She fell in love with the sun. Then dusk came, and the sun had to leave.

"I'll be back," said the sun.

"And I'll wait for you!" she replied.

Gradually the night arrived, and with it the moon shone. Breaking her promise, she found herself in love with the moon. Yet she didn't realize that he too would leave, when the sun rid the sky of this opaque cover. And she didn't realize that, however bright, the moon's light was but a reflection of that of her old lover.
