We were back at the Manor and tomorrow was our birthday and Ciel, as I had guessed, did not want to celebrate our birthday. I knew the servants wanted to so badly and I wanted to too. At the dispatch I usually get some random presents and even some from Claude.

The door to the manor entrance burst open while Ciel and I walked up to his study. Looking back I saw Lizzy. Of course she would come by, she most likely got Ciel something, "Ciiiieeel!" I heard Lizzy yell and saw her running up. Sometimes I believe that she is on a sugar rush.

"Lizzy." Ciel said as he was jumped on and twirled around. I moved out the way right away before I got hit with the twirling Ciel. She stopped twirling him and put a box in his hand.

"Here this is for you. Open it. Okay? I can't wait." She said.

Ciel stood and looked at the box. He started to undo a ribbon when Lizzy grabbed his hand with the ring. Don't tell me she is going to break the thing again, "Hold on a moment. I thought I broke this ring a while ago?" Lizzy questioned.

"Well fortunately, Celeste was able to repair it." Ciel said. Oh so Sebastian told him I had repaired the ring then. How noble, it would've been better if he had said he did it.

"That's impossible it was chipped I don't even see a single crack." Lizzy said.

"Well what kind of person would I be if I could not fix such a simple crack in a ring?" I questioned making my presence known to her.

"Oh you fixed it, that's such fantastic news." Lizzy said and Paula walked up.

"My Lady are you alright?" Paula questioned.

"So Lady Elizabeth just what do you have in the box there?" Sebastian questioned Lizzy.

"Oh it's nothing! It's a secret!" Lizzy said snatching the box away from Ciel. If I knew Lizzy well enough and her interest with the ring right now she had gotten something to replace it.

"Secret but you just told me to open it didn't you?" Ciel questioned.

"I was teasing you silly." Lizzy said.

"Teasing?" Ciel questioned.

"No proper lady would try to win a gentleman with material things. That would be unseeingly. Now are you ready Paula? Ring the bells." Lizzy told Paula. Yeah I was right. She bought something to replace the ring with. 

"Of course my lady. Jingle, jingle, jingle." Paula rung the bells beside me. I started to question both Paula and Lizzy.

"Now that's all. Have a good day." Lizzy said as she turned away grabbing Paula and running out the door.

I tilted my head, "So she came here to ring some bells... For you..." I paused and shook my head. Yeah this manor is weird, you'd think that after a couple months I'd be used to this.

"Well tomorrow is both your birthday's young master. I'm sure that's why she came." Sebastian said, "Shall we perhaps have a birthday party?" Sebastian questioned.

"You do realize that I am not the only one who wishes to celebrate it with you, Ciel." I said glancing over at the pillar Mey-Rin, Tanaka, Finny, and Bard were hiding behind of.

"Tomorrow is our birthday." Ciel whispered as he stood beside me. I could tell he was having a flashback as was I.

It was Christmas and we were in London. I was between mother and father when I noticed that Ciel had run off and was with another noble man. I tugged on mothers dress to get her attention, "What is it Celeste?" She questioned looking down at me while father did the same.

"Ciel is over there."I said looking over to where Ciel was standing at.

"Vincent watch Celeste."Mother said running after Ciel. I looked up at father who had a smile on his face.

"Where do you wish to go my little Princess?" Father asked as he reached down to pick me up. I put my arms around his neck and looked around.

"Can I get a new doll?"I asked him considering we were near the toy store.

"I can always have one made specially for you darling." Father said smiling down at me. A bit of snow was on his face and I reached up to wipe it off before it could bother me. 

"Well then I don't want to go anywhere. Let's go look at the tree." I said looking over at the Christmas tree. He chuckled and walked over to the tree telling me stories that he made up on the spot. 

"Then later that night." Ciel's voice broke my first flashback. I remembered back to that night when we had been at home.

I had gone to my room and had started to play with my dolls. That was until I started to cough and there was banging on my door. I touched the handle and felt that the door knob was flaming hot, "Celeste!" I heard Ciel's voice. 

"Ciel!" I yelled back and started on a coughing fit. I grabbed the bottom of my dress and pulled the door open after using the bottom of the dress to cover the knob. Ciel grabbed my hand and I pulled it out of his grasp, "What about mother and father?" I asked looking back at their room which was opened slightly. I caught the glimpse of something white in their room but Ciel pulled me again running down the stairs.

"My mother was going to read me stories, and father was going to give Celeste and me a present." Ciel said.

When we had ran out the manor I led him away from it like father had told me many times in case we were ever attacked. It would lead us into the woods and down the path in the woods we would find our way to Madame Red. When someone came out the woods and walked forward. I stepped in front of Ciel almost like it was a normal thing for me to do. When the man pulled out a dagger and stabbed me with it. I kicked him where the sun don't shine and I tugged on Ciel we ran to the other side where I finally collapsed. I spoke to Ciel and told him to get out of there. 

"I was so exited about it. Yes happy birthday to me, us." Ciel said as he offered me his hand and we walked away.

"Master?" Sebastian questioned.

"This is ridiculous. Bring me my tea." Ciel said as we continued to walk.

"Right away." Sebastian said.

Night fell and I was in my room reading a new book when I finally got bored. I walked over to Ciel's study and entered the room unannounced like always. Not like he would care anymore I always walk in unannounced.

Shortly a while later like seconds afterward Sebastian came over with some alarming news, "Elizabeth has disappeared?" I questioned still in shock.

"Yes, her maid said she lost track of her whilst stuck in traffic in East Linton." Sebastian said.

"Then that's where we are headed." Ciel stood up, "Honestly what was she thinking?" Ciel questioned.

"First you should look at this." Sebastian said as I looked at the silver tray he had in his hands. I wonder when did that get there?

"Scotland yard has been investigating a series of kidnappings. The targets are always young girls. Their bodies have not turned up yet, in the end it's most likely they are dead." Ciel started.

"Doesn't the kidnapper send a piece of the hope diamond to each of the families before taking the girls?" I asked. Ciel nodded at me,  "So basically a curse to whomever holds it?"

"The gem we were recently chasing after, who knew we would hear of it again like this." Ciel said.

"What now my Lord?" Sebastian asked.

"We do what the Queen has asked of us. It's always our first priority. My job as guardian of the underworld." Ciel said. I walked out the room and into my own. I grabbed my scythe in its bracelet form and changed my attire. When I got into the carriage both Ciel and Sebastian were on the same side sitting next to each other while I was with Pluto, "Celeste are you sure you want to come?" Ciel asked.

"I'm sure, I can always be used as bait too." I said looking out the window. It was quiet in the carriage for a long time until Sebastian broke the silence.

"What is it?" Sebastian asked.

"Are you prepared? I have an order to give you." Ciel said.

"Yes." Sebastian answered him.

"Question everyone who knew the victims. Friends, family, and make up a suspect list. Get names and addresses, then search the crime scenes. It shouldn't take long, three hours should be enough. While your seeing to that Celeste and I have other business to take care of. Am I understood?" Ciel said.

"Perfectly sir." Sebastian answered.

"Then hurry and get on with it." Ciel ordered.

"Of course as you wish my lord." Sebastian answered and he left the carriage.

We arrived in London when everything was still and dark. Of course everything would be still and dark, people are trying to sleep. Ciel and I walked to where Paula said she lost Elizabeth, "Well this is the place brother. The question is how to find her and why did we have to bring him with us? No offense Pluto." I said. It looked like Ciel was having a flash back while I looked around the shadows. I felt like I was being watched.

"Well anyway you're a dog which means you can track scents, can't you?" Ciel asked Pluto. I held out the ribbon from Elizabeth's gift and Pluto sniffed it before sneezing and scratching himself, "You stupid little mongrel. Is Sebastian the only one you'll listen too?" Ciel questioned. He was dragged by Pluto who apparently decided to stop and look for a mate. Then I heard Grell as I decided to walk off on my own and I followed the ally way from where Paula said the carriage was at when Lizzy disappeared. I looked up at Grell and jumped up to where he was and knocked him down.

"Grell stop with the theatrics. Sebastian's not here, look for him elsewhere. Plus how badly were you demoted by Will?" I asked. He shot me a look and I figured it must have been bad enough. 

"Oh who is this cutie?" Grell asked looking at Pluto, "Oh dear you weren't considering avenging your beloved Aunt Red, are you? I mean its just silly." Grell said.

"You shut up!" Ciel yelled at Grell.

"Now now, be nice. I don't see Bassy anywhere. What can a brat like you do without him?" Grell questioned.

"Be quiet!" Ciel yelled. Pluto started to growl and I decided to pull out my scythe.

"What is he, your protector for the evening? Why does this little kid get all the good looking men?" Pluto started to bark and run towards Grell while I turned back to the shadows. There was a demon there and I have no clue if he's after me or Ciel, "Oh, he's going to attack me! How exciting, I'm all yours!" Grell said and Pluto ran past him with Ciel following. I took off after Ciel with Grell complaining. We passed a couple of ally ways and I felt someone behind me forcing me to stop and turn with my guard up. The presence was unfamiliar and threatening. The symbol on my neck started to burn and Grell ran by before I stopped him.

"Grell, take care of Ciel for me. I have a demon to deal with." I said not taking my eyes off the shadow that was walking towards me.

"Be careful Celeste." Grell said as he went after Ciel. Ciel better bring Elizabeth back in one piece. The shadow got closer and it stopped before me just as Claude decided to show up.

"I do not appreciate demons coming after what's mine." Claude said.

"When did I say I was yours?" I questioned in a whisper. Claude ignored me but I know he heard me.

"Now shall we settle this?" Claude asked looking at the demon.

"Claude not here! We take this outside the town." I said.

"No you go on your way Celeste and I will take care of this." Claude said leaving no room for arguments.

"As you wish Claude." I said and turned following after the direction I sensed Grell at. Ciel was running away from Grell so either that was a bad thing or part of Ciel's plan. I looked around and found the door. I walked in and I saw Grell fighting some dolls. I jumped up to the chandelier and jumped over to the stair case. I followed it upstairs and made it to a door partially opened.

"...so then I thought to myself, build it up with silver and gold, silver and gold, silver and gold. Build it up with silver and gold my fair lady." Someone said as I ran through the door and followed after Ciel catching up to him and covering his ears just as we went through the door and I slammed it closed.

"Truly master, nothing good ever happens on your birthday. You lost your parents, your sister, your home, and this time you stand to lose Lady Elizabeth." Sebastian said.

"Sebastian take that back, right now." Ciel ordered

"What do you mean?" Sebastian asked.

"I don't like you taunting me!" Ciel said.

"Master, earlier you informed me you had some business to take care of. This business of yours did it include endangering your life, and your sister's. In a misguided effort to rewrite the past I mean." Sebastian said. It was quiet for a while, "Do you remember what you said at the Frost Fair? About your body, about your ring? What you said was that both have been shattered and reborn, and that you no longer held fear of being broken yourself." Sebastian said.

"I remember you don't need to remind me." Ciel said and the one who was singing a while back appeared again behind the door. I pushed Ciel into moving away from it.

"Build it up with iron and steal, iron and steal, iron and steal." The door opened up and dolls started to walk in while the person still sung the song.

"Dammit they defeated Grell." I said.

"Lady Celeste language." Sebastian said.

"English." I answered.

"Interesting they seem to be controlled by the song. In which case. Iron and steal will bend and bow, bend and bow, bend and bow. Iron and steal will bend and bow my fair lady." Sebastian sung and some of their heads started to bend as Sebastian walked back to us and bowed down in front of Ciel.

"Who are you calling a Lady?" Ciel questioned.

Sebastian looked up at Ciel then glanced at me, "Now young master, let us go." Sebastian said.

"I think not. Ciel and Celeste Phantomhive, you are now the property of my master." The man said.

"Property? Just who do you think you are?" I questioned.

"The proof is there, your marked by the very rings you both wear. I know what it is." I glanced at my ring but my ring is not even part of the hope diamond, "It's part of the hope piece, the same gem my master sends to those who are destined to become his dolls."

"What master?" Sebastian asked.

"Its been decided that Ciel Phantomhive is going to become a doll along side his sister. Exquisite dolls made up of silver and gold." The man or should I say doll said.

"Silver and gold will be stolen away, stolen away, stolen away." Sebastian picked up Ciel and mentioned for me to follow. Sebastian jumped out the window and I did the same landing on the ground a while after and jumping onto the roof tops following Sebastian through some trees. When I caught up I jumped on the bridge and looked at Ciel.

"Brother do you always have to be a target?" I questioned. Ciel didn't answer me, instead he slapped Sebastian.

"What about Lizzy?! She's still in there! Did I order you to solve the string of resent kidnapping or didn't I? Lizzy is one of the kidnapped victims, saving her is our first priority!" Ciel said.

"Well that violates the contract. I cannot obey it. Your first priority is always orders from the queen. Similarly my first priority is your life. I've devoted myself to your service and protection. It's been more than two years now. I can't let anyone steal you away now can I?" Sebastian said with his eyes glowing. Ciel said something about him being double marked because he had two hope diamond rings.  I heard Pluto howl and took off with out Sebastian and Ciel. I know Grell will be with Pluto so might as well go bug him. Sebastian and Ciel have been boring me lately. I made it to a tower in the middle of a lake.... seems like a horror setting to me. I just hope Elizabeth is in there because I will flip if she's not. Grell jumped towards Sebastian and Pluto jumped on Grell latching onto Sebastian.

"How rude, wait a second. A demon hound?" Grell questioned. I face palmed.

"You're just noticing... you are a lost cause." I whispered the final part to myself.

"Olala. A night with a demon hound, how sexy." Grell said.

"You really have no standards." Sebastian said.

"You have no idea." I said.

"Now I've been waiting for you Pluto. That door has been sealed with unnatural power, only a demon hound can open it." Sebastian said walking towards the door. When he finally stopped close enough to the door, Pluto's collar started to shine. And Pluto fell to the floor.

"Look Pluto's collar is shining." I said.

"And so is the door." Grell said. 

The door opened after Pluto changed into his demon hound form. He ran in and I walked up to the door while Ciel ran by and grabbed my hand pulling me with him, "He's run off again." Ciel said.

"No need to worry. We'll follow him in, he should prove to be a serviceable guide." Sebastian said. We ran after Pluto going up a lot of stairs and stopped when we reached the top. Right across from where we stopped there stood a door. We walked into the room and the first thing I noticed was Elizabeth on the far left side of the room.

"Lizzy." Ciel said and ran towards her. I followed after him.

"Lizzy can you hear me?" I questioned going down to her level.

"Lizzy." Ciel said putting his hands on her shoulders. She looked like she was made up of clay.

"Oh my looks like we're already too late." Grell said.

"Lizzy. Wake up. Lizzy!" Ciel yelled. I saw Lizzy's eyes open up and she looked up.

"Lizzy, your okay." I sighed in relief but deep down something told me to keep my guard up.

"That's the ring. So did you like it? That makes me happy, so happy." Lizzy said. I looked at Ciel's other ring. Dammit that thing was in the box!

"That was her gift for you." I said.

"How foolish. She didn't have too." Ciel said and I saw some wire.

Elizabeth's hand went up and the same voice came around, "Then why did she? Why is her body moving without her control? Why? Is she going to hurt the one person she loves the most?" The voice said. Lizzy had a axe in her hands.

"What is happening to her?!" Ciel yelled. I grabbed Ciel and dove us out the way as Lizzy swung at us. I rolled away after Sebastian took Ciel while Lizzy followed him.

"No! Noo! No!" Lizzy kept repeating herself trying to restrain herself from hurting Ciel.

"Look sharp Grell can't you see what's happening?" Sebastian asked him.

"I suppose I can but I would hate to chip one of my blades so." Grell said.

"Please do help us out Grell." Sebastian said.

"How can I deny you? Well then when we kiss can there be just a little bit of tongue?" Grell asked 

"I have no idea about what you're talking about. But I can in fact tie a cherry stem in a knot using my tongue." When Sebastian said that he looked at me. Grell dashed over to Elizabeth.

"I cannot allow a little girl like you to wield a better blade than me. Its unforgivable." Grell said.

"No Grell stop!" Ciel yelled. Grell cut the wires and before Lizzy could hit the ground, I dove and caught her. I wrapped my arms around her and held her to me. I saw her eyes were closed.

"Is she alright? What happened?" Ciel asked. I held up some wire while Sebastian plucked some off her dress.

"Puppet string." Sebastian said.

"Only a death scythe could've cut it with such ease. Well Sebastian, aren't I amazing? Tell me how good I am." Grell said.

"Well done. Perhaps you should run with scissors more often." Sebastian said.

"I am just flattered to death." Grell said.

"Well lets see, where does this string lead to?" Sebastian asked. I looked around and then glanced up.

"So then I began thinking to myself," Wire wrapped around Grell and Sebastian, "I have two new dolls at my disposal. What material shall I use this time?" 

"Indeed. And of what material's are you made of?" Sebastian asked.

"Me huh, I don't know. What am I made out of?"

"I'm not sure but whatever materials were used don't seem to be of the highest quality." Sebastian said.

"Oh my so then I thought to myself. I have always believed I was human, but lately I often find termite's falling out my ears. Isn't that strange?" 

Sebastian kicked the axe up to where the figure was and they were released, "Now Grell." Sebastian said.

"Oh Bassy, working together as one," Grell ran towards Sebastian.

Sebastian jumped on Grell's head going up to the figure, "You are utterly lacking in style, you're no butler. I'd never lose to anyone hopelessly inferior." The person or should I say doll fell.

"That's my Bassy. So stylish." Grell said. I sweat dropped with Ciel.

"So he was a doll too." Ciel said.

"His name was Drocell Kiaens. His soul was collected five years ago, but we still detected signs of his existence." Grell said.

"He must have been fitted with a transient soul by somebody, his master maybe?" Sebastian mused.

"Ciel?" I heard Elizabeth question.

"Good she's awake. We should go now and take her home." I told Ciel.

"I want to give you both a real birthday party. Can I?" Lizzy asked.

"Okay, we'll have a party." Ciel answered.

"Rest easy now Lizzy. Its all over now." I said.

"It appears that it's not." Sebastian said. I looked over at Drocell and saw he was moving.

"So then I thought to myself. I still have a task, I must report to my master." Drocell said walking.

"Whats wrong with this loon? He's all torn up and he still wants to serve his master." Grell said.

"Perhaps I judged him too hastily. He maybe one hell of a butler." Sebastian said.

Ciel walked with Sebastian and Grell to the room Drocell walked into. I saw Pluto in the room being a bit too friendly. I felt no soul in the room so it has to be another puppet. I materialized my scythe when I heard the words unclean, unnecessary and unwanted being yelled. I saw a puppet run by and I realized that there where strings all over the room.

We left the tower and Grell tried to get a kiss from Sebastian, "I would totally let you go after him but can we get Lizzy back home?" I asked them.

"Yes, I don't want her to see any more bloodshed." Ciel said as Grell ran away. I told Ciel I would meet him at home and went on my way to check on Claude. I know he was close by because of his presence. I found him kind of wounded and standing by a frozen creak.

"Claude?" I asked.

"Yes, Celeste?" He questioned.

"Thank you for taking care of that demon." I said and a small breeze came by.

He walked up to me and handed me a small black box wrapped in a black/ purple ribbon, "You're welcome, Celeste. Happy birthday Lady Phantomhive." He said and turned walking away. I sighed and opened the box. Inside there was a gold ring with a green pendant. I closed the box and looked up to find Claude gone. Sighing I went back home making it in time before Lizzy got there.

At dusk everyone gathered around the table while Ciel and I were sat next to each other. Ciel had a gloomy face while I had a soft smile on mine, "Happy Birthday Ciel. Happy birthday Celeste." Elizabeth yelled.

"Happy birthday to you master/mistress." The trio yelled.

"This is fun, see." Elizabeth said.

"Best birthday party ever. Hurray!" Mey-Rin and Finny yelled.

"What a bother you could have just cut it in the kitchen." Ciel said as Sebastian handed us our pieces of pudding. 

"Stop being so gloomy, here." I said as I held a piece of pudding to Ciel. He ate the piece then pulled a ring from his mouth.

"What is this?" Ciel asked.

"Well the season is almost upon us. So it is a traditional Christmas pudding so whoever has the piece with the ring in it is guaranteed a happy New Year. And it appears that you found the ring young master." Sebastian said. Lizzy shot up.

"Did you hear that? You can finally be happy again." Lizzy said.

"I don't thin-" Ciel started but was interrupted.

"Paula the bells." Lizzy said.

"Let Lizzy have her moment, Ciel." I whispered.

"Ridiculous." Ciel said.

After a while Lizzy left and I walked towards my room to find a couple of presents. I spotted one in a purple and black wrapping. I opened it first and saw it was from William. I smiled as I found a pair of purple/red glasses. Beside them laid a chain with a butterfly pendant. I found a note on the box. Remember who you are meant to be. Let no one drive you from your path, and let no one tell you who you should be. 

I think I should go and bug Will in a couple of days so Grell doesn't annoy him alone. After all being Celeste Spears my job is to also be his annoying little sister. I grabbed all the other ones and set them on the chair across from my room. Changing quickly I fell onto my bed and went to sleep. Unbeknownst to me I was being watched again

Question: Should I skip the two episodes with Soma and Agni or should I do them...

Sorry!! Busy with school and the baby project Juniors tend to do! Working on the next Chapters already!
