeah, now if all of you are done asking questions, I have prey to hunt.

When Itsuki said that he walked past Yuuki who grabbed his arm looking concerned.

Yuuki: Itsuki what are you doing?! You are going to get yourself killed! I know they took my sister from you but I don't want you to throw your life away!

Itsuki: Oh Yuuki, it's adorable you think they stand a chance against me. I've been hunting these things for months now.

Itsuki then held up a purple card holder with a golden cobra on it.

Yuuki looked at the deck and saw the cobra symbol on it.

Yuuki: Itsuki, what is that in your hand?

Itsuki: An Advent Deck, let's just say I made a contract to hunt these ugly bastards.

Itsuki stepped forward as he tore off his jacket, revealing a large and strange looking belt around his waist.

Himari: What is a belt and a deck of cards supposed to do against the Shuuki you going to show them a magic trick or something?

Himari gave a smirk at Itsuki who looked at her over his shoulder, a wild smirk spreading across his face, he almost looked like a snake. Himari got chills looking at Itsuki as well as the others.

Yuuki: Itsuki are you okay?

Itsuki ignored the question as he turned to face the Shuuki, who were closing in on their location.

Itsuki: Henshin!

Itsuki slid the Advent Deck into the V Buckle as it flashed. Multiple reflections of armor overlaid themselves on top of Itsuki's body before solidifying into purple armor themed after a cobra.

As Itsuki stands in his new form the Seven Unit all looked shocked as he looked similar to the blurred picture in the file.

Himari: No way!

Yuuki: Itsuki you are the armored person in the photo!

Ouja: Oh? So you got a picture of my partner Venosnaker? Well no matter, excuse me I have some lambs to slaughter.....

Ouja held up a purple scepter themed after a cobra before charging at the approaching Shuuki.

Ouja leaped into the air before stabbing a Shuuki through the throat with the Venovisor. The Shuuki was knocked to the ground onto its back before Ouja stomped on its head with his right foot, crushing its skull completely. The Kamen Rider then ducked under a claw swipe from a second Shuuki before he swiftly stabbed the Venovisor into the monster's torso and pulled a card slot out from the cobra head. Ouja drew a card from his Advent Deck before slipping it into the slot on the Venovisor. Ouja raised his right leg before kicking the Venovisor, causing the card slot to close and for the Venovisor to pierce through the Shuuki's torso and land on the ground.

Venovisor: Sword Vent!

Ouja raised his right hand as a sword with a curved golden blade that looked like a spiral flew through the air before landing in the Kamen Rider's hand.

Ouja: Now the fun really begins.....

Ouja whipped around and slashed a Shuuki across the torso with the Veno Saber, cutting it from its left shoulder to its right hip, the top half of the Shuuki's body fell to the ground before the legs collapsed forward. Ouja swiftly sidestepped another claw swipe from a Shuuki that attempted to ambush him from the left. The Kamen Rider lunged at the monster before leaping into the air and tackling it to the ground. Ouja stood on top of the Shuuki, raising the Veno Saber above his head before violently stabbing the monster through the head. As Ouja attacks the Shuuki the Seventh Unit looks terrified by the carnage the armored man laid upon them.

Himari: What the hell he fights like a serial killer!

Shushu: Yuuki, was your sister's boyfriend always like this?

Yuuki looks silent trying to process who was fighting the Shuuki.

Yuuki: No he was never like this, he was like my big brother but after my sister's disappearance he vanished. Looking at this it's like he is an entirely different person.

Ouja: I'm still me Yuuki, just working through a lot of anger is all....

Ouja was suddenly slashed across the back by a Shuuki's claws while he was distracted, causing sparks to fly off his armor. Ouja however seemed barely phased by the attack.

Ouja: Excuse me for a moment.......

Ouja swiftly whipped around and swung the Veno Saber upwards, slicing the Shuuki from its groin to its head, bisecting the monster as its two halves fell to the ground. Ouja quickly turned towards another Shuuki that was pouncing at him, only for the Kamen Rider to slice both its arms off and swiftly stab it through the chest. The Shuuki threw back its head and let out a howl of pain, only for Ouja to stab it five more times and kick its body to the ground. Ouja then turned to face Seventh Unit again.

Ouja: Like I was saying your sister's disappearance and the fact these things possibly killed her has caused a lot of hate to develop in my soul.

Yuuki looked at Ouja and sadly nodded his head as he loved his sister very much.

Yuuki: I don't blame you Aniki we both lost her to these things.

Ouja: Yeah and now I've made it my job to let my partner devour as many of them as possible. Speaking of, I should probably summon him soon before he gets testy.....

Himari: Chief should we be worried? He is going to bring that giant Cobra in?

Kyouka: Itsuki was it? Is that beast of yours a threat to us?

Ouja: Venosnaker? Nah he's on a strictly Shuuki diet at this point, I mean don't know about before I made a contract with him, but that isn't my problem.

The girls sighed with relief which Yuuki smiled.

Yuuki: Well the girls are calm so let's see the big guy, Aniki.

Ouja lunged towards his Venovisor, which was still stabbed into the ground, but two Shuuki got in his way.

Ouja: Don't got time for this!

Ouja leaped into the air and sliced both Shuuki's heads off with the Veno Saber before landing next to the Venovisor and opening its card slot. Ouja then drew a card from his Advent Deck before inserting it into the Venovisor and closing it up.

Venovisor: Advent!

A slithering could be heard as a giant purple king cobra, with golden blades on the sides of its frill slithered up behind Ouja, stopping behind the Kamen Rider.

The Seventh Unit looked in awe seeing the giant purple king cobra.

Himari: That is a huge snake! Look at the size of that thing!

Shushu: It could probably wrap around my waist like a belt when I use Paradigm Shift!

Venosnaker hissed at Ouja who rolled his eyes under his helmet.

Ouja: Oh don't be a baby, let me have a little fun before you gorge yourself!

The Seventh Unit looks at Ouja surprised that Venosnaker was Sentient.

Himari: That Cobra is Sentient!

Yuuki: Aniki you can communicate with the Cobra?

Ouja: Yeah, despite being biomechanical, Mirror Monsters are still very much living things. I mean why else would they get cranky if they're hungry?

When Ouja said that the Seventh Unit now understood why these mechanical beasts were attacking the Shuuki they were hunting for food.

Yuuki: That is why those mechanical animals are attacking the Shuuki. They are a food source for them. Itsuki you found the predator to the Shuuki!

Kyouka: How exactly did you come across these creatures?

Ouja: Hold that thought, Venosnaker!

Five Shuuki leaped at Ouja, however Venosnaker opened its mouth and spit out a spray of poison that burned the five Shuuki's bodies, causing them to start melting. Ouja leaped into the air as Venosnaker whipped the Rider with its tail, sending him flying over three more Shuuki. Ouja landed behind the three Shuuki before slashing them horizontally across their backs with the Veno Saber, the gash left in their bodies starting to melt. The three monsters hissed in pain and turned to face Ouja, however before they could strike Venosnaker slithered up behind them, slashing them in half with the blades on the side of its hood. The Contract Monster swiftly snapped up the top halves of their bodies before swallowing them. Yuuki and the girls looked in shock at what just happened as both Itsuki and his Advent Beast worked as one.

Yuuki's thoughts: Itsuki, how strong did you become to fight the Shuuki?

Yuuki stared at Ouja and Venosnaker at how they took down the Shuuki.

Kyouka: That creature seems just as viscous as its master, which is slightly worrisome.

Shushu: Kyouka, we have a problem!

Shushu pointed towards the Gate and saw that the remaining eight Shuuki were attempting to make it to the portal.

Yuuki: Itsuki they are planning to make a run for the Gate!

Yuuki yelled which Ouja drew another card from his Advent Deck before inserting it into the Venovisor.

Venovisor: Final Vent!!!

Ouja began running towards the Shuuki with Venosnaker slithering across the ground behind him. Ouja leaped into the air and backflipped as Venosnaker reared its head back before spraying Ouja with its poison. The Rider was propelled towards the Shuuki, covered in poison as he delivered a bicycle kick that pierced through four of the monsters.

The poison splashes everywhere, drenching the remaining four Shuuki as their bodies began to melt. Venosnaker quickly slithered towards the eight Shuuki before snapping them up in quick succession before swallowing them. As the giant mechanical cobra devoured the Shuuki the Gate then closed and Ouja turned to the Seventh Unit all of them looking stunned at how quick and ruthless him and his Contract Monster were.

Himari: I can't believe a guy just destroyed a horde of Shuuki! Where the hell did he get this power?!

Shushu: I think that snake gave it to him.

Ouja: You're not far off blondie.

Ouja removed his Advent Deck from his V-Buckle as the armor shattered off his body like glass, the V-Buckle disappeared from his waist as well. Itsuki then turned to look at Venosnaker.

Itsuki: Alright, that should hold you over for a few days right?

Venosnaker looked down at Itsuki before hissing at his master, clearly annoyed.

Itsuki: Yeah, yeah I know I won't go over a week without feeding you again. Seriously, I have a job and need to sneak in here to hunt Shuuki. Doesn't help we gotta sneak around so we don't get caught!

When Itsuki said that out loud Yuuki and the girls looked shocked.

Yuuki: Aniki you sneak into Mato willingly with that Cobra? I thought you were some black ops group from the government that wasn't telling anyone about?

Itsuki: Hell no, some weird guy approached me not long after Aoba disappeared and gave me a Blank Advent Deck saying I could achieve my greatest desire if I joined in on some kind of game he was organizing. I formed a contract with Venosnaker and have been sneaking around Mato for months now.

Everyone looked at him shocked hearing this.

Himari: Someone is giving these powers to random guys?

Itsuki: Yeah, I mean I've bumped into a few of the other participants in the Mirror World on occasion. Heck I even had plans to show this rookie the ropes of Mato, but he didn't meet up with me so I went on ahead.

When Itsuki said that Yuuki looks at him surprised and was about to ask him more before the sounds of yelling could be heard.

????: You ass you left me behind!

Everyone turned to the voice to see a young teen who looked around seventeen years old wearing a tank top, jeans, and orange sneakers. He had light brown hair, amber eyes, and Tiger-like stripe tattoos on his arms.

Yuuki: Aniki, is this the rookie you are talking about?

Itsuki: Yeah, this is Tai Kowase, listen punk I told you 10A.M sharp, I waited a whole half hour and you didn't show. You snooze, you lose Pussycat.

Tai looks at Itsuki and sighs.

Tai: I know but shit I almost got caught by the Anti-Demon Corps when I got here. Hell, one almost spotted me! Destwilder is going to be on my ass for not getting him any Shuuki and you have any idea how hangry he gets if he doesn't eat let me tell you it's not pretty!

Tai, having chills as his Contract Monster, almost decided to make him lunch.

Tai: Hopefully, I can sway to wait a little more for another horde.

Itsuki: We could always hit the Mirror World once we return to Earth. Sure Mirror Monsters are more stubborn and not as plentiful, but it's still an option. The time limit does suck though.

Tai sighed and nodded at Itsuki.

Tai: It beats getting Destwilder on my ass. Well, we better get go-Uh, Itsuki is that who I think it is with you?

Tai looking at the Seventh Unit.

Himari: You got a problem with the Anti-Demon Corps?

Tai's eyes widen in shock and then looks at Itsuki.

Tai: Shit it is the Anti-Demon Corps!

Yuuki: Hold on, nobody is doing anything. Can we all just relax, please?

Itsuki: Relax, my girlfriend's kid brother is with them. Besides, after the show I put on, I don't think they'll want to risk apprehending us.

When Itsuki said that Kyouka just nodded and then spoke.

Kyouka: Neither of you are in trouble, it would be a waste to arrest two individuals with your capabilities. All I request is you return to our base and answer a few questions.

Itsuki looked at Kyouka before marching up to her and leaning close to her face, locking eyes with her.

Itsuki: Is that right? Now give me one good reason why I should trust you?

Yuuki: Itsuki you can trust her, she saved my life and she found a way for me to fight the Shuuki.

When Yuuki said that, Tai's eyes widened in shock.

Tai: You can fight the Shuuki?

Itsuki: I could care less about that, now answer the question.....

Yuuki looks at Itsuki and sighs as he almost forgot he was a cautious person as he didn't trust people so easily.

Kyouka: I will have to report your existence to the rest of the Anti-Demon Corps, however due to both of you operating in my territory, I will grant you permission to fight.

Itsuki raises an eyebrow at Kyouka's words before snorting.

Itsuki: So I guess that fair attitude of yours isn't all smoke and mirrors after all. Guess you weren't putting on a show for Yuuki's sake after all.

Yuuki's eyes widened and so did the girls hearing this from Itsuki.

Yuuki: Itsuki have you been watching me?

Himari: Shut it, Slave you mean to tell us you've been spying on us the whole time and we had no idea? How is that possible?

Itsuki: The day Yuuki fell into Mato I followed, I intended on saving him myself, but then Kyouka stepped in. Gotta say I was surprised when you turned my girlfriend's kid brother into some monster, but I let it be. Kid has as much right to slaughter these things as I do after what they took from both of us. However I promised Aoba I'd look out for him if anything happened to her, so Venosnaker and I would keep tabs on you lot. It was pretty easy during your trips back to earth, tricky part was watching you in Mato.

When Itsuki was done explaining, Yuuki looked at Aniki and started to blush heavily.

Yuuki: So when you saw the chief turn me into a monster you also saw what happened afterwards....

Itsuki: I can't believe you didn't faint! You had never talked to a single girl your age and suddenly you're making out with one! I was both amused and impressed.

Yuuki blushed hard and covered his face with his hand while Itsuki had a grin on his face while Tai just looked him in shock once more.

Tai: Dang, you are one hell of a guy, man. I salute you!

Tai gave a two-finger salute which made things worse for the blushing Yuuki.

Yuuki: Aniki, look what you've done!

Itsuki: It's fine, Venosnaker and I will kick his ass later.

Tai: Shit.....

Itsuki then turned to look at Kyouka again.

Itsuki: Alright, we'll come back to your base and give you what info we have. By the way, my name is Itsuki Nishiya, I'm a mechanic at one of the autobody shops that repairs vehicles for the Anti-Demon Corps.

When Itsuki said that the Seventh Unit is surprised he helps repair their vehicles.

Yuuki: You helped repair the Anti-Demon Corps vehicles when did that happen? You mostly worked on motorcycles and sometimes cars.

Shushu: Motorcycles? Why would he repair motorcycles?

Itsuki: I race dirt bikes as a hobby, mostly motocross on the men's circuit. However a guy I met through this game Tai and I are participating in had connections to some of the businesses that support the Anti-Demon Corps. Bit of an older guy, but really smart, runs a small detective agency.

Yuuki and the others looked at Itsuki in awe as that explained it.

Himari: Well that explains a lot also pretty rare for a guy to have ties with the Anti-Demon Corps.

Itsuki looked Himari over for a second before snorting.

Itsuki: I mean Anti-Demon Corps members have husbands, even if some of them kick'em to the curb after having kids....

When Itsuki said that Himari became silent hearing those words.

Yuuki: You okay Himari?

Himari: I am fine slave just recalling something from my past.

Itsuki: So, should we head back to your base? I'd rather not burn any more daylight, especially if I gotta hop into the Mirror World to help the rookie out once we get back to earth.

Kyouka nodded and turned to her team.

Kyouka: Yes, everyone we begin our return trip at once!

Seventh Unit: Yes, Chief!

Everyone quickly got into the Jeep and Shushu started driving them back to HQ.

Demon Defense Force Dorms

After driving out of the wastelands of Mato everyone was seen inside the living room of the dorm. Inside Nei was seen serving tea for everyone.

Nei: So you two are the ones in the pictures? I find that fascinating. I have never seen technology like yours before, fellas.

Itsuki: Well it's partially tech and partially supernatural in nature, we are dealing with magic monsters after all.

Nei eyes widen in awe and understood before quickly putting down the tea and pulling out a notebook from thin air making Tai turn to Yuuki.

Tai: Where the heck was she hiding that notebook?

Yuuki: It is best not to think about it.

Tai just shrugs his shoulder and drinks his tea. Kyouka and the other girls are seen seating which the Chief then turns to Itsuki and Tai.

Kyouka: To start, you kept mentioning something called the Mirror World?

Itsuki: The Mirror World, it's like Mato, a world parallel to our own, however it exists within all reflective surfaces. It's a carbon copy of our world, only all signs are backwards and it's completely devoid of human life.

The Seventh Unit looked shocked by this as they couldn't believe there was another world besides Mato.

Nei: Incredible, this is a groundbreaking discovery!

Himari: The Anti-Demon Corps needs to know about this.

Itsuki: Well you can't get in unless you have an Advent Deck like us or you're dragged in.....

When Itsuki said that Yuuki and the others looked confused.

Yuuki: Dragged in? Drag in for what Itsuki?

Itsuki: Mirror Monsters inhabit the Mirror World, they're a lot more unique then Shuuki. Giant spiders, humanoid animal beasts, other fantastical and unnatural life forms. Venosnaker is a Mirror Monster, they will stalk humans and drag them into the Mirror World to devour their life force.

Everyone looked at Itsuki in shock by this information and now looked worried.

Yuuki: But I thought they only eat Shuuki. Why go after humans?

Itsuki: Gates only open in the Mirror World rarely, meaning Shuuki aren't plentiful enough to feed them. So they stalk humans, easy prey that doesn't even know they exist.

Tai: Hey Yuuki right, have you ever read the news about the missing people reports?

Yuuki looks at Tai before recalling his time back on Earth and remembers watching the news about people disappearing.

Yuuki: Yeah, what about it?

Itsuki: It's not Shuuki getting through Gates, those people are being dragged into the Mirror World.

Tai: To be more precise Mirror Monsters are dragging those people in. Sarge, me, and Itsuki have been handling them and sometimes the other players are taking them down as well.

Tai said nonchalantly which the girls and Yuuki both became unsettled by this news.

Nei: Chief, this is bad if these Mirror Monsters are going after the population. Who knows how they will react to this Mirror World?

Itsuki: That's only half the problem, even if the person dragged into the Mirror World manages to escape the Mirror Monsters, they'll die anyway.

When Itsuki said that everyone looked horrified.

Yuuki: What do you mean they will die Aniki?!

Itsuki: Humans aren't meant to inhabit the Mirror World, if they remain there for an hour, they will be erased from existence. Quite literally disintegrating. Us Riders can last a bit longer, two hours, but even we'll start fading if we don't get out of there in time. So whenever someone goes missing it's a race against the clock, locate them, dispatch the Mirror Monster, then drag them out of the Mirror World all within an hour.

The Seventh Unit and Yuuki looked at Itsuki in horror while Tai sighed.

Tai: We managed to save some people but even we have our limits.

Itsuki: Sometimes we aren't fast enough, Sarge has lost some sleep over it. Him and his agency dedicate all their resources to missing persons, the moment a message is received about a recent missing person, Sarge will dispatch personally or send his intern. If they're both swamped, they'll call one of us up to handle it.

Everyone looked at the two and didn't know what to say.

Yuuki: Aniki, if my sister were still around, she would be proud of you for the man you have become.

Itsuki: Don't get it twisted, there is personal gain in it, considering the bastard that offered us a place in this game neglected to mention a tiny detail, if we wanna survive we gotta keep fighting. Whether it be Mirror Monster or Shuuki, we gotta keep taking down monsters if we wanna keep living.

Eyes widen at this information as they didn't expect this as the two didn't have a choice to stop fighting the Mirror Monsters and Shuuki.

Kyouka: What do you mean you have to fight to survive?

Itsuki: Your Peach Blessing, you take Yuuki on as your Slave to help you fight right? Then once it's said and done you have to reward him right? It's like an invisible contract between you two right?

Yuuki: That is correct, Aniki.

Itsuki sighed and leaned against the wall.

Itsuki: Well our Advent Decks are our contracts with our Monsters, they give us power to fight, like how Venosnaker's tail becomes my Veno Saber, in exchange we feed them the life force of other Mirror Monsters or the demonic energy of Shuuki. If we fail to feed them for long enough however, it's a breach in the contract and they'll devour our Life Force as compensation. Therefore the only way to survive is to fight for us.

The room fell silent on this as they weren't expecting this type of deal.

Yuuki: Your contract is different from Chief's blessing Slave and you are right it's ironclad.

Kyouka: That's why all of you insist on sneaking around. If we were to apprehend you and imprison you, then we would essentially be damning you all to death.....

Tai: Yeah, and if you've seen what Venosaker can do to those Shuuki, then you know what our fate is in our Contract Monsters if we don't hold up our deal. Destwilder will rip me to fucking shreds! So I would not like to die, please.

Tai sweating a bit thinking what his partner would do to him if he didn't get the life force he needed. Kyouka then stood up immediately, a glare on her face.

Kyouka: Unacceptable, you were tricked into some sick game that you can't even walk away from. Both of you, you are welcome to explore Seventh Unit's territory freely and hunt Shuuki. When the next meeting between the Chiefs arrives I will explain your predicament, hopefully I can convince them to let you continue to operate here in Mato.

When Kyouka said that Himari looks at her in shock.

Himari: Are you sure that is a good idea what if they get killed?

When Himari said that both Itsuki and Tai laughed at that statement.

Tai: We are already fucked so I don't see why you should care about us. It was our own choice.

Itsuki: Besides, the Shuuki are the least of our concerns. It's the other Participants that are the real threat.

Shushu: What do you mean?

Itsuki looked at them, a smirk spreading across his face.

Itsuki: The name of the game is eradicate all Shuuki within Mato, whoever does that will be granted a single wish, at least that's what that bastard claims. Some of the people he gave Advent Decks to aren't exactly upstanding members of society. Heck one of them tried to kill the Rookie here before he even formed a contract with Destwilder.

Tai gritted his teeth remembering nearly losing his life to that player.

Tai: If I see that bastard again I am going to finish it.

However when Tai said that he saw he was shaking which Shushu picked up on it.

Shushu: You're still scared aren't you?

Tai: I would be lying if I wasn't. I was naive. I thought it was a simple game but no it was a game of a survival. He was the hunter and I was damn prey.

Tai gritted his teeth as he remembered being powerless to fight his attacker.

Itsuki: Scissors is what he called himself, a real piece of work. Sarge has been tracking him, he doesn't like the idea of killing a human, but with that guy's attitude he's willing to make an exception.

Yuuki: That is terrible! He needs to face justice.

Itsuki: I almost had him, but the bastard had tossed an Anti-Demon Corps trainee into the Mirror World, used her as a damn distraction, had me chasing him around for so damn long I almost didn't get her out in time.

When Kyouka heard that she gritted her teeth at how dishonorable this Scissors was.

Kyouka: Coward, what kind of person does that?

Itsuki: The kind that's fed up with Society, Sarge speculates not all missing persons cases linked to the Mirror World are Mirror Monsters dragging people in. He speculates some Riders have a serious vendetta against the Anti-Demon Corps and the power deficit it causes. He thinks some of the Riders are throwing trainees or girls with Peach Blessings in intentionally hoping they'll die.

The girls looked at Itsuki in horror hearing this.

Nei: My word to hold such a grudge for the opposite sex is terrifying.

Tai: Hey, you don't have to worry about us, we don't have grudges against women.

Itsuki: My whole reason for throwing my life away was so I could slaughter those damn monsters that took Aoba away. As far as I'm concerned, I don't give a fuck about the wish or winning this damn game. As long as I take as many of those bastards down as I possibly can before I bite the big one, I'll be satisfied.....

Yuuki looks at Itsuki and understands why he fights the Shuuki.

Yuuki: Aniki I know this is a selfish request but can I fight alongside you?

Itsuki: Depends, are you willing to fighting alongside two guys who could potentially get all of you in a lot of trouble?

Kyouka: Our goal is the same, as far as I'm concerned you are just as much members of the Seventh Unit as Yuuki is.

Itsuki smirks before reaching into his pocket and tossing something at Kyouka. The Chief catches it and looks it over, discovering it's a business card.

Itsuki: That's the Autobody shop I work for, if your vehicles are in need of serious repairs, give me a call. I'll repair everything at a discounted price, least I can do to repay you for sticking your neck out for us. That and looking after Yuuki, ask him yourself. I don't like accepting handouts. If you help me out, I help you out, it's non-negotiable.

Kyouka smiled at Itsuki and put her hand out to him.

Kyouka: I look forward to working with you, I hope I can convince the rest of the Anti-Demon Corps to accept you as well.

Itsuki: Don't stick your neck out too much for us now, I don't want you losing your job because of us.

Itsuki shook Kyouka's hand, a smirk spreading across his face.

Yuuki: Welcome to the Seventh Unit you two.

Yuuki smiled as he had his big brother helping him like old times.

Yuuki's thoughts: Sis, please watch over Aniki.
