Lucy P.O.V

"Let's give a big round of applause for this magnificent play performed by our seniors!" yelled Ichiya Sensei.

Everyone stood up and clapped their hands and some were still laughing. We grabbed each other's hands and bowed.

"Well, that didn't go as expected," Levy sighed.

"Yeah...but, it was still a hit!" I smiled.

"I guess..." she said while mumbling something under her breathe.

I changed out of the costume and walked up to the roof. I walked closer to the fencing of the roof and sighed.

"Why are you here?"

I looked behind me and saw Natsu. "I just came to get some fresh air. It's been a long day."

He then sat down and patted the spot next to him. "You know you can sit right?"

My face flushed pink. "Nah, I think I'll stand." He then stood up and grabbed my hand. "Natsu-"

He pulled me into an embrace. "I was scared."

Huh? Why's he scared?

"Why-"

"I thought I was going to loss you."

I then giggled. "You know I won't die from a simple fall right?"

His arms tightened around me, "I know, but it was so terrifying..."

I then escaped his embrace and smiled at him. "Natsu, I'll always be here, until the very end."

Then I saw Natsu turn away. He quickly sat down and said, "I'm tired of standing." I moved close to him and sat down right next to him.

"Natsu, can you answer me something?"

"Yeah, as long as it's not math."

I smiled and continued, "What am I to you? A thing, A person, or A friend?"

"Huh? Isn't the answer simple? You're my friend."

I felt my heart start to flutter at his response. "Really? I thought I was a toy to you."

"pfft, of course not."

I smiled and thought back to the first day I meet him. "Haha. Just the other day you were as cold as ice. Now you're so childish...and mean." I then felt myself start to shiver. "It's getting pretty chilly..."

Then Natsu threw his scarf towards me. "Here, put it on." I placed it around my neck and left some over.

"You know you're supposed to put it around your neck completely, right?"

"I know, but..." I placed the other end around Natsu. "...You must be cold too."

I slowly closed my eyes and laid on his shoulder without a care.

***Last Day of School

Ichiya Sensei came in with a sigh. "The last day of school. What a sad Parfume it gives off...However, it was a pleasure meeting all of you." Then he did a thumbs up at Levy. She then winked back. "Hmmm?"

Levy looked back at me confused. "What?"

"Oh nothing~"

"Okay! FREE DAY!" Yelled Ichiya Sensei.

Moments later, Natsu came up to my desk and asked, "Hey, do you guys want to plan something for the summer?"

"Together?" asked Levy.

"Yeah."

Why's he suddenly asking to go out together?

Levy tapped her chin and then yelled, "A-ha! We can go to the summer festival. We can eat, play games, and just have fun."

"Summer festival? I've never been to one," I weakly said.

Levy lifted a finger and spoke, "A summer festival is a lot of fun. All you need to know is...it's a place to have fun. It's also pretty romantic too because of the firework show."

My face beamed with excitement, "I want to go."

"Okay, that settles it, lets go together," Natsu said happily.

"Wait. How long will we be out?"

"Probably from 6 in the afternoon till probably midnight. Why?" asked Natsu.

"No reason."

***After school, at home

I walked in and quickly walked to my father's office. Then Virgo came. "Hime, do you need anything?" I shook my head. "No, I have to do something myself." I left Virgo and entered my father's office.

"Dad, I need to talk to you about something."

"What is it?"

I put my hand together and started to shake a little. "Uh...my friends and I have thought about something."

"Really, what is this something?"

"Well...We thought about going to a summer festival."

"That's nice. So, why are you are you here?"

"Well, it's about the summer festival...I want to go."

"ha...Haha...HAHAHA! Lucy my dear, I thought I already told you about leaving the estate."

"I know but..."

"You can't go."

"Why?"

"Lucy! You know why."

"You and that same excuse! All because she died from it, doesn't mean I will!"

"Lucy, get out."

"No, not until you give me a valid answer."

"Out."

"Dad! I'm Not her! I'm Lucy Heartfilia, a different person. I don't have it!"

"GET OUT!"

I flinched from his heavy voice and left without another word.

***Night time

I heard a knock on my door.

"Hime, do you want to talk to me about something?"

"Virgo...just leave me alone."

"I'm coming in." She opened the door and came in.

"I said to leave me alone."

"Hime...I cannot go until you tell me your problems."

I shifted myself up and looked at her, "Why do you care?"

"When you are feeling down, I feel down too."

I fixed myself on the bed criss cross style. "My dad thinks my sickness will get worse, and I'll die like my mom..."

"You have a sickness?"

"Yes, but I've been treated, and the doctors say I'm okay, so I don't get why my dad's so paranoid!"

"I see..."

"He won't let me out! I can't go out to places. I have to sneak out and try not to get caught. All I want to do is go to a summer festival," I ranted until I felt tears in my eyes.

Virgo quickly grabbed my hands and smiled,"Hime, I can stand in as you."

"Huh?"

"When you go out to your summer festival, I'll stand in as you."

"Virgo..."

She then tilted her head to the side and smiled.
