A Christmas song played in the background as everyone was busy with the Christmas preparations.

"Have you brought the lights I'd asked for Tae?" Jimin yelled from the top holding the star in place.

"Yes my love, please take care when you're on the ladder" Taehyung yelled back holding the string of lights to stick on the walls above.

"Kookie have you prepared the cookies I told you yesterday" Jimin yelled out fixing the star on top of the Christmas tree and climbing down the ladder.

"Mmmphh hmph ungh" Jungkook mumbled with his mouth full of sweet goodies.

"DON'T TELL ME YOU ATE THEM ALL LIKE THE LAST TIME" Jimin scolded the younger who hung his head in shame.

"Sorry hyung, it's too tasty to resist" he said eyeing for another cookie as Jimin hit his hand.

"You're not getting any more cookies today" Jimin glared as Jungkook retreated his hand. "Yoongi hyung please bring the mistletoe and Taehyung please hang it above the main door" his smiled reaching the eyes as Taehyung went towards the door.

"Done babe!" Taehyung smiled, but it had a mischievous hint.

"Great now we need gifts" Jimin turned around to spot Hoseok holding a bag full of gifts. "Hyung you're the best" Jimin smiled widely but stopped unable to spot the other two.

"Heyy where's Jin hyung and Namjoon hyung" Jimin wondered going towards Taehyung who held his arms open for him, engulfing him into a big bear hug.

"Mostly making out in their room upstairs" Taehyung smirked watching Jimin gasp. "And it's our turn now, love" he gripped his chin as Jimin looked into his eyes with confusion. All his queries were answered when he looked up, they were under the mistletoe.

"You're taking advantage of mmmph" before Jimin could complete his sentence Taehyung pulled him for a kiss, leaving him breathless.

"Get a room you two" Yoongi grumbled taking a seat besides Hoseok watching the couple in love as Jungkook giggled in one corner.

"Tae you're too much" Jimin mumbled covering his face which went red.

"I can't seem to hold back when it comes to you my love" he smiled kissing his cheeks which went beet red. Jimin hit his chest as they both burst into fits of laughter.

"Should we continue the work?" Jin said in a monotonous voice watching Jimin and Tae acting all mushy.

"We were waiting for your humble arrival hyung!" All yelled together watching Jin stumble under their glares.

"Umm I was looking out for a recipe for tonight" Jin mumbled feeling small under their gazes.

"It would be too sweet for our taste hyung" Jungkook snikered watching Namjoon coming out of the room and joining Jin downstairs. His hair standing on all directions and a bit out of breathe.

"Shut up Kook! I'm going into the kitchen now and Namjoon please sit down quietly and don't you dare break anything" Jin glared at Namjoon who nodded without much thought as he took a seat besides Yoongi who patted his back in return while shaking his head.

"So let's choose a movie to watch tonight" Jimin suggested tuning into Netflix as everyone nodded in unison.

"How about The Boss Baby: Christmas Bonus?" Jimin squealed pointing at the movie on display. All chuckled with a nod knowing how much he loved The Boss Baby.

"New set of ginger bread cookies are done, please dig in" Jin yelled holding a tray filled with the tempting sweet goodies.

Everyone ran towards the table where Jin placed the tray and the very next moment no one could spot any trace of the existence of the cookies. They vanished in thin air! Everyone went to their places content with their tummies filled.

"Baby Ted looks so adorable" Jimin chuckled as the baby tumbled into the sack of gifts.

"Not more than you" Taehyung smiled cuddling with Jimin under a red colored blanket.

"These guys are too much" Jin gagged looking at Jungkook who smirked.

"As if you both don't make us barf" Jungkook scoffed looking at the couple who were acting as if they weren't making out a while back upstairs, now peacefully sitting under the pink blanket.

"Get yourself a girlfriend or boyfriend if you're so jealous of us" Jin spat as all laughed along.

"Whatever" Jungkook ignored them focusing the movie.

"Don't trouble my poor lil bro, come here sit with us" Jimin called him raising the blanket which would be enough for the three of them.

"Thanks hyung" Jungkook smiled throwing aside his blanket to jump and take a place besides Jimin who was now between him and Taehyung who sat unbothered with his arm around Jimin's shoulder.

"You spoil him too much Jimin_ah" Yoongi shook his head while laying on the sofa with his purple blanket.

"Let them be" Hobi smiled sitting by Yoongi's legs on the sofa.

Bang bang bang

Everyone flinched hearing the loud banging sounds coming from the door. Who would be at the door when the clock is to struck midnight any moment. The guys weren't expecting anyone tonight as they enjoyed each other's company waiting for Christmas.

"Who could be there?" Jimin whispered making Taehyung shrug.

"No idea hun" Taehyung replied holding Jimin's hand which turned ice cold with fear.

"Don't worry, it could be James" Hobi added unsure of his statement.

"Let's open the door and not sit here for it to burst open on its own" Jungkook suggested as everyone slowly got up from their seats trudging towards the door not knowing what awaits for them.

Taehyung took a step ahead to open the door. Everyone sighed a heave of relief spotting James standing there shivering in the snow.

"Why would you guys take so much time to open the f**cking door. It's freezing out here" James yelled holding bags filled with Christmas goodies entering the door.

"Sorry, we weren't expecting anyone so" Jimin felt sorry for him.

"Weren't you going to your hometown to meet your elder brother?" Jungkook queried making others confused.

"I missed the train and later on they cancelled the others due to heavy snowfall" James mumbled through the scarf around his neck.

"Let it be, you can join us" Hobi smiled pulling him towards the place where all sat watching the movie.

"I'm sorry for troubling you all" James looked down scratching his neck.

"It's okay" Jimin patted his shoulder.

"Now let's finish the movie" Yoongi whined.

"As if you weren't sleeping through it" Jungkook scoffed only to get smacked on the head by the elder.

"Just ten seconds left for the clock to strike midnight" Jin yelled gaining everyone's attention.

All did the countdown and wished each other Merry Christmas.

"Let's cut the cake" Taehyung yelled.

Everyone ran towards the dining area as James brought a huge cake filled with Christmas themed decorations.

"I thought of bringing something for all and ended up buying this" James smiled scratching his neck.

"That's really sweet of you James" Jimin smiled pulling him into his embrace as all joined him.

"I want cake" Jungkook yelled making others chuckle.

Everyone gathered around the cake with Jimin holding the knife as all joined holding his hand while he cut the cake. All shared moments of joy with each other, enjoying the wonderful night with the cake.

"Let's go back to the movie then" Taehyung suggested.

"I'll join James" Jungkook mumbled surprising everyone.

"As you wish bro" Jimin smiled taking Taehyung along with him.

"Something's up with Kook" Taehyung smirked watching Jungkook holding James hand and dragging him along to sit behind where he sat a while back alone with his blanket.

"Let him be" Jimin winked.

"We needed this" Taehyung smiled admiring Jimin's side profile.

"I know" Jimin cuddled closer with Taehyung.

"I love you" Taehyung smiled pecking his lips.

"Love you too" Jimin smiled through the kiss.

A while later everyone went quiet, low snores could be heard as the night turned colder with everyone snuggling besides their loved ones. It was one of the best Christmas of their lives.
