Memories
Christy
" Ugh.." I gave a soft groan as I slowly regained consciousness.
" Oh.. you're awake.." I heard footsteps approach as Vix's voice spoke softly. I opened my eyes, blinking as I adjusted to the light.
" V-Vix..?" I mumbled, watching her.
" You alright..?" she asked, worriedly. Her dark brown eyes held hints of crimson in them.
" W-what happened..?" I asked, sitting up, wincing as I felt a headache hit.
" Stay down, Christy.." Vix gently nudged back down, " You're still recovering.. it's not a good idea to sit up right now.." I let her push me back down onto the bed. She sat down next to me, her eyes shimmered faintly with concern yet with relief, " You didn't tell me you were part Kitsune.."
" Trust me.." I sighed, my eyes still on her. I blinked, in hopes of clearing away the on coming headache, trying to keep it at bay. " If I knew, I would have told you." I hissed slightly as the headache didn't stop. I heard a voice speak from the other side of the bed before a sense of warmth washed over me. The headache receded back, almost vanishing.
" So.. what was that all about?" the voice asked, edged with curiosity.
" It.. to be honest, I'm not sure myself.." I responded softly, my eyes strayed over to the owner of the voice. A boy with emerald eyes and white horns. His brown hair swayed as he watched me. A feather earring hung from his right ear, swaying as his white ear twitched.
" I see.. do you remember anything that happened?" he asked.
" No.." I trailed off, " all I remember is passing out.."
" Winter.. I don't think now is a good time to be asking questions. Christy needs to rest." Vix butted in, her dark brown gaze set on Winter, " We can ask questions later."
" Or we could just ask Jewel here to help us." a voice spoke calmly from the doorway. Vienna stood there, a young girl behind her. Her eyes flickered as she walked over. " Well?"
" Guess that works.." Vix shrugged.
" Hm.." Winter looked away, considering the possibility.
" W-wouldn't Christy have to be a-asleep for that..?" the girl asked, causing me to tense.
" Stay still.." Winter growled as he walked over to my side. " You're going to ruin the spell.."
" Winter.. don't even think about it.." Vix's voice was edged with protectiveness and anger.
" P-Pierre.. please.." Jewel spoke up nervously, " I'd like to take over from here.." she pattered forward, her crystal blue eyes shimmered faintly in the moonlight, lighting up with a flickering flame. I instinctively started to shift away.
" Don't worry.. I won't hurt you.." Jewel's voice spoke sweetly, prompting me to stop. Her crystal blue eyes locked with mine as she stopped by the bedside. I felt her hand touch my temple, lightly and gently. " This'll only take a couple of minutes.." those were the last words I heard before the world blurred and faded to darkness.
Jewel
I closed my eyes as I felt Christy relax, falling onto her side.
" Here we go.." I muttered as I felt a warm breeze blow by me. When I reopened my eyes, I saw a scene fade into view.
" W-wait!" Christy's voice shouted behind me as a girl, no older than 12, ran literally right through me, followed close behind by Christy. The girl continued to run, a small book in her hands. " S-stop!" Christy yelled, running after her. The girl gave a laugh, glancing back at Christy.
" You'll never catch me, Christy!!" the girl yelled as she continued to run.
" Please!" Christy panted, slowing down. She continued to breath heavily as she stumbled after the girl, " C-Crystal! I-I need that!"
" What this?" the girl, Crystal turned around, holding the book in her hands, " Why? It's not like your life depended on it.."
" Please.." Christy wheezed, slowing to a stop, " I-it's really important to me.." she reached out for the book only for Crystal to dance out of the way with a laugh. The book shimmered in the sunlight.
" You're going to have to catch me first!" the girl continued to dance around, taunting Christie. Christy gave a cough, still breathing heavily.
" P-please.. I-" she rasped, cut off by a cough as she continued to speak. She stumbled to the side, falling to her knees.
" Huh? Christy..?" Crystal stopped, her eyes growing wide as Christy fell to the ground. " What's wrong?!" she scrambled over to her, starting to shake her. " HELP!! MISS!!" Crystal's screams yelled as a teacher walked by. The scene faded as the teacher ran over.

" Will she be alright..?" a new voice asked as a new scene faded into view. A girl stood in front of a room in what looked like a hospital alongside a boy. Her black hair swayed as he nervously ran his hand through it, dark brown eyes shimmering with worry.
" She's still unconscious right now.." the doctor responded, " but she's stabilized..." he pulled the door to the room, walking inside. The boy followed after him. The girl brushed past the doctor.
" Christy.." the girl whispered, her eyes watched the unconscious girl on the bed.
" Why..? Who did this..?" the boy walked over, his eyes darkened with sadness. The girl shook her head, unsure.
" Um.. excuse me..?" a voice spoke quietly from the doorway. A girl around 12 stood there, her hazel eyes clouded with grief, " I'm here to see Christy.."
" For what?" the boy lashed out. His eyes flashed with anger. The girl glared at the other girl.
' she kind of looks like Night..' I thought, watching the two kids welcome the girl with hostility.
" J-just here to see her.." the girl whispered softly, " and.. can I do it alone..?" I opened my mouth to say something before a kid, possibly 12 or 13, walked out behind the girl. In his hand he held a leather book
" Hey listen, I know you don't want to leave her side, she's probably important to you. However, could you just let my sister see her for just a second? It won't take long. I'm sure of it." the boy spoke calmly, his dark emerald eyes flickered. I bit back a retort as the doctor guided the girl and boy out of the room. He shut it behind the pair.
" Listen.. I'm sure they mean no harm." the doctor attempted to comfort them. I walked forward, past the doctor and boy and through the door.
" I'm sorry Christy.." as I walked in, I heard the voice of the girl, sounding broken hearted and full of guilt, " this is my fault!" The boy stood beside the girl, one of his arms over her shoulders.
" Crystal, it was an accident. No one could have known.." the boy whispered.
' he kind of looks like Winter..' I thought, watching the boy, ' both from the way he acts and in his appearance..'
".. b-but still.." Crystal whimpered, her eyes casted on the ground.
" Leave what we came to give back, we need to finish homework.." the boy gave a gentle nudge, " Come on." Crystal reluctantly pulled out the book from her bag, putting it down on the table next to Christy's bed.
" Please wake up soon, Christy.." she whispered as the boy guided her out of the room. She glanced back at Christy as she left. The scene faded to black again for the second time.
" Christy.. wake up.. please.." the girl from before pleaded softly, standing by Christy's bed. The calendar in the room showed that a day has passed.
' Christy's been out for a day..' I thought, watching the interaction. Christy shifted slightly as the girl placed something in her hand. The fox pendent shimmered as she closed her hand around it. The amber jewel that were its eyes glowed. " Get well.." he whispered with a sad smile, " May the fox give you strength.." she turned to leave, " May you find the strength to wake up.." she turned to walk out of the room. As she passed by me, her eyes flickered with a hint of crimson. The door shut behind her as she left.
