A trailer for season 2 of the Mandalorian just dropped, promising the return of your favorite characters, and new villains. There's exploding planets, space wars, and of course, MORE WITTLE BABY YODA! 

Battlefront 2 has officially dropping the last of its content after 2 years of its first release. New skins, new maps, and new Star Wars for players to enjoy. And how bout that SNL reference! Keen users will spot an easter egg for Adam Driver's beloved SNL character, Matt the Radar technician.

Acclaimed fan favorite Star Wars: the Clone Wars is wrapping up its 7 season run this Star Wars day (May 4th). The series is set between episodes II and III of the prequels, following the adventures of Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan, and friends.

In marvel news, just last week marked the one year anniversary of the epic global phenomenon that was Avengers: Endgame. The creators the Russo brothers held a watch party, with special guest Robert Downey Jr.! The team behind the movie answered fan questions on twitter. Here's what some of them had to say:

In non-MCU news, a trailer dropped for Venom 2, revealing the movie's title: Venom: Let There Be Carnage. Along with it, Venom Star Tom Hardy posted an image of Venom biting into... SPIDER-MAN! Perhaps we can expect to see some Spider-Man activity in Venom 2??

Speaking of Spider-Man, Marvel's Daredevil title Star Charlie Cox revealed what we can expect in context of a Daredevil appearance in Marvel/Sony's 3rd Spider-Man film. Fan favorite Charlie says that while he would LOVE the opportunity, the studio has NOT reached out for any deals. 😭(we still have fingers crossed!)

Out of animation, into live action! Your favorite son of Zeus is back! Disney has announced a live action remake for Hercules, headed by the team that brought you the Avengers: the Russo brothers! Casting is underway, but we will accept NO ONE but the legend Danny DeVito to play the exasperated Phil! Who do YOU want to see as Hercules?

Next stop, Paris! Just like poor Quazimodo, a live action of The Hunchback of Notre Dame has taken a backseat in the shadows of more popular films, who have been halted thanks to COVID-19.

Thank you Cory! Sad news from Bollywood, who lost two iconic actors over the span of 24 hours. Both Rishi Kapoor and Irrfan Khan passed away from cancers. 

Rishi Kapoor belonged to the famous Kapoor family, and is known for his classic favorite movies and songs. Irrfan Khan was known for his untraditional roles, and the actor also crossed over into Hollywood, most recently in Jurassic World. Both Kapoor and Khan co-starred in 2013's bollywood film D-day.

In happier desi news, Netflix's series featuring an Indian American family 'Never have I ever' opened to a 100% score on Rotten Tomatoes. Fan reception, however, is not that welcoming, inciting memes.

Also memeworthy are K-pop group Blackpink member Lisa's sexy legs. Fans have taken to editing Lisa's legs onto the top halves of other famous individuals. Here are some popular memes below:

speaking of K-pop, I'm your host, Sage WriterSaige bringing you news from the music world. 

One Direction is coming up on their 10 year anniversary! Reunion tags are trending on social media and while the band handle has NOT officially released a statement, member Liam Payne told The Sun that him and fellow members have been virtually meeting up often to discuss any plans. 

Another fan favorite band Big Time Rush recently had a virtual reunion to say high to fans. They expressed solidarity and asked fans to adhere to quarantine rules.

In more One Direction news, former member Zayn Malik is confirmed to be having a baby with long time on/off girlfriend Gigi Hadid. Social media and fans have already declared the Malik-Hadid baby to be the most beautiful baby in the world!

Looks like we're getting a whole new generation of pop stars, with Katy Perry and Joe Jonas also having babies with their respective spouses.

Hello readers, this is Alisha bringing you television news. Everyone's favorite anchor Anderson Cooper just revealed the birth of his son! Wyatt Morgan Cooper was born via surrogate this last Monday. 

Fan favorite tv couple Amy and Jake from Brooklyn-99 are also proud parents to a baby boy. Of course, the chaos that is the 99th precinct delayed Jake, but the first time father made it just in time. The couple named the baby Mac after Jake's favorite Die Hard hero!
