hmm okay ngl when they first like confirmed they're relationship I was like okay aww I kinda ship them, they seemed really cute and happy together. I'd seen some of Pete's stuff on SNL and he's really funny so I was like okay they're cute, I'm happy Ari is happy, Pete seems great.

Alot of people hated on Ariana for moving on too fast but eh man she was in an unhealthy relationship let her do what she wants.

So gradually they got kinda umm annoying. Like they were commenting on each other's pictures 24/7, posting 24/7, saying super cliche things acting like a cringey love sick couple but hey it's their relationship I guess. It kinda annoyed me but I was like let them be in love.

Then they got engaged. Like what??? Do y'all even know each other at all. Like I'm brown and we usually have arrange marriages where the bride and groom have known each other longer than Pete and Ariana but hey love is love.

Honestly I don't hate them like they're still like cute-ish and their happiness is all that matters but some things about their relationship are like eh.

First off the joking about the Manchester Bombing was a mess and Ariana literally gave such a half assessed apology and Pete didn't even apologize. I get he has a dark sense of humor and he jokes about 9/11 alot too where he lost his dad and I get it so I wasn't really mad or offended but I understood why other people were.

Like so many Ari stans hate him because he's changing Ariana and because he's a homophobic and islamophobic and racist (based on the jokes he's made) but I'm not fully convinced that's true cause I've seen very little proof and like Pete suffers from several mental disorders so sometimes he says stuff he doesn't mean so idk.

Ariana has a whole ass song called Pete Davidson on her album which is like hmm okay??? now I get that Ariana is in love but she really needs to stop lashing out on her fans if they don't like Pete. Like ffs sis they're stanning you and they care about your happiness so what if they're saying they're going to skip the track named after your boyfriend like chill. Alot of her fans hated Mac too I never saw her fighting her fans about that. Just saying.

Personally I think she needs to stop using Stan Twitter lingo for everything. At first it was cute when this era started but now it's just a little cringey and she needs to stop going off on people just because they don't like Pete.

I was so close to like stanning Ariana this era but like I'm still not there yet because of stuff like this. I love the girl alot and will support her always but I'm not going to Stan anytime soon.

Also like Pete was actually really cute before he got a buzz cut and died his hair blonde. Like Ari sis why'd you let him do that. lol.
