Happy 10th chapter ;)

Ethan's POV

"What are you doing here?" Angelin rolled her eyes.

"Thank you" I blurted out immediately.

She looked at me with amusement and then let out a low breath.
"I have told you this before. Things are complicated for her."

Angelin has told me this many times but she refuses to tell me why. I was afraid that I had hurt her and will hurt Ida by being close to her. Atleast that's what I think but Angelin does not agree to what I say.

"Tell me why? Please" I beg "I want to know"

"I have no right to tell you anything. Especially with the fact that I don't know how right I am" she shuts her eyes tight in regret.

I walk across the room towards her and gently place my hands on either side of her shoulder. My worried expression made it evident and she slightly nodded "I'll let you know if I find out anything."

Nodding my head at her gratefully. I found my way out. With decency this time.

"Oh!" Angelin's mother exclaimed at my presence on the other side of the door. "hello dear" I came to face with her father who was holding a huge bag filled with fresh vegetables"Have dinner with us"

"Hello uncle and aunt. Thank you but I was just heading home" I smile back.

"Come here sometime for food" Angelin's mother gives a charming smile altogether and heads inside the house while I give a decent smile to her father and overtake him. Something caught me off track here. From the corner of my eye I catch a glimpse of a spooky expression on his face and when I turn back to re-assure that it was just an illusion the door was closed shut.

Ida's POV

"Holla! I'm ready for the test" I say happily. Angelin and I have been sitting in the cafeteria, hogging and studing at the same time.

This was our last exam before winter break. Then there was prom in February. But that's too far off to think about.

I watch Aiden and Ethan make their way along with the other guys. I quickly shift my attention to the book when Ethan catches me checking him out.

What am I supposed to do? He looks sexy and I admit it. I admit I am attracted to him.

My gaze does not remain long on the book and I look at him looking at me and walking towards our table.
He collides into some people on his way.

Make that 'some girls'

Yes some girls. Which could have been avoided. But who will be foolish enough  to do that?

Those he collides into batt their eyelashes at him. But his eyes are on me. And only on me.

Out of nowhere Jack, from my class. Hits into Ethan causing him to stumble backward.

"Woh woh! Sorry dude" Ethan being the first one to break eye contact apologises to Jack.

I unwillingly move my sight towards Jack. But my stomach did not know what was coming.

Jack was batting his eyelashes at Ethan!

I laughed my ass out at that. My stomach hurts so much now. I had to stop laughing or maybe I would die.

"What's up with Jack" he sniggers and places himself on the chair in frount of me "lol"

"Jack's gonna be Jack" I grab the waterbottle and feel the cold water run down my throat.

Out of nowhere I smile. And Ethan raises an eyebrow at me.

Don't think. Don't think. Don't think.

That is exactly what my brain did not do. The memory of moments ago played like a video clip in my head.

"Pufffff" all the water in my mouth was now on the table and on Ethan's face.
"Shewww" I sneezed. The water running from my nose was irritating me.

"Ewwwww. What are you doing foxy" Ethan says in a nasty tone.

I wipe my mouth with the sleeve and cover it, trying to stop myself from laughing any further after embarrassing myself.

"Sorry" I pass him a dry tissue which was kept on the table.

He grabbed the tissue and wiped it around his cheeks with full trust that the tissue was clean. While I gulp in the sight of half dry ketchup being pressed against.

Oops

"Ahem" Aiden clears his throat "Ethan there is ketchup on the tissue"

A small crowd had been formed around the table. Some laughed while others gossiped. Ethan groaned and grabbed my hand. Pulling me away into the near by girls washroom. Most of the girls gasped at Ethan entering.

Seriously what's up with girls these days.

"There is something called privacy you know" I raise my brows "It's the girls washroom. No men allowed"

"You want privacy. Alright" he giggles and scornfully instructs the girls to leave.

"That is not what I meant with pri-"

butterflies explode in my stomach. The sensations I feel is too overwhelming. He makes me feel things I have never felt before. His lips are so soft and so smooth. It makes me feel just right.
We both gasped for air and look at each other, anticipating for another one. I smile and look at his lips in hunger. Taking a grasp of his hair in both my hand I pull him closer and moisten his lips with my tounge.

I smirk at the sight of him getting turned on and he grabs my waist and pulls me closer to him. Way to close. His sight move from my eyes to my lips and his teeth constantly bite on his lower lip.

He leans in closer and closer and.....

We jump away at the sound of the bell ringing.

Ding ding ding ding ding....no this is not the sound of the bell. But my heart beat.

Yes I can hear it.
No I am not a Vampire.
No I don't have super hearing powers.
Yes I am human and only one human can do this to me. His name is Ethan.

"Exam" I squeak "Ethan"

He grins at his name coming out of my mouth "Say that again foxy"

"E-Ethan" I shift a little.

"I meant say 'exam' again" he smirks and I playfully hit him with my palm.

Ethan's shirt had already dried up. So I helped him remove the ketchup off his face before heading to the exam room.
