Two years ago, Val was at her locker, hiding behind a trio of her classmates.

"Valencia's her name right? What a slut."

"No wonder she only hangs around guys. We were going to make Shemar think he had an actual shot with Tania."

"She's just using him to not drop out," snickering. "During gym, we should tie her up and sneak her in the boys room and see what happens!"

Val's tears ran down a spill of red liquid while eerie music played from nearby, unnerving the four, as a ghoul with a mask approached them.

"Long ago, a trio of envious and shallow women fatally stabbed their innocent classmate. Her spirit targeted her spiteful killers, and stayed a remnant to haunt any that'll commit the same calamity," aiming their fingers laced with blood. "Now, shall I report your actions, or let her rip the blood out of your bodies?"

The other three screamed, slipping onto the floor trying to escape, and ran away.

Val took off the mask. "Shemar, were you really recording them?"

He shook his head. "Can't play music while recording. I overheard them talking about it before we got into the building," holding up a bucket of paint nearby. "It's fun coming up with stories based on real life events."

"Not bad," pulling her in for a hug.

In the present, Sehki kneeled down and caressed Calypsa's cheek. His heart softened as his lips slid down and gently pecked the other one. She sprouted with more energy, turning her face from him.

"What was that for?"

He shook off his mental trance. "As thanks," unable to look at her. "For trusting my plan," hiding his mouth, waiting for her next response. "I needed that."

Calypsa's hat lowered, covering her face. Her stomach growled as she took a meditative stance, and a deep breath. Her head raise and menacing stare made him step back until she burped.

"Sorry, fighting makes me hungry. Anyway, what were you saying?"

"Oh nothing."

"No, tell me," confidently approaching him. "Were you assuming showing a bit of growth and improvement means you can start rewarding people? You've still got a long way to go before you could fight with me going all out. But," deviously smirking, "you're getting there," rubbing her face alongside his cheek.

The militia had just been all about finished. However, one of them started screaming, as Sehki noticed someone in the group walking away in a hood. A Void burst out from a Constain, swallowing the guard completely whole.

"What the?"

"They're on Stage Three? An In:Void?"

The Void took on his appearance and shape, growing Pegasus wings of different colors, standing on all fours, and blowing away most of its guards, acting completely feral, attacking his own allies.

A dash of flames burned through the night sky and crash landed, smashing him down into the ground. He emerged from the ground, facing Xia head on.

"Bring it!" Her fists and kicks balanced speed and power, enduring his tackle, extending flames knives against his wings attempting to crush her. They absorbed her fire and spun around, slashing her, while his allies were shooting him down.

"This isn't good. If they don't finish him off now, he could die if they beat him. Sehki, on my signal, use your Cosmic Burst on them."

He nodded. Calypsa raced to Xia, spinning her staff to block his feather shots, and yelling Serpens, summoning a barrage of snakes.

"Now!"

Sehki tackled the Pegasus, releasing it for as long as he could. The strain left his body feeling numb as the officer screeched out in pain.

He could see the snakes attempting to pull out the Voids from his body, concentrating the power into his arms to try and push them from one another. It took using his mouth and Calypsa's power to drag the creature out of his body. Both lied tired on the floor, watching the officer cough up blood.

"Call the hospitals stat!"

The two ladies picked each other up, while Sehki's legs wobbled. "Is he going to be okay? What happened?"

"Good evening Prince Hinata! Prince Sehki! There was a community speaker event and reports came in that one of the informants were spreading information about joining the Astrovoids minutes before the attack."

"Astrovoids? Like a cult for using Voids?"

"Affirmative," going to help the others with the cleanup.

Maybe one of them was behind the incident.

Rigal descended from feet of air, crashing down as the helicopters and news people arrived. Sehki and Xia's brains came to one agreement.

"Where the hell were you?!"

"I was filming. Besides, you betas can handle the small fry. Call me when there's an actual threat," flexing his muscular biceps Sehki wanted to pop open like a balloon for such a weak excuse. "Why were you here?"

"I-ah-wanted to see the city my parents helped support."

"Our parents."

"Ok~ay sorry."

"Yet you show up just as the Voids started attacking," Xia asked.

Calypsa jumped between all of them. "Now now, let's not fight," interrupted by a call. "Taylor?"

"Get back to Celestial University now! There's Voids!"

"What?"

The other heirs turned to him. "Is this your fault?"

"Xia, Rigal, please take this seriously, we're both drained," Calypsa pleaded.

Sheki stopped them from flying off. "Don't waste your magic energy flying. Is there a taxi or something?"

"Fine," seeing more people and vehicles return to the populace. "Auriga," flagging down a goat shaped hover car, getting in quickly and yelling at the driver to hurry.

On the ride there, Calypsa closed her eyes, about to tilt on Sehki's body when Xia pulled her back, just for the witch dressed ally to push off her fist back to Sehki, equally drained.

Rigal sucked his teeth. "Don't tell me she still considers him a friend."

"I never know what she's thinking," Xia added, stopping herself from throwing the flame. "Let's just expose and get rid of him when his guard is down."

They didn't know he was slightly awake as the driver dropped them off, at the sight of several students attempting to fight against the Voids.
