The next day, she went to the office after having her breakfast, promising herself that she would tell him today. However, Namjoon was not there, and he had left a message saying he wouldn't come to the office due to personal matters.

She sighed and started to work. After finishing her work, she went to her new house and cooked dinner for herself. Sitting on the bed in her pajamas, she enjoyed kimchi fried rice.

She lay down on the bed and talked to her baby, expressing her concern about eating too much and getting fat.

She mentioned being tired and planning to go to the hospital the next day. She fell asleep while caressing her small bump.

The following day, she went to the office again, and Namjoon was not there, but someone was sitting in his chair.

Y/N: Who are you?

??: I'm Namjoon's brother, Seo-joon.

Y/N: Oh, how are you, sir? And where is Namjoon, sir?

Seo-joon: He will not come today. I'm here as the boss today. I have a surprise for you.

Y/N: Huh?

Seo-joon: Don't you remember?

Y/N: What, sir?

Seo-joon: You bumped into me while running to get into the elevator, and all the water spilled on me. Also, when I came to meet Namjoon, you told me to wait because he was in a meeting.

Y/N: Yeah, but I didn't know that you are Namjoon's brother.

Seo-joon: He will not come to the office for some days, so I will handle everything. I have my personal secretary, so I don't need you. You can go now.

Y/N: What do you mean, sir?

Seo-joon: It means you are fired.

Y/N: What? But I didn't do anything.

Seo-joon: I'm the boss here, I will do what I want to.

Y/N: But you can't fire me without any reason.

Seo-joon: Do you want me to call the guards?

Y/N: What nonsense.

Seo-joon: Leave, Ms. Y/N. It's your punishment for not giving respect to me.

She sighed and went towards the door.

Seo-joon: The keys?

Y/N: Huh?

Seo-joon: You are no longer a secretary. Give me the house keys back.

Y/N: But, sir...

Seo-joon: What? You can't live there because you don't work here anymore.

Y/N: My stuff is there.

Seo-joon: My man will come with you after packing your stuff. Give the key to him.

She didn't know what to do. First, her aunt kicked her out of the house, and now she was jobless and homeless.

She didn't even go to the hospital for her ultrasound. She was roaming here and there to find a room, but the rent price was very expensive.

She didn't have that much money and spent half of her money on that day to spend the night in a hotel.

She didn't have any friends. She called Namjoon, but he didn't pick up her calls. She was crying and didn't have the energy to walk anymore.

She called Min-ji, but she didn't pick up either. She texted her and told her what happened, but she didn't reply. She tried to find a room online.

At night, she finally found a building. She went there and the landlord showed her a small room, just for two people, with a small kitchen and bathroom attached.

She wanted the room, but he didn't give it to her, saying he would give it if she paid him in advance. She gave him some money, and he gave her permission to stay.

It was not that much expensive compared to others. There was just a fan and nothing else in the room. She put some sheets on the floor and made a bed for herself. She cleaned the house and got ready to go for an interview.

It had been one week, and she was trying to get a job. She gave interviews in three companies but got no response. She called Namjoon, but his phone was continuously off. She didn't have money to buy food. Her baby needed food.

She started to work in a cafe as a waitress and then did a part-time job in a supermarket. She couldn't make much money from these two jobs, but she could pay the rent from one part-time job's salary and save half for her baby and half for groceries and other things.

After coming home, she did some online work to make more money, but it was not enough for her because Korea is an expensive country.
