Zoya took her phone from his hand and stormed out of the room. Mri watched with avid interest and then said 'Adi, why don't you like that pretty lady?'
Aditya looked at Mri and said 'You need to have an opinion about someone to like or dislike them and to form an opinion you need to think about them. I don't spend my energy thinking about useless people. For me she is an intern who needs to be showed her proper place.'
Mri said "Acha Adi, kya main thoda bahar ghoom ke aa sakti hoon.'
Aditya said "Haan jaao na. Lekin zyada door mat jana."
Mri skipped and went outside and started looking for Zoya. She saw her in a small and empty room with her head deep down in work. She rapped
the door and Zoya looked up. She saw Mri and smiled and said 'Aap kon hai?'
Mri came in and said 'Mera naam mrinalini hai. Aditya Hooda is my uncle.'
Zoya looked at her beautiful face and immediately fell in love with that innocent face. She said 'Acha toh tum Dr.Hooda ki Mri ho. I am sorry baby , humari wajah se kal raat ko Aditya couldn't be on time for your birthday. Humne unhe rok liya tha.'
Mri feigned an angry look and said 'Main aapko maaf karoongi jab aap mujhe kuch khilayoge.'
Zoya laughed and listening to her tinkling laughter Mri thought 'I love this lady.'
Zoya took her hand and said 'Chalo phir, I will take you to the doctor's canteen.'
They both sat and Zoya ordered some food. As they ate Mri chartered and Zoya responded to her with equal enthusiasm. Being a child at heart Zoya loved the time she was spending with Mri. She said 'Ghar mein aap , aapke Abbu, ammi aur Aditya rehte hai kya?'
Mri said 'Mere abbu, ammi .., I mean , Ma , papa ko maine pichle 5 mahine se nhi dekha hai. Voh bahar gye hai kisi kaam ke liye isliye main unse nhi mili. Maine Adi ko bola hai mujhse milwane ko lekin unhone abhi tak nhi milwaya.'
Zoya said "Toh tum unhe video call kyun nhi kar leti?"
Mri asked her how it worked and Zoya told her. Mri said "Aaj hi main, Adi ko bolti hoon.'
She got up and Zoya said 'Mri, suno na.' She fidgeted in her handbag and took out a small delicate golden coloured brooch. She took Mri's hand and said 'Yeh humne apni behen ke liya tha but because of some reasons hum unhe de nhi paaye. After a long time I met someone who I thought as my own. Yeh rakho apne paas. It's mark of our friendship and also your birthday gift.'
Mri took it and said 'Zoya , aapke saath kuch hua hai kya ? Aapke awaz mein dukh hai. Vaisa dukh Jaisa kabhi kabhi Adi ke awaz mein bhi sunai deta hai.'
Zoya patted her face and said 'Kisi aur din Mri. Ab chalo let me drop you back at your uncle's chamber.'
She took her back and went back to her work thinking 'Mri itni choti hai lekin itni sensitive bhi. Bohot pyaari bacchi hai. Aaj itne saalon baad humein pyaar mila. I wish Mri ki zindagi mein sirf aur sirf khushiyan hi khushiyan ho.'
Mri went to the chamber and said "Adi, mujhe Ma , Pa ke saath video chat karao na please."
Aditya looked shocked and said "V..v..video chat? Yeh idea achanak kaise aaya."
Mri said "Main aaj Zoya se mili. Unhone bola humein."
Aditya thought 'Zoyaaa... not you again."
He cleared his throat and said "Mri actually, wahan ke time difference ke wajah se tumhari baat nhi karwa sakta. Main next week try karta hoon. Abhi tum yahan baitho tab tak main ek chota sa kaam karke aata hoon."
He stormed out of the room and went to find Zoya and when he found her he knocked the things of her desk. Zoya looked up and said 'Aapka dimag kharab hai kya? Yeh kya kar rhe hai aap?'
Aditya pinned her to the wall and said "Tumhari problem kya hai? Kyun tum Mri aur mere maamle mein dakhal deti ho. Kyun har cheez bigaadne mein tuli hoti ho tum?"
Zoya said 'Humne kiya kya hai ?"
Aditya pressed her harder to the wall and said 'Tumhe kisne kaha tha voh video call wala idea dene ko ? Agar mujhe video call karwana hota toh karwa deta, itna dimag toh mere mein bhi hai na Zoya. I must be having my own reasons not to do so , right ?"
Zoya whispered in a low voice 'I am sorry . Humein pata nhi tha...'
Aditya too dropped his voice to a low growl and said "Meri baat kaan khol kar suno Zoya. Kabhi bhi mere ya mere kaam ke beech mein mat aana. Mri se jitna door reh sakti ho utna raho kyunki tum kuch na kuch ulta seedha karogi uske saath itna mujhe yakeen hai. And trust me Zoya if ever I have to repeat these words again I swear you will see the worst side of me."
With that he left. Zoya breathed a sigh of relief and thought "Yeh cheez kya hai. Achanak se inke andar koi rakhshas aa jata hai aur yeh chillane lag jaate hai. Humari kismat kabhi achi kyun hoti. Kitne logon ke liye hum interning kar sakte the lekin humein mila toh kon 'Raavan part 2.0"
She set up her table and sat down to work. She worked till midnight and finished all case files. She went to room and kept it on his table and looked for him. He wasn't there. She went outside and saw his car and inside was Mri. She looked uncomfortable. Zoya went towards the car and asked Mri to put down the window and Mri did so with difficulty. Zoya said 'Tum theek toh ho na ? Aditya kahan hai ?'
Mri said "Voh humein yahan bitha kar andar chale gye. Voh bohot jaldi mein the. Unhone bola ki he would be back soon but he isnt coming back. Mujhe yahan bohot dar lag rha hai aur dum bhi ghut rha hai. Please take me inside."
Mri was sweating and although Zoya remembered Aditya asking her not to meddle with Mri she thought "This is an emergency. I need to take her inside . She will be safe there.'
She asked Mri to open the windows fully and with much difficulty she took her out and took her in her arms. She rushed in the hospital and noticed there was a commotion there. With Mri in her arms she moved towards the noise and saw some patients arguing with Aditya. She thought "Yahan ka mahaual toh bohot kharab hai."
She noticed that some of the people had stones in their hands and they were aiming it towards the windows and that was exactly where she was standing . And before she knew it she found a stone being hurled where she was and she didn't have time to duck Mri and the stone hit her head. She fainted in Zoya's arms. Both Aditya and Zoya screamed "Mriiiiiii"

Precap: Aditya is unable to tend to Mri. His past comes back to him and he gets scared. Zoya takes care of Mri and also comforts a scared Adi. Adi's past is finally revealed and he makes a decision.
