Third Person's P.O.V :-

Taehyung woke up around nine in the morning, cradled within comfy blankets, a hand thrown over his waist area.

Taehyung looked to his left to see the sleeping face of Park Jimin, snoozing away in contentment.

He smiled softly as he carefully freed himself from the embrace and tiptoed towards the bathroom to brush his teeth.

Rocking back into the bedroom, he found Jimin still lost in his slumber, shaking his head at that predictable behavior, Taehyung walked towards the balcony and pulled away the curtains, filling the dimly lit room with sunlight.

"Jimin-ah" He called out, walking back to the bed and taking the seat where he previously slept, he shook the sleeping male.

"Jimin-ah, wake up, it's 9:30 in the morning" He said gently, brushing Jimin's hair back with his fingers.

Jimin groaned in response,"Five more minutes" He rasped out, setting himself more comfortably on the bed.

Taehyung chuckled at the antique and proceeded to trace Jimin's puffy flawless face, which seemed to glow under the sunlight.

'He looks so cute' Taehyung thought as he awed over the sleeping K-pop celebrity.

His fingers traced every curve of Jimin's face, ending up on his pillowy lips, pink and enormous without any concealer to mask the size.

'Soft...'

Without noticing Taehyung started to lean down little by little while he closed his eyes on instincts.

He started to leave small pecks along the edges of the lips until he felt hands sneaking up on his waist and head, pulling him closer as those innocent pecking gradually turned into a deep kiss.

Pulling away from the kiss, a little short on breath, Taehyung gazed down on Jimin with blushing cheeks while the other had a satisfied smirk adorning his sinfully crafted lips.

"That's a new way to wake me up that I can definitely get use to" He said in his morning raspy voice teasingly as he winked at Taehyung.

Blood rushed to Taehyung's cheeks as he looked away,"Tha-that sneak attack was a foul" He pouted.

Jimin laughed,"Oh really? And what about the surprise attack that you pulled on me?" He asked tracing Taehyung's lips which were still tinted red from kissing.

"That doesn't count as a foul?" He asked out smiling when he saw Taehyung going silent, signalling that he won this round logically.

"Fine then get ready for war" Taehyung whispered darkly making Jimin's eyes go wide.

"Wha-what?" Jimin asked out in confusion.

Taehyung didn't bother answering as he simply swung his leg over and sat down on Jimin's abdomen, leaning down a little and stopping just a few centimeters away from Jimin's face, he smiled triumphantly.

"Checkmate" He whispered before dropping down for the kiss as both of them lost themselves in a lazy morning make out session.

Rolling around on the bed, getting entangled in the blankets, they exchanged giggles and laughter as them competed against each other on a smooching contest.

That's how they spent the morning of the last day of their vacation.

"Taehyung-ah, slow down, we're not going to miss it" Jimin called out as he dragged himself within the harsh sunrays while Taehyung looked like he was having the time of his life running through humid weather.

"Hurry up, Jimin-ah! We have to secure a good seat on the beach and need to call dibs on the drinks before it's all gone as well!" Taehyung exclaimed, flailing his arms around to explain the intensity of the situation.

Jimin started to chuckle,"Taehyung it's literally an afternoon beach party not hunger games"

Taehyung frowned,"But still we need to hurry up" He whispered, his frown deepening.

Jimin mentally cooed at the adorable face Taehyung made as he jogged up to him,"Fine, let's hurry up then" He said placing his arm around Taehyung's waist.

"Hm!" Taehyung nodded enthusiastically as both of them hurried along.

Sitting on the shore, quietly observing the waves, on a lounging chair under the shade of an umbrella, Jimin wondered how peaceful and relaxing it was than his daily day to day life.

"Hey"

Jimin looked up to see Taehyung walking up to him with two drinks in his hands.

Jimin smiled stretching out his hand for the drink,"Thank you for bringing the drinks" He said while stirring the straw around in his drink.

"This is nothing compared to the things you've done for me" Taehyung said sincerely as he settled down on his lounge chair.

"You mean this trip?" Jimin asked turning to Taehyung, who was still busy admiring the sea.

"Hmm, everything to be honest, the plane seats, hotel room, sightseeing, art supplies and now this beach party" Taehyung exhaled a breath and started chuckling before turning to Jimin,"When I say I possibly can't even think about paying you back after this, I mean it"

Jimin glanced at him with as much mirth dancing in his eyes,"I mean you can always give me another lap dance" He said in a light tone before proceeding to suck the drink through the straw noisily, recreating a famous meme while Taehyung just laughed and called him pervert.

"Wait these are made of metal?" Jimin suddenly asked after gulping the drink down and eyeing the straw.

"Yeah, they're giving away reusable metal straw at the stand because plastic is harmful for marine animals" Taehyung said while taking small gulps from his drink.

"Really? Wow, love that effort" Jimin whispered while Taehyung hummed.

"You know, I think I needed this trip as much as you did"

Taehyung turned to Jimin curiously,"Why do you say that?"

"I've never went on a vacation since I debuted" Jimin confessed turning to Taehyung,"I mean the agency took me to places but they'd always shove cameras on my face, to make paid content for the fans you know?" He whispered as he started to stir his drink again.

"Must have been tiring" Taehyung whispered sympathetically.

Jimin nodded,"It was, I was never allowed to do what I pleased, everything was scripted and pre-decided, this is the first time I'm on a vacation without any cameras following me and I'm kinda glad about it" He said giving Taehyung a smile.

"So this trip is healing you as well?" Taehyung asked grinning a little after witnessing Jimin's smile.

"Yes, I'm more relaxed, stable headed, more patient and anticipating the next day instead of groaning that I have to work again, so you know? Positive effect" Jimin said chuckling a little.

"I'm glad you're enjoying this trip, you deserve it" Taehyung whispered genuinely, creating a soft bubble around the two of them.

"Tha-thank you" Jimin couldn't help but blush a little at the honest remark.

Suddenly they heard music blasting behind them.

"Oh, I think the party is starting!" Taehyung whispered perking up.

"Well, then let's go and have a blast" Jimin said as he stood up on his feet stretching his hand out for Taehyung to take.

"Let's go" Taehyung said in a soft tone, admiring Jimin with a tender gaze as he took the hand and got up.

They ran hand in hand along the beach till they reached the dance floor.

Dancing till the DJ ran out of tracks to play, both Jimin and Taehyung found themselves on either side of the floor, making direct eye contact with each other.

Without any notice, Jimin saw Taehyung running up to him.

It took him sometime until he finally realized that Taehyung was about to jump into his arms, he opened his arms wide for Taehyung, preparing himself just in the nick of time as Taehyung jumped and clung to Jimin like a koala.

Both of them laugh as the dance floor hooted for them, that jump was definitely the highlight of the party.

Everyone was now leaving to go play in the sea while Jimin lingered behind thanking the DJ for the awesome party.

Both of them shook hands as Jimin turn to call Taehyung so that both of them can finally get down on the sea.

Except Taehyung was no where in sight.

The smile left Jimin's face almost immediately,"Taehyung?!" He called out rushing down the shore.

He ran along the sidelines hoping to find Taehyung somewhere but just came across failure.

Coming to a sudden stop, he huffed and pulled out his phone, calling Taehyung, hoping and praying he'd pick up.

"Hello?"

Jimin's eyes widened,"Taehyung?! Where are you?!" He asked while panicking into the phone.

"Oh, you're done already? Damn, I thought I'd be able to come back with the stew kimchi jjigae before that and surprise you"

Jimin heard Taehyung say as relief flooded through his vain,"Oh God, you scared me so much" He whispered as he closed his eyes thankfully and sighed deeply.

"Haha, they're almost done, I'm just across the street, you wait there, I'll be down in a few minutes...hello? .....Jimin? Are you there?"

Jimin didn't bother answering Taehyung anymore as he was already racing up to that specific restaurant where he knew they sold jjigae.

By the time Jimin reached the store, Taehyung was still mumbling into the phone in confusion.

"Oi!" Jimin yelled as he bent down and huffed.

"Oh my God, you ran up to here?!" Taehyung asked in shock as he hung up on the phone.

"Sir, your orders are ready" An old lady said gaining his attention.

"Ah, yes thank you" Taehyung said as he grabbed the take outs and turned towards Jimin again,"Look! I got the foo-"

But before Taehyung could spell out another word Jimin had already engulfed him into a tight hug.

"You absolute idiot! You made me so worried! Don't ever pull these kinds of things on me again!" Jimin scolded Taehyung in a worried tone.

Taehyung was overwhelmed by that gesture, never in his life, had anyone scolded him for leaving without letting them know.

To see Jimin worrying over him after he simply disappeared for a few minutes, made him feel, safe and emotional within Jimin's arms.

"So-sorry" Taehyung whispered, still a bit overwhelmed.

Jimin just huffed and puffed as he tightened his embrace.

He had already lost Taehyung once after letting him out of his sight, he can't afford the same mistakes to repeat themselves again.

"It's ok, just let me know from next time, okay?" Jimin said soberly to which Taehyung just simply nodded, not knowing what else he was supposed to do.

They ate the take outs and spent the rest of the afternoon playing in the sea.

After exhausting themselves by playing in the water, they went back into resting on their lounging chairs.

They spent a few moments in silence until Taehyung finally conjured up the courage to place his hand over Jimin's.

"Taehyung?" Jimin asked almost immediately after he felt Taehyung's hand.

Taehyung blushed a little and looked down on the sand,"Ki-kiss...?"

Jimin started chuckling,"Oh? French or normal?" He teased, unfortunately Taehyung didn't get that.

"Huh? I-I didn't ask for fries" He whispered cluelessly sending Jimin on a severe giggling hazard.

"I-" Jimin laughed again,"I wasn't talking about fries either" He whispered brushing his fingers against Taehyung's knuckles affectionately.

"Then?" Taehyung asked.

Jimin chuckled at the innocent question,"Tongue or no tongue in the kiss?"

Taehyung blushed once again as he mentally smacked himself for not getting the reference.

"Tongue.."

Jimin giggled more seeing Taehyung's tight expression,"Alright, come here, baby" He said as Taehyung slowly leaned forward.

And in front of bright waves, bodies wet with salt water and sand, they kissed to remember the moment forever.

"Flight at 7:30 pm today?" Taehyung asked Jimin softly, as both of them, now clad in dry clothes, sat over the sand cross legged, once again observing the waves.

Jimin smirked and turned to Taehyung,"Don't wanna go back?" He asked playfully.

Taehyung smiled,"If it means being here with you then maybe...yes?" He whispered the last past cheekily.

Jimin chuckled,"You want both of us to become beggers soon, huh?" He teased making Taehyung flustered.

"I didn't say that!" Taehyung shouted and pouted,"But this time that I spent here with you" Taehyung started and stared at Jimin's eyes,"Were the most beautiful moments in my life" He admitted.

Jimin gently grabbed Taehyung's hand while looking at him adoringly,"Mine too" He whispered.

"Wanna take a picture with me, Mr. Celebrity?" Taehyung grinned as he held up his phone.

Jimin's eyes widened at that particular request.

"If you open his gallery to this day, you'll still find three entire folders dedicated to me"

"But I don't think he has taken any pictures with you yet"

"I really don't think he's serious about you"

"Un, ye-yeah, sure, why not?" Jimin said in a rush after he realized that Taehyung was still waiting for an answer.

Taehyung sighed,"That's more like it, you were thinking for so long, I actually thought you're about to decline me" He said and laughed making Jimin smile.

Taehyung booted his phone up and there was Jimin on Taehyung's lockscreen.

"Wait, when did you take that picture?" Jimin asked as the picture on the lockscreen was of him sleeping peacefully in the hotel room.

"This one? Took it just this morning" Taehyung replied as he slide open the phone and went to camera.

Both of them posed for the pictures as Taehyung took multiple of them.

"You think this one's the best among them?" Taehyung asked as he scrolled through his camera roll, showing Jimin the pictures.

"Hmm, yeah, this one is the best" Jimin whispered while resting his chin on Taehyung's right shoulder, looking down on the phone screen.

"Ok, then" Taehyung said as he quickly set that picture on his homescreen.

"You put that on your homescreen?" Jimin asked softly as his arms came to encircle themselves around Taehyung's waist.

"Yeah, only important people get to stay there" Taehyung said proudly showing the homescreen to Jimin.

"So I'm important, huh?" Jimin asked grinning up at Taehyung, his eyes turning into twinkling crescents.

"Of course, you are, that's why I wanna capture these memories with you" Taehyung whispered as he turned and gave Jimin a light kiss on the template,"So that I can look at it later whenever I feel like it and recall this moment"

Jimin felt butterflies in his belly as he nuzzled his nose in crook of Taehyung's neck making Taehyung chuckle.

"Wait, are you blushing? Why?" He laughed.

At this rate Jimin could literally feel the blood rushing up to his cheeks.

"If you continue saying those kinds of things I'd force you to marry me right here and right now..." Jimin whispered in a small voice from Taehyung's neck.

Taehyung smiled at the small remark and looked up at the bright sea while he put his hands over Jimin's, encircling his waist.

'I wouldn't mind that.' He thought childishly but didn't voice it out.

"Really? A magical fountain that's believed to fulfill wishes? A thing like that really exists?" Taehyung asked Jimin inquisitively.

Jimin chortled in his seat as he observed Taehyung's astonished face,"I don't know, Tae, it is believed but I really don't know if it functions or not" He said gleefully.

"I can't wait! Mr. Driver? How long till we reach there?" Taehyung asked the driver with an unintentional pout.

"Cute" Jimin whispered under his breath as he pinched Taehyung's cheeks softly.

"15 minutes max, sir" The driver responded.

15 minutes later, they finally step out of the car to walk to their final destination before heading back to the airport.

It was around 6 in the evening, the fountain was situated in the center of the intersection, creating a huge roundabout around it while it was beautifully lit up by colourful lights.

Taehyung exhaled a breath in awe,"It's beautiful" He exclaimed dreamily.

Jimin pats his shoulders gaining his attention,"Look, there's a board explaining the myth" He said pointing towards board attached to the fountain.

Both of them walk towards it to read the instructions.

"It is a magical fountain where it's believed that it fulfills your dreams and wishes if you throw in a coin with pure intentions." Taehyung read the line written in the board out loudly and turned to Jimin who was already smiling up at him.

"Wanna buy some fountain friendly coins to throw in with pure intentions?" He asked while pointing towards a small store in the back, selling 'fountain friendly' coins.

Taehyung rose a brow,"Fountain friendly coins?" He asked doubtfully.

"Yeah, those are scientifically crafted by the authority so that it can be thrown into the water and wouldn't get involved into an unnecessary reaction, harming the foundation in the process" Jimin explained what he read over the internet to Taehyung.

"Ok then let's go buy some fountain friendly coins" Taehyung said looking at the store.

"Alright" Jimin said as both of them strolled towards the store to purchase some coins.

Now, standing in front of the fountain with coins in both of their hands, they thought about what they wanted to wish for.

"Ok, I've decided" Taehyung said with determination, turning to face Jimin.

"Remember pure intentions, Tae" Jimin said playfully as Taehyung rolled his eyes.

"I'm not a pervert like you" Taehyung muttered under his breath.

"I heard that!" Jimin yelled doubling over to laugh.

"So?! That's literally one of your character traits!" Taehyung yelled, a grin occupying his lips.

When Jimin got over from his little laughing session, he looked at the beautiful sight in front of his in the form of Kim Taehyung and became thankful.

Taehyung was his serendipity, the one he loved since childhood and wanted to have with him all the time.

Unfortunately Taehyung was an independent person and Jimin couldn't just keep him tied down to himself.

‌He thought if fate brought them together, it'd keep them together as well otherwise it's not meant to be.

Taehyung wasn't an object, he was never Jimin's to call him, his in the past and even in the future there's no possibility, it's all Taehyung's will but for that moment he had Taehyung and he'd do anything in his power to make the best of the time they spent together.

So that he wouldn't regret it if Taehyung decided to leave him in the near future somehow.

It pained Jimin a bit to think about that scenario but he wasn't God, he couldn't control the future.

With a bittersweet smile, Jimin steps closer to Taehyung and softly brushed some locks of hair behind his ear, gaining his attention.

"Jimin...?" Taehyung asked out in confusion as he observed the sad look on Jimin while the most sincerest smile occupied his lips.

"I've decided what I want as well, let's throw these in, hmm?" Jimin whispered rubbing his thumb across Taehyung's right cheek.

"Alright I'm going first!" Taehyung said as he quickly closed his eyes, clutching the coin in his left fist while Jimin watched him fondly.

"I wish Jimin would be able to go on vacations like these more and unwind as much as he needs without having to worry about being a K-pop celebrity" Taehyung finished whispering as he opened his eyes and threw the coin in the fountain.

Jimin could feel his stomach flipping over multiple times as he considered how thoughtful and sincere that wish was.

Taehyung wasted his coin for Jimin's wellbeing.

And that alone meant a lot to him.

"Your turn" Taehyung said proudly, turning towards Jimin only to see tears gathering in the idol's eyes.

"Jimin?!" Taehyung shrieked as he cupped Jimin's face,"Wh-why are you crying?! Are you alright?!"

Jimin was breathless as he took a hold of Taehyung's wrists and looked up at him,"I love you" He confessed with teary eyes stunning Taehyung to the core.

Glancing at the fountain one last time Jimin fisted his coin and whispered out his wish.

"I wish Taehyung stays healthy and happy forever and archives his dream of becoming a sensational celebrity" Jimin kissed the coin and gracefully threw the coin in.

"Ji-Jimin I-" Taehyung shuttered, unable to form words in order to reply over the incidents that just took place.

Jimin wiped away his wet eyes as he flashed a bright smile,"Let's go, Taehyung, it's almost time to head for the airport, babe" Jimin said softly leading Taehyung towards the car by the waist while the later silently followed.

"Our vacation finally came to an end, huh?" Jimin whispered yearningly as he stared up at the hotel they've been staying at until now.

"Yes, I'm gonna miss this place" Taehyung said who just finished dragging his trolley up to the car.

Jimin smiled at Taehyung's words as his fingers found their ways into Taehyung's head, pulling him close through one gentle pull.

"Me too" He said placing a soft peck on Taehyung's forehead,"Let's go" He whispered as his other hand pulled the car door open for Taehyung.

"Yes" Taehyung blushed and hurried inside while Jimin slowly followed with a satisfied smirk on his face.

The sun was slowly setting down under the sea while the car drove Jimin and Taehyung to the airport.

It seemed like Taehyung had been really tired as he was fast asleep, snoozing away within Jimin's arms while his head rested on Jimin's chest.

Jimin wished he could keep Taehyung with himself forever, safe, within his arms, just like this.

‌He recalled the emotions he felt while making that wish to the fountain.

At that moment, he thought that even if there's no possibility that Taehyung would stay with him in the future, he'd still love Taehyung till the day he'd die and if he can't be with Taehyung them he wouldn't be with anyone else.

‌He looked out of the car window as the sun was setting giving an orange aura to the world.

‌Jimin watched in contentment, sitting comfortably in his seat, his lover within his arms, the seagulls that flew over the sea, ‌free and anticipating life just like every other human.

‌He looked down at Taehyung affectionately before placing a tender kiss on his head and taking a rest himself until the car finally stopped at the airport.

It takes an hour and ten minutes for them to get back to Seoul.

‌They're both sat in the back seat of the car, a little jet lagged from the journey.

While driving through side of the Han River, they heard noises outside as Taehyung slowly peeped out of the window to see what the occasion was.

There were fireworks going on over the river.

"Fireworks!" Taehyung exclaimed in a hushed voice trying not to disturb Jimin, who, he thought, was trying to sleep.

"You wanna go down on the bank?"

Taehyung turned back to see Jimin looking at him with a knowing smile on his face.

"No, you must be tired, I don't-"

"I'm not, trust me, I've been through worse jet lags than this, so, wanna go down?" Jimin said, convincing Taehyung that he was alright.

"I-ye-yes, sure" Taehyung shuttered back, kinda in shock, not sure whether Jimin was always this considerate or was he a special case.

"Let's get down then" Jimin said as he turned to their driver,"Tim? Can you please stop in the sideline somewhere? We wanna get down on the bank" He requested his trusty driver.

"Of course" Tim replied within instances.

Unfortunately when they finally reached the bank, they found that the event was happening on the other side of the river.

"It's on the other side..." Taehyung whispered in a small voice, trying to hide the disappointment in his voice but failing at doing so.

Jimin gently grabbed his shoulder and squeezed it,"I can take you to the other side, if you want it, it'd only take a half an hour extra" He said with concern shining in his eyes, wanting to end their vacation on a happy note at any cost.

"Nah, it's okay, the fireworks stopped anyways, the event's probably over, we should head back" Taehyung said, glancing towards Jimin,"And you might say you've had worse but that doesn't make it any less tiring, come on, let's head home" He said as he intertwined their fingers in a gentle hold, tugging Jimin towards the way, they came from.

However Jimin didn't move.

He didn't know how to feel at the way Taehyung so effortlessly called Jimin's lifeless villa, their home. Their home.

"I-I don't wanna leave yet" Jimin stated in a rush.

"Huh? Why? The event is over and it's dark and empty in here" Taehyung said in confusion as to why Jimin wanted to stay there.

Jimin looked down at his feet before exhaling a deep breath and going down on his one knee.

"May I ask you on a dance under the moonlight?" He softly whispered looking up at Taehyung earnestly.

"Wha-what..? Bu-but there's n-no music..?" Taehyung breathed out swamped by emotions he couldn't name in that moment.

"I'll handle it" Jimin replied immediately showing off his phone.

Taehyung gulped the dry lump in his throat,"Su-sure"

Jimin smiled as he slowly got up from his kneeling position,"Will you take off your shoes if I ask you to?" He asked playfully.

"I-I mean I'm not really fond of shoes but right now that seems like a weird request but yes, I will..." Taehyung said, searching in Jimin's eyes for answers.

"Please take off your shoes" Jimin request as he proceeded to kick his own ones off.

Now standing under the moonlight, Jimin put on a song he liked and pocketed his phone.

In a swift move, Jimin pulled Taehyung close, making their chests slam against each other while his one arms sneaked on Taehyung's waist and the other held his hand high in the air.

Taehyung automatically put his hand on Jimin's shoulder, knowing how this classic cliche dance worked.

The music started.

"I found a love for me
Darling just dive right in
And follow my lead~" Jimin started to sing along with the song making Taehyung's eyes go wide as he recognized the song.

"Well I found a boy beautiful and sweet,
I never knew you were the someone waiting for me~" Jimin continued modifying the song's pronouns a little bit.

"'Cause we were just kids when we fell in love~
Not knowing what it was~
I will not give you up this time~
Darling, just kiss me slow, your heart is all I own~
And in your eyes you're holding mine~

Dancing in the dark with you between my arms~
Barefoot on the grass, listening to our favorite song.
When you said you looked a mess, I whispered underneath my breath

Darling, you look perfect tonight~" Jimin sang as both of them rocked back and forth with the soothing rhythm.

Tears were brimming in Taehyung's eyes as he observed the affection and happiness in Jimin's eyes while he sang.

"Well I found a man, stronger than anyone I know~
He shares my dreams, I hope that someday I'll share his home~
I found a love, to carry more than just my secrets~
To carry love, to carry puppies of our own~" Jimin sang, his modified words overlapping with the actual song making Taehyung chuckle with tears in his eyes.

"We are still kids, but we're so in love~
Fighting against all odds~
I know we'll be alright this time~
Darling, just hold my hand~
Be my boy, I'll be your man~
I see my future in your eyes~
Baby, I'm-
Dancing in the dark, with you between my arms~
Barefoot on the grass, listening to our favorite song~
When I saw you in that dress, looking so beautiful-
I don't deserve this, darling, you look perfect tonight~" Jimin continued to serenade while Taehyung finally rested his head on Jimin's shoulder, deciding that this was his favorite moment of life.

When the third chorus hit, Taehyung decided that'd he'd sing along with Jimin.

" Baby, I'm dancing in the dark~
With you between my arms~
Barefoot on the grass~
Listening to our favorite song~
I have faith in what I see~
Now I know I have met an angel~
In person~
And he looks perfect~" They both sang with their entire hearts, the voices molding into a beautiful combination.

Taehyung suddenly put his index finger on Jimin's lips, stopping him from singing any further while he sang the last two lines.

"I don't deserve this
You look perfect tonight" Taehyung connected their lips in a passionate liplock just as he finished, Jimin being more than happy to go with the flow.

Suddenly the fireworks started to happen again.

‌"I thought it was over" Taehyung whispered breathlessly after pulling away from an equally breathlessly Jimin as he looked up at the colourfully lit up sky.

‌"With you, it's never over, always the beginning, Tae" Jimin said assuringly as he intertwined their fingers together, giving Taehyung a kind smile.
