When you were younger, you had never imagined that by the time you were nineteen you would be living with your boyfriend and his parents up in Scotland.

With Ryan being a year older than you, your parents were apprehensive about their little girl moving a whole six hours away from home but it was what you wanted.

Your relationship with Ryan had been going for three years by that time, and you met him a year prior through YouTube and it was an online relationship for quite a long time.

The only reason you had moved up to Coatbridge, which was a very small town near Glasgow, was that Ryan was able to get you a job up there and his parents offered for you to move in with them.

Which then meant that you and Ryan could be together more permanently, which was absolutely amazing of them.

It was no secret that Ryan was extremely talented, so you had convinced him to go to the X Factor auditions in Edinburgh – but he hadn't done anything since he left Exposure.

You were stood with Ryan, and his parents, outside the room where Ryan was going to audition.

He was nervous, meaning he had kept his arm securely around you ever since the two of you had stood up from your seats.

Ryan was then called in, he gave you one last hug before he walked in and you all turned to watch him on the screen.

"Alright guys," he greeted the three judges as he walked in, the smile that you fell in love with plastered on his face.

Nicole looked up and smiled. "Hi cutie – what's your name?" she asked him, just before Ryan reached the little x he needed to stand on.

Ryan chuckled, "I'm Ryan Lawrie, and I'm twenty," he introduced himself being a little fidgety which you understood, he was always like that when he was nervous.

"And who are you here with?" Simon spoke up for the first time since Ryan had entered the room.

Your boyfriend smiled once again. "I'm here with my parents and my girlfriend," he explained causing Simon to nod, with him looking down at his desk.

Ryan then began to sing, and as soon as you heard his voice you couldn't help but smile yourself.

You had always loved Ryan's voice, he was such a talented singer.

The admiration that you had for him didn't end, and all you wanted to do was support him endlessly because he deserved to live out his dream.

When he finished singing, you three were clapping a fair amount and the judges all had massive smiles on their faces.

"Ryan," Nicole spoke up, causing him to look to her. "I think you're a natural and you're super cute," she complimented him.

"Thank you, and I think my girlfriend would agree with you," he told her, laughing slightly, as she smiled at him.

The other two judges then spoke to him, their feedback was amazing - it being exactly to the point and Ryan deserved it so much.

As they were voting you glanced over at Dermot. "Can I go in and hug him?" you questioned, being cautious as you didn't want to do something wrong.

You wanted to see him and you didn't want to wait, but of course you weren't going to do something that was against their policies in some way.

Dermot looked over at the security, and then back at you, a smile on his face.

He nodded his head, so as soon as Simon said it was a yes you ran into the audition room.

The judges looked to you in surprise as you tackled Ryan in a hug, he was laughing whilst he wrapped his arms around you in return.

"I'm so proud of you," you told him, causing him to press a kiss to the top of your head.

You pulled away from Ryan and looked to the judges, a sheepish look on your face as you realised that you had just ran into the middle of your boyfriend's audition.

Despite that face, they all had smiles on their faces which reassured you.

Ryan's arms continued to stay around you, which was reassuring.

"I'm so sorry," you quickly apologised to them. "I just wanted to hug him as soon as I could."

"You must be his girlfriend," Nicole giggled slightly as she spoke, looking to Ryan for confirmation.

Ryan nodded, moving his arm to rest around your shoulder. "She is. She...uh...she is the reason why I came into the audition today."

Louis turned his gaze onto you. "Well thank you for convincing him to come along," he had a smile on his face as he spoke.

The two of you then left the audition space, and as soon as Ryan got into the other room he was tackled into multiple other hugs by his parents as well as Dermot.

Ryan was laughing and he pulled you into his chest. "We're gonna go celebrate Baby."
